Differences and Correlations of Morp.ological and Hemodynamic p.rameters between Anterior Circulation Bifurcation and Side-wall Aneurysms

AIM:To comp.re the surgical outcomes of glaucoma drainage device imp.antation(GDI)and trans-scleral neodymium:YAG cyclop.otocoagulation(Cp.)in the management of refractory glaucoma after Descemetstrip.ing automated endothelial keratop.asty(DSAEK).METHODS:This retrosp.ctive study on observational case series enrolled 29 p.tients who underwent DSAEK and p.sterior anti-glaucoma surgery(15 with GDI and 14 with Cp.).The main outcome measures were intraocular p.essure(IOp.,glaucoma surgery success rate(defined as IOp.of 6–21 mm Hg without additional anti-glaucoma op.ration),number of glaucoma medications,endothelial graft status,and best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA).RESULTS:The mean follow-up.time was 34.1 and 21.0mo for DSAEK or glaucoma surgeries,both for the GDI and Cp. *** group. showed significant IOp.reduction after glaucoma *** GDI group.p.esented a significantly higher success rate in IOp.control than the Cp. group.60%vs 21.4%,p.0.03).Both p.ocedures significantly decreased the number of glaucoma medications(p.0.03).Forty p.rcent and 57%of cases in the GDI and the Cp. group.resp.ctively,exp.rienced endothelial graft failure during follow-up.p.0.36).Significantly worse BCVA after surgery was observed in the Cp. group.but not in the GDI ***:Both GDI and Cp. significantly decrease IOp.in eyes with glaucoma after *** is p.eferable to Cp. in refractory glaucoma cases after DSAEK,as it manifests a significantly higher success rate for IOp.control,similar endothelial graft failure rate,and relatively p.eserves BCVA than Cp..

Waste p.lyolefin p.astics, accounting for 50% of all p.astic waste, rep.esent a tremendously unexp.oited carbon source. Efficiently up.ycling p.lyolefin waste into value-added carbon materials for waste water treatment avoiding using noble metals is challenging but economically and environmentally sustainable. In this work, MAX-Ti_(3)AlC_(2) sup.orted Fe selectively catalyzes p.lyolefin into few-layered grap.ene in 5 min under microwave treatment. Grap.ene and MAX sup.orted Fe(Fe@MLC) can comp.etely(99.9%)degrade chloramp.enicol(CAp. within 60 min, retain robust after 10 cycles and work efficiently at a wide p.H range(3.87–13.03), avoiding the usage of noble metal. Moreover, the electrochemical active surface area(ECSA) of Fe@MLC is 2.7 times higher than that of commercial p./C. This work p.ovides a cheap.and efficient catalyst that p.omotes deconstruction of p.astic wastes and indirectly degrades antibiotics thereby realizes the treatment of waste water with waste p.astic.

地球表面有约71%的面积被江河湖海等水体覆盖,陆地上的成像也会受到云雪雨雾等水体影响,但是,当前常见的机器视觉科研工作和应用系统基本只围绕空气和真空介质中的视觉任务展开,涉及不同形态水体的视觉工作没有得到系统的研究.涉水视觉(water-related vision)作为涉水光学技术在视觉领域的具象化体现,重点研究光与水的物质相互作用及跨介质传播过程中,涉水视觉影像信号智能处理与分析方面的科学问题,以及先进智能涉水视觉装备研制方面的工程技术问题.本文从“为什么大海是蓝色的?”这一具有普适意义的问题出发,系统介绍了水对光的吸收、散射、衰减作用机理,对涉水视觉任务造成的影响,以及现有的涉水图像处理与解析方法.本文基于水体光学特性及成像退化机理,介绍了团队在探索涉水成像和图像解析等涉水视觉关键技术及装备方面的成果,先后研制了全海深超高清相机“海瞳”、全海深3D相机、全海深高清摄像机等,形成了从色彩、强度、偏振、光谱等全方位、体系化的水下观测解析装备研制能力,填补了我国全海深光学视觉技术的空白,推动了我国涉水视觉领域技术的升级,应用价值和社会效益显著.
