The.aim of the.pre.e.t study was to inve.tigate.the.status of oxidative.stre.s in the.se.um of patie.ts affe.te. with cance. bre.st. Significant de.re.se.in TAC (32.7-37.5%), uric acid (28.1%-49.2), MDA (20.7%-25.2%) and nitric oxide.(50.4%-61.9) we.e.found in both groups of cance. bre.st patie.ts compare. to the.control group. Othe. oxidative.stre.s biomarke.s such as malondialde.yde. re.uce. glutathione. total antioxidant capacity, catalase.activity, and paraoxonase.1 activity we.e.de.e.mine. in se.um as we.l. Significant incre.se.was obse.ve. in se.um NF-κB of autistic childre. compare. to that in controls (by 138.6%). The.e.was also marke. incre.se.in malondialde.yde.le.e. by 87.3% in autistic patie.ts. Cannabis sativa has long be.n known for its psychotropic e.fe.t. Only re.e.tly with the.discove.y of the.cannabinoid re.e.tors, the.r e.doge.ous le.e.ds and the.e.zyme. re.ponsible.for the.r synthe.is and de.radation, the.role.of this ‘e.docannabinoid syste.’ in diffe.e.t pathophysiologic proce.se. is be.inning to be.de.ine.te.. The.e.is e.ide.ce.that CB1 re.e.tor stimulation with synthe.ic cannabinoids or Cannabis sativa e.tracts rich in ?9-te.rahydrocannabinol inhibit gastric acid se.re.ion in humans and in e.pe.ime.tal animals. This is spe.ially se.n whe. gastric acid se.re.ion is stimulate. by pe.tagastrin, carbachol or 2 de.xy-D-glucose. Microporous chitosan （CS） me.brane. we.e.dire.tly pre.are. by e.traction of poly（e.hyle.e.glycol）（Pe.） from CS/Pe. ble.d me.brane.and we.e.e.amine. for iron and mangane.e.ions re.oval from aque.us solutions. The.diffe.e.t variable. affe.ting the.adsorption capacity of the.me.brane. such as contact time. pH of the.sorption me.ium, and initial me.al ion conce.tration in the.fe.d solution we.e.inve.tigate. on a batch adsorption basis. The.affinity of CS/Pe. ble.d me.brane.to adsorb Fe.II） ions is highe. than that of Mn（II） ions, with adsorption e.uilibrium achie.e. afte. 60 min for Fe.II） and Mn（II） ions. By incre.sing CS]Pe. ratio in the.ble.d me.brane.the.adsorption capacity of me.al ions incre.se.. Among all parame.e.s, pH has the.most significant e.fe.t on the.adsorption capacity, particularly in the.range.of 2.9-5.9. The.incre.se.in CS/Pe. ratio was found to e.hance.the.adsorption capacity of the.me.brane.. The.e.fe.ts of initial conce.tration of me.al ions on the.e.te.t of me.al ions re.oval we.e.inve.tigate. in de.ail. The.e.pe.ime.tal data we.e.be.te. fitte. to Fre.ndlich e.uation than Langmuir.
