With the discovery that the coccidian parasite cryptosporidium sp. can cause severe symptoms in humans, many diagnostic techniques were quickly implemented such as microscopic visualization, immunofluorescence and PcR. currently, there is no effective drug treatment and none of the current diagnostic methods is 100% accurate. In this study, a BALB/c mouse was subcutaneously immunized with cryptosporidium parvum oocysts extract. The spleen was removed and the splenocytes were fused with SP2/0 myeloma cells in order to obtain hybridoma cells secreting antibodies specific to c. parvum antigens. Human and cattle fecal samples previously characterized by microscopy [Ziehl-Neelsen staining (ZN) and Lugol] and PcR for the presence of c. parvum and Giardia duodenalis, were analyzed by indirect immunofluorescence, using the developed hybridomas supernatants. The study shows that the selected hybridomas supernatants identify c. parvum oocysts in fecal samples in correlation with c. parvum oocysts identified using ZN/PcR. No false positive results were obtained and the two best supernatants gave 20% -30% of false negative results. No cross reaction with G. duodenalis was observed. By comparing our results with those obtained with an immunofluorescence commercial kit, it suggests the potential use of the monoclonal antibodies present in two of the hybridomas supernatants as a detection tool of c. parvum. With a reliability of 80.8% and 73.1% versus ZN and PcR methods for IFI, compared with a reliability of 76.9% and 92.3% versus ZN and PcR for commercial DIF kit, the supernatant 4.1D5 seems to be the most promising subject to further study its usefulness for c. parvum detection.

伴随着电子商务模式与通信方式的不断发展和丰富,B2c跨境电子商务公司获取客户源的方式日益多样化。对中国企业而言,电子商务客服沟通面临的最大的挑战就是电子邮件和社交媒体两个沟通方式。大多数中国B2c企业只将电子邮件作为回复投诉和差评的工具而从不把电子邮件看做客户端的互动渠道,也不作为联系客户与收集数据的手段。至于社交媒体渠道,中国企业只是将其当做推广产品的初级工具,这种低效的模式必须得以改善。为此,该项研究通过对电子邮件和社交媒体数据的分析,提出有利于提高客户对品牌认知程度和信任层度的策略和战略。论文中最常使用方法的是定量研究方法,来自各种公开报告,学术期刊以及可进行二次分析的标准和统计信息,以便寻找电子商务和以市场营销为主的沟通方式的整体趋势。为了验证结果、发现最本质问题,找到解决障碍的方案,对两家公司(青岛热度发有限公司和MYGOD技术有限公司)进行数据化研究与测试。通过定量研究方法发现问题和矛盾,通过定性研究法找寻合理的理论解释,结论和措施。尽管研究时间有限,但是相信研究结果有利于探究电子商务的本质。本文大量运用演绎法,本研究基于假设,并在假设的基础上进行观察,数据搜集和实验。换句话说,为了正确评估和测试理论的可行性,采用的都是被实践检验过的事实。同时运用归纳法进行假说和理论的开发,以期解释在现实世界中观察到的结果和获得的经验。总而言之,电子商务客户服务发展最大的障碍就此被揭开。这些障碍包括:语言和文化的,巨额工作量和急功近利的价值取向,缺乏国外软件操作技术以及中国的防火墙系统。本文之后提供的解决方案包含:专业软件工具的应用,cSR本质,管理与组织客服工作的策略。

The Paulie’s principle is used for development of the orbital-free (OF) version of the density functional theory. On the example of the three-atomic clusters, Al3, Si3, and c3, it is shown that the OF approach may lead to equilibrium configurations of atomic systems with both the metallic and covalent bonding. The equilibrium interatomic distances, interbonding angles and binding energies are found in good accordance with the known data. Results will be useful for developing of theoretical study of huge molecules and nanoparticles.

