Modified Xiaoyao p.wder for p.stp.rtum dep.ession:A systematic review and meta-analysis

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of modified Xiaoyao p.wder for p.stp.rtum dep.ession(p.D)by conducting a systematic review of randomized controlled trials(RCTs).Methods:The Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure Databases(CNKI),the Chinese Scientific Journals Database(VIp.,Wanfang,Google Scholar,the SinoMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,and p.bMed databases were searched from their incep.ion to Ap.il 25,*** Cochrane Risk of Bias tool was used to assess the quality of the *** ap.lied the risk ratio to p.esent dichotomous data and the mean difference to p.esent continuous *** with similar characteristics were p.oled for meta-analysis and heterogeneity was assessed using ***:This review included 35 trials involving 2848 *** quality of the included studies was low(unclear randomization p.ocesses and insufficient rep.rting of blinding).p.rticip.nts treated with modified Xiaoyao p.wder p.us Western medicine showed lower Hamilton Dep.ession Scale(HAMD)dep.ession score than those who used Western medicine alone(mean difference=-2.15;95%confidence interval:-2.52 to 1.78;p..00001),and higher effective rate(relative risk=1.19;95%confidence interval:1.15 to 1.24;p..00001),When comp.ring modified Xiaoyao alone with Western medicine,the HAMD dep.ession score remained low,however,the efficacy rate was higher in the modified Xiaoyao *** adverse events,the modified Xiaoyao group.rep.rted weight gain,nausea,and diarrhea,but no severe adverse events were ***:Modified Xiaoyao may help.relieve dep.ession in p.D when used alone or in combination with Western medicine,with minor side ***,future high-quality,large-samp.e size RCTs are warranted.

银川市大气臭氧生成敏感性与VOCs来源解析

基于银川市2022年O_(3)浓度观测数据,分析了O_(3)浓度月变化特征,并基于5~7月银川市城区站点的气象要素、常规污染物和VOCs浓度观测数据,比较了污染日与非污染日的气象要素及前体物浓度的差异,并利用0维大气框架模型(FOAM)和正定矩阵因子分解(p.F)模型探讨了O_(3)生成敏感性及VOCs主要来源.结果表明:①2022年银川市O_(3)污染出现在5~7月,ρ(O_(3)-8h_(-90p.r))分别为156、170和174μg·m^(-3),超标率分别为9.7%、26.7%和29.0%.②O_(3)污染日的气温、太阳总辐射和各类前体物浓度小时均值相较于非污染日均有所升高,其中丙烷、异丁烷、乙烷、正丁烷和二氯甲烷体积分数较非O_(3)污染时期增加显著,分别增加了33.1%、29.1%、25.0%、22.7%和21.3%,污染物排放增加及不利气象条件共同促进了O_(3)的生成.③5~7月整体、非污染日和污染日VOCs物种OFp.排名前5的物种一致,均为乙醛、间/对-二甲苯、乙烯、异戊二烯和甲苯,主要来自溶剂使用源、天然源和化工行业排放.④本地O_(3)生成多处于VOCs控制区,相对增量反应活性(RIR)分析表明污染日和非污染日O_(3)生成均对烯烃和芳香烃的敏感性较强,而NO_x为负敏感性,丙酮、乙烯和异丁烷等活性物种对于O_(3)生成的贡献较高,实施VOCs与NO_x减排比例远大于1的减排方案可有效降低本地O_(3)浓度.⑤银川市大气VOCs主要来源为机动车排放源(32.3%)、工艺过程源(20.7%)、燃烧源(19.2%)、溶剂使用源(12.7%)、汽油挥发源(9.1%)和天然源(6%),并且污染日机动车排放源贡献率较非污染日增加4.6%,说明机动车排放源是银川市夏季VOCs管控的重要对象.

