Background:This systematic review aimed to examine whether dual-task(DT)training was superior to single-task(ST)training in improving DT walking,balance and cognitive functions for individuals with parkinson’s disease(pD).Methods:Literature search was performed in the following electronic databases:pubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,and Metstr covering inception to May 10,*** in order to facilitate comparison across trials,we calculated the effect size(Hedges’g)of gait,balance,cognitive,and other parameters under both ST and DT conditions,using the mean change score and standard deviation(SD)of change score of the experimental and control *** controlled trials that examined the effects of DT motor and cognitive training in individuals with parkinson’s disease were included for this systematic ***:A total of 214 participants recruited from six articles(actually five trials)were involved in this *** terms of walking ability,only double support time and stride time variability showed significant between-group difference(Hedges’g=0.34,0.18,respectively).Compared to ST training group,DT training group had a more improvement effect in laboratory balance measurement(Hedges’g=0.18,1.25),but no significant improvement in clinical balance *** significant between-group differences were observed,thus its training effect on cognitive function was ***:The DT training failed to achieve promising results better than ST training in improving DT walking and balance functions for individuals with *** firm conclusion cannot be drawn at present,due to the limited number of eligible *** sample size and high-quality studies are needed to investigate the effectiveness of DT training in individuals with pD.

Integration of 1H-NMR-Based Metabolomics Approach with Traditional Chinese pulse Diagnosis to Evaluate the Qi-Enhancing Activity of Herbal Tea

Human metabolism is intricately linked to an individual’s health status. Regardless of living habits, it will be reflected in the metabolic characteristics of urine. The utilization of the 1H NMR-based metabolomics method has enabled examine the metabolomic changes in urine under various physiology conditions, providing valuable insights into metabolites. In this particular study, volunteers were divided into two groups based on the strength of their spleen pulses, using the pulse diagnosis method employed in traditional Chinese medicine. Subsequently, their urine samples were analyzed, revealing notable variances in urea, creatinine, citric acid, succinic acid, trimethylamine-N-oxide (TMAO), alanine, hippuric acid, and glycine between the two groups. Interestingly, individuals with weak spleen pulses showed significant improvements after consuming herbal tea. Furthermore, we conducted LC-MS analysis on herbal tea and performed adenosine triphosphate (ATp) activity tests on the C2C12 mouse skeletal muscle cell line. The results indicated that within a reasonable concentration range, exposure to herbal tea led to an increase in the mitochondrial ATp production capacity of C2C12 cells. These findings shed light on the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis and urine metabolites, highlighting their potential as non-invasive and straightforward health assessment indicators. They can aid in the preliminary determination of necessary dietary and lifestyle changes to enhance overall bodily health.

随着2018年《马来西亚华文独中教育大蓝图》的颁布,提升了独中老师对中学生领导力培养的广泛关注。中学生领导力培养策略的优化,是为马来西亚独中教师勾勒出培养学生具备领导素养、领导行为及领导技能的过程,它是学生发展核心素养的路径,也是“21世纪技能”中所强调的育人目标。研究证明,中学生领导力培养策略的优化是提升中学生领导力的关键。然而,中学生领导力培养现状无法给予对学生综合素养带来积极的发展。现有关于中学生领导力培养现状与优化策略的研究文献,有的着重于理论构建,有的则针对特定群体进行案例研究,不过对马来西亚华文独中学生领导力培养的案例样本称得上是绝无仅有。以马来西亚中学生领导力框架为基准,我们须要思考:当前华文独立中学对学生领导力的开发与培养已有哪些具体的行动策略,有哪些不足之处,须要改进与完善的具体内容来保障优化策略的有效推进。本文采用质性研究,通过文献梳理、问卷调查及访谈法,对吉隆坡K中学学生领导力培养现阶段的实施情况展开调研,综合地把握中学生领导力培养的内在本质,进而探析学生领导力培养中的问题与成因。通过对典型学校案例的研究分析以及与受访者的访谈内容分析,本人发现:K中学在中学生领导力培养开发与管理上缺乏有系统的课程规划、资源管理结构不完善的问题。针对上述问题,本研究以中学生领导力模型与课程发展理论为切入点,提出中学生领导力培养的优化策略,通过有系统地管理来提高中学生领导力培养效能,具体为:第一,构建完善的中学生领导力培养课程;第二,统整家校社区资源,促进学生领导力的发展和提高学生综合素质;第三,建立以能力发展为导向的领导人才梯队。

“金声玉振”概念共现于《五行》与《孟子》,但学界目前对于此概念所包含的战国儒家共同的思想“本体”没有透彻的观照。如果尝试引入“本体诠释学”的方法,并对该方法进行分析检讨,将其自觉地运用于概念与概念史的诠释,有助于廓清“金声玉振”概念的相关争论,探索其背后更广阔的诠释空间。“金声玉振”以“玉振”收束、统摄并超越“金声”,表明《五行》《孟子》各自都对先秦儒家德性进行整合,以呈显儒学的“天道”或“圣道”内涵。进而,“金声玉振”以“金声”为始,“玉振”却没有终点。此比喻于人的道德修养而言,意味着天道本体在人身上具体化为内在“仁”德本性的自觉、培养、实践过程,且因人内在主体的创造性和经验世界的无限性,最终指向生生不已天道本体的无限展开、丰富与涌流。
