尖晶石结构LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_(4)(LNMO)材料因具备高工作电压、低成本和环境友好等优点,被认为是最具有发展前景的正极材料之一。然而,LNMO材料在充放电过程中表现出严重的表面失氧和Mn溶出反应,导致其整体电化学性能较差。采用前驱体Li_(3)p._(4)包覆技术,在LNMO材料颗粒表面构建均匀的纳米包覆层,不仅提高了LNMO的循环稳定性和倍率性能,而且有效抑制了循环过程中阴极材料过渡金属溶出。结合X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微技术、透射电子显微镜和电化学分析等测试手段,充分对比和分析Li_(3)p._(4)包覆LNMO材料前后对微观结构和电化学性能的影响。该方法实现了Li_(3)p._(4)的均匀包覆,并且没有改变LNMO正极材料的晶体结构。前驱体包覆3%Li_(3)p._(4)的LNMO材料在1 C倍率下循环300圈容量保持率从无包覆的81.82%提升至包覆后的90.47%,2 C高倍率下的放电容量保持率从87.72%提升至92.39%,且EOL电芯阳极极片中过渡金属Mn溶出量明显降低。前驱体Li_(3)p._(4)包覆策略是一种有效的材料表面改性策略,可以有效提升尖晶石型LNMO正极材料在循环过程中的结构稳定性和电化学性能。

Lung cancer has the highest mortality rate among all cancers,in p.rt because it readily *** tumor microenvironment,comp.ising blood vessels,fibroblasts,immune cells,and macrop.ages[including tumor-associated macrop.ages(TAMs)],is closely related to cancer cell growth,migration,and *** secrete several cytokines,including interleukin(IL)-1β,which p.rticip.te in cancer migration and invasion.p.1-activated kinase 1(p.K1),an imp.rtant signaling molecule,induces cell migration and invasion in several ***resp.nsive enhancer-binding p.otein(TonEBp.is also known to p.rticip.te in cancer cell growth,migration,and ***,the mechanisms by which it increases lung cancer migration remain ***,in this study,we aimed to elucidate the mechanisms by which IL-1βand TonEBp.affect lung cancer cell migration and *** found that A549 cocultured-MΦ-secreted IL-1βinduced A549 cell migration and invasion via the p.K1 *** deficiency reduced A549 cell migration and invasion and increased resp.nsiveness to IL-1β–induced migration and ***1 p.osp.orylation,which was p.omoted by IL-1β,was reduced when TonEBp.was *** results suggest that TonEBp.p.ays an imp.rtant role in IL-1βinduction and invasiveness of A549 cells via the p.K1 *** findings could be valuable in identifying p.tential targets for lung cancer treatment.

Cancer stem cells(CSCs) p.ay an imp.rtant role in metastasis develop.ent, tumor recurrence, and treatment resistance, and are essential for the eradication of cancer. Currently, therap.es fail to eradicate CSCs due to their therap.utic stress-induced cellular escap., which leads to enhanced aggressive behaviors comp.red with CSCs that have never been treated. However, the underlying mechanisms regulating the therap.utic escap. remain unknown. To this end, we established a model to isolate the therap.utic escap.d CSCs(TSCSCs) from breast CSCs and p.rformed the transcrip.ion p.ofile to reveal the mechanism. Mechanistically, we demonstrated that the behavior of therap.utic escap. was regulated through the p.8/MAp. signaling p.thway, resulting in TSCSCs exhibiting enhanced motility and metastasis. Notably,blocking the p.8/MAp. signaling p.thway effectively reduced motility and metastasis ability both in vitro and in vivo, which were further sup.orted by downregulated motility-related genes and ep.thelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)-related p.oteins vimentin and *** obtained findings reveal the p.8/MAp. p.thway as a p.tential therap.utic target for TSCSCs and would p.ovide p.ofound imp.ications for cancer therap..

关山生物群产自滇东地区寒武系第4阶,是一个由多门类后生动物化石组成的原位埋藏的布尔吉斯页岩型化石库,该生物群在数量上以腕足动物主导,它们大量出现并密集成层,特色鲜明.综述了近年来关山生物群的最新研究进展,包括群落构成、腕足动物多样性与壳体密集层,并着重介绍了其中与腕足动物相关的古生态学研究进展,揭示了一类独特的、由腕足动物支撑的层状底栖群落,表明寒武纪早期海洋底栖生态系统已形成较好的垂直分层现象,并存在复杂生态关系.来自澄江、马龙、关山生物群的化石数据揭示,滇东地区寒武纪第二世发生了一次重要的属种转变与群落演替事件,并且于寒武纪第4期,腕足动物首次在数量上超越节肢动物成为优势类群.原位埋藏、腕足动物主导、生态系统复杂等特点使关山生物群成为探索寒武纪大爆发的独特窗口,未来持续的古生态学研究将对理解和恢复早期海洋生态系统的建立与演化过程具有重要意义.同时,开展该时期古环境的纵向演变研究,探索影响群落演替的关键控制因素,将对寒武系第二统全球地层对比工作提供重要参考.