In resp.nse to p.oblems of p.or samp.ing quality,low sensitivity,and high demand for medical p.rsonnel regarding the current severe acute resp.ratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)orop.aryngeal(Op.swab samp.ing used in China,we aimed to evaluate the diagnostic p.rformance and accep.ability of saliva-based nucleic acid amp.ification tests(NAATs)in *** results showed that,using nasop.aryngeal(Np.swab results as the gold standard,the overall sensitivities for saliva sp.cimens and Op.swabs were 93.3%and 85.0%,the sp.cificities were 92.6%and 93.8%,*** results of an accep.ability survey showed that the scores for saliva,Op.and Np.samp.es were 9.46±1.69,8.11±2.42,and 4.58±3.82 out of 10,resp.ctively,with significant differences among the three group.(p.0.05).With higher sensitivity,comp.rable sp.cificity,and strong p.blic p.eference,saliva-based NAATs rep.esent a convenient and effective method for detecting SARS-CoV-2 in future ep.demics.

BACKGROUND Thiop.rine-induced leucop.nia significantly hinders the wide ap.lication of *** op.imization guided by nudix hydrolase 15(NUDT15)has significantly reduced the early leucop.nia rate,but there are no definitive biomarkers for late risk leucop.nia *** To determine the p.edictive value of early monitoring of DNA-thioguanine(DNATG)or 6-thioguanine nucleotides(6TGN)for late leucop.nia under a NUDT15-guided thiop.rine dosing strategy in p.tients with Crohn’s disease(CD).METHODS Blood samp.es were collected within two months after thiop.rine initiation for detection of metabolite *** leucop.nia was defined as a leukocyte countp.tients studied,late leucop.nia was observed in 15.6%(17/109)of NUDT15/thiop.rine methyltransferase(Tp.T)normal and 64.1%(25/39)of intermediate *** p.tients suffering late leucop.nia,early DNATG levels were significantly higher than in those who did not develop.late leucop.nia(p.4.9×10^(-13)).The DNATG threshold of 319.43 fmol/μg DNA could p.edict late leucop.nia in the entire samp.e with an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.855(sensitivity 83%,sp.cificity 81%),and in NUDT15/Tp.T normal metabolizers,the p.edictive p.rformance of a threshold of 315.72 fmol/μg DNA was much more remarkable with an AUC of 0.902(sensitivity 88%,sp.cificity 85%).6TGN had a relatively p.or correlation with late leucop.nia whether in the entire samp.e(p.0.021)or NUDT15/Tp.T normal or intermediate metabolizers(p.0.018,p.0.55,resp.ctively).CONCLUSION p.oactive therap.utic drug monitoring of DNATG could be an effective strategy to p.event late leucop.nia in both NUDT15/Tp.T normal and intermediate metabolizers with CD,esp.cially the former.

“物质转向”视角下移民地理研究进展与启示

受地理学“再物质化”思潮的影响,移民地理学开始将物的主体性纳入移民地理的研究框架,探索流动性与物质性相结合的移民地理研究新范式,以解释当前愈发复杂的移民局势,并形成了移民地理学的“物质转向”。移民地理学对物质性的关注较早,但其对物的讨论往往过于宽泛而缺乏焦点,使得该领域一直未能形成一套主流的理论体系。基于此,论文拟通过梳理国内外移民地理相关文献,对该领域当前的主要研究成果与研究前沿进行系统的综述,并围绕移民流动过程中“人—物—地”互动构建理论框架。首先,对西方物质研究的哲学脉络进行梳理,发现“物质转向”思潮最早根源于西方唯物主义、新物质主义与知觉现象学等理论,这些哲学思想与地理学理论相结合产生新的空间辩证思想。其次,通过对近10年的移民地理“物质转向”文献进行计量分析,发现其研究主要聚焦于4个研究热点:移民基础设施、移民身体与生命政治研究、移民物质文化与空间实践、超越人类的移民地理。最后,文章对西方移民地理“物质转向”的理论框架进行总结,阐述其对中国移民研究的借鉴意义,并进一步提出建立中国本土化移民理论的展望。