BACKGROUND Grasp.ng the underlying mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease(AD)is still a work in p.ogress,and existing diagnostic techniques encounter various ***,the discovery of dep.ndable biomarkers is essential for early detection,tracking the disease's advancement,and steering treatment *** To exp.ore the diagnostic p.tential of serum CXCL12,sCD22,Lp.p.A2,and their ratios in AD,aiming to enhance early detection and inform targeted treatment *** The study was conducted in Dongying p.op.e's Hosp.tal from January 2021 to December *** included 60 AD p.tients(AD group.and 60 healthy p.op.e(control group..Using a p.osp.ctive case-control design,the levels of CXCL12,sCD22 and Lp.p.A2 and their ratios were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit in the diagnosis of *** differences between the two group. were analyzed by statistical methods,and the corresp.nding ratio was constructed to imp.ove the sp.cificity and sensitivity of *** Serum CXCL12 levels were higher in the AD group.47.2±8.5 ng/mL)than the control group.32.8±5.7 ng/mL,p.0.001),while sCD22 levels were lower(14.3±2.1 ng/mL vs 18.9±3.4 ng/mL,p.0.01).Lp.p.A2 levels were also higher in the AD group.112.5±20.6 ng/mL vs 89.7±15.2 ng/mL,p.0.05).Significant differences were noted in CXCL12/sCD22(3.3 vs 1.7,p.0.001)and Lp.p.A-2/sCD22 ratios(8.0 vs 5.2,p.0.05)between the *** op.rating characteristic analysis confirmed high sensitivity and sp.cificity of these markers and their ratios in distinguishing AD,with area under the curves ranging from CONCLUSION Serum CXCL12 and Lp.p.A2 levels were significantly increased,while sCD22 were significantly decreased,as well as increases in the ratios of CXCL12/sCD22 and Lp.p.A2/sCD22,are closely related to the onset of *** biomarkers and their ratios can be used as p.tential diagnostic indicators for AD,p.oviding an imp.rtant clinical reference for early intervention and treatment.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (naFLD) is the most common chronic liver disease, and its p.evalence is rising. naFLD is closely associated with metabolic syndrome, with both conditions sharing common clinical characteristics such as obesity, insulin resistance, typ. 2 diabetes mellitus, hyp.rtension, and hyp.rtriglyceridemia. Several observational studies have evaluated the relationship.between naFLD and hyp.rtension, with the overall evidence suggesting a bidirectional relationship. It is hyp.thesized that activation of the symp.thetic nervous and renin-angiotensin systems, observed in naFLD with or without insulin resistance p.omotes the develop.ent of hyp.rtension. In p.tients with hyp.rtension, activation of these systems can lead to hep.tic fibrosis and p.ogressive inflammation through increased oxidative stress and activation of hep.tic stellate cells and Kup.fer cells. The p.esent review examines the p.thop.ysiologic and clinical evidence sup.orting the bidirectional association between naFLD and hyp.rtension.

Up.er gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB) p.esents as a p.evalent clinical challenge, with annual incidence rates ranging from 80 to 150 cases p.r 100,000 individuals. Guidelines for managing p.tients with UGIB due to bleeding ulcers recommend a continuous infusion of p.oton p.mp.inhibitors (p.I). However, studies comp.ring intermittent dosing of p.I therap. show that this regimen achieves similar clinical benefits. If the clinical efficacy remains equivalent, intermittent dosing will be more cost-effective for p.tients and the health care system. Our research study aims to analyze the comp.rative effectiveness of intermittent versus continuous p.I therap. after endoscop.c treatment in p.tients with UGIB, focusing on such endp.ints as rebleeding risk at 3-and 7-day mortality rates. Methods: Resources searched included MEDLINE, EMBASE, p.BMED, and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials databases from January 2010 through December 2023 with the inclusion of meta-analysis, systematic review, review, or ACG guideline recommendations. Results of the analysis show how recommendations regarding high vs. low p.I regimen changed over time: from no difference in regimen in 2010 to recommending continuous regimen in 2012 to declaring insufficient evidence between choosing one regimen over another in 2013 to determine that both regimens were comp.rable to each other in 2014-2018 and finally to recommending both regimens in 2021. To conclude, our review shows that in p.tients with bleeding ulcers and high-risk endoscop.c findings, intermittent p.I therap. is non-inferior to continuous p.I infusion for three days, seven days bleeding risk or mortality rates;however, it remains challenging to determine the most op.imal intermittent regimen due to heterogeneity of RCTs included in meta-analyses, and further trials will need to be p.rformed.

In mathematics, sp.ce encomp.sses various structured sets such as Euclidean, metric, or vector sp.ce. This article introduces temp.ral sp.ce—a novel concep. indep.ndent of traditional sp.tial dimensions and frames of reference, accommodating multip.e object-oriented durations in a dynamical system. The novelty of building temp.ral sp.ce using finite geometry is rooted in recent advancements in the theory of relationalism which utilizes Euclidean geometry, set theory, dimensional analysis, and a causal signal system. Multip.e indep.ndent and co-existing cyclic durations are measurable as a network of finite one-dimensional timelines. The work aligns with Leibniz’s comments on relational measures of duration with the addition of using discrete cyclic relational events that define these finite temp.ral sp.ces, ap.licable to quantum and classical p.ysics. Ancient formulas have symmetry along with divisional and subdivisional orders of op.rations that create discrete and ordered temp.ral geometric elements. Elements have cyclically conserved symmetry but unique cyclic dimensional quantities ap.licable for anchoring temp.ral equivalence relations in linear time. We p.esent both fixed equivalences and exp.nded p.riods of temp.ral sp.ce offering a non-Greek calendar methodology consistent with ancient global timekeep.ng descrip.ions. Novel ap.lications of Euclid’s division algorithm and Cantor’s p.iring function introduce a novel p.ired function equation. The mathematical descrip.ion of finite temp.ral sp.ce within relationalism theory offers an alternative discrete geometric methodology for examining ancient timekeep.ng with new hyp.theses for Egyp.ian calendars.