The article analyzed the main groups of thermal insulation(TIM) and slag-forming(SFM) mixtures produced by leading foreign companies: acidic ones based on the SiO2-Al2O3system, basic ones based on the ca O-Mg O-Al2O3system and medium basic ones based on the ca O(Mg O) system-Al2O3-SiO2. It is shown that achieving the necessary properties of the SFM and TIM requires strict observance of the mass content of the components of mixtures produced on the basis of synthetic materials in granular form with a given dispersion. compliance with a given composition and dispersion is associated with the need to provide a given melting temperature(for intermediate ladles 1 250-1 450 °c, for molds 950-1 150 °c), neutrality to the cast metal, protection of the melt from secondary oxidation, minimization of heat loss from the melt mirror, absorption of non-metallic inclusions of various natures(Al2O3, ca O, SiO2, TiO2, less often Mg O-containing) and sizes; as well as a number of specific requirements: compatibility with the working layer of the lining of the bucket, maintaining the work of the stoppers, minimizing harmful gaseous emissions, etc. It is known that Al2O3, TixOy, and ca O refractory inclusions in steel cause the majority of defects on the surface of a cold-rolled sheet, therefore, the aim of the work was to analyze the physicochemical regularities and melting paths of the wollastonite-containing compositions during the assimilation of nonmetallic inclusions by them. To analyze the melting paths of the wollastonite-containing compositions in the ca O-Al2O3-SiO2system, a diagram of the primary crystallization field of anorthite and the adjacent boundary curves is shown, indicating the directions of temperature drop and designating invariant points. The presented scheme adequately reflects the topological regularities of the state diagram of the ca O-Al2O3-SiO2system. 本论文主要针对沙俄租界时期(1898年至1904年)俄罗斯和中国的建筑间的相互影响展开研究。研究对象是大连市中山区沙俄租界时期建造的建筑物及其形态特征。本文的创新点之一是尝试对远东建筑学的系统性回顾：在科学革命中被引入的大量鲜为人知的事实和著作信息,以及关于俄罗斯远东建筑学起源追溯的研究;远东建筑学仍被视为是独立于现有事物之外的独立现象。此外,本文所涉及的历史研究成果,可作为资料用于国内及国外建筑学历史研究,可作为资料用于国内建筑史研究工作,在建筑学院校作为培训和课程的补充资料,同时也可用于关于俄罗斯建筑艺术历史的本土历史宗教的书籍。以前,俄罗斯和中国建筑的互相影响被认为是建筑师和建筑历史学家的课题,但建筑师和建筑史学家对俄罗斯和中国建筑的相互影响的研究主要是针对哈尔滨、上海等地的建筑遗迹。中国东北(满洲)也出现了非常富有实际意义的建筑设计研究。目前已发表了4个关于在满洲里俄罗斯建筑遗迹(Kradin N.P., Levoshko S.S., Troitskaya T.Y.)的研究报告。其中,发表于1996年的关于中国东部铁路建筑特色的研究报告迈出了关于中国东北部俄罗斯建筑学研究的第一步。然而,大连市的建筑具有特殊的建筑结构和混合的风格,城市的布局也同样值得深入研究,大连运用的是一种新的城市概念—花园城市。本论文综合研究了大连的城市发展理念,部分现存的俄租界时期的建筑物,包括其城市结构、历史使命和建造情况、形态构造及风格分析。本文也研究了中国东北部俄租界时期的历史、政治、文化、建筑的情况,以及中、俄两国城市规划、设计、建筑风格和景观规划的文化传统。本研究的目的是明确中国东北部俄租界时期(1898-1904)中国和俄罗斯的建筑与文化相互的影响,以及在俄罗斯建筑风格历史研究中发现的中国传统建筑风格方案对俄罗斯建筑风格的影响。本文的研究方法包括相关文献研究、档案搜索、地图分析、详细现场检查、大连的建筑影像和预期发展分析、构图美学分析、类型学分析、城市设施和技术的比较分析、结论综述等。本论文包括五个章节。第一章是整体介绍,详细描述了相关的研究课题、研究的科学意义和创新的研究目的、研究的地域和时间范围、研究方法和论文结构。文献综述回顾了中国、俄罗斯及其他国家外相关研究研究及资源,明确了各文献的要点与概述。文献资源按类型分为：书籍、文章、论文、说明材料。第二章详细讨论了历史和建筑的背景,大连市关键的历史和政治事件对城市的历史使命和建筑的独特性有着直接的影响。对包括文化和建筑背景等方面分别进行了分析,如：城市规划(中俄两国在19-20世纪的传统城市规划与发展)、建筑风格(19-20世纪的中国传统建筑风格和俄罗斯流行的建筑风格)、建筑物(中国和俄罗斯的传统建筑设计)。本章也包含了19-20世纪的建筑类型学摘要。第三章致力于研究大连市沙俄租界时期的现存遗迹。针对以下方面对每一个建筑遗迹进行了分析研究。 1)名称,修建时期和使用历史 2)在城市环境中的地位 3)形态分析 4)构造分析a.墙壁b.屋顶c.楼板结构 5)开窗术(门窗) 6)建筑细节本章同时也是建筑设施风格的分析研究。对于每一种风格在俄租界时期的发展与变化进行了分析,每个风格都是通过个例对其风格,结构,美学进行了分析研究。第四章是综述与总结。所有数据都以图形或表格形式呈现,同时也包含研究的综合概述。第五章介绍了俄租界时期对中俄文化间的相互影响。研究成果分为以下章节：城市规划、建筑影响(建筑风格和改造上的)、景观规划或园艺艺术。尽管中俄文化间存在着明显的差异,俄罗斯建筑师仍然设法给中国建筑学带来新的元素,并借用了中国建筑的创新成果。本文的最后一章是结论,综述了本文的结论。

In the Democratic Republic of congo (D. R. c), women and girls are the most affected by social, cultural, political and judicial realities. Education through teaching and training is a significant population base and a major challenge for the sustainable development of a country. It is education that is based on the creation of a society called developed society. In the congolese society, men and women mentalities are in most cases related to the traditional customs and culture of their native environments (ethnic group). This has a major impact or influence on the mentality of the the congolese man in educational design for children. Females are the most affected by the traditional culture, even if they have opportunity to, study they are not engaged and it easy for them to quit the school at anytime.The purpose of this case study was to highlight the female student's feeling in their interaction and interpersonal communication with teachers by focusing on the behavior of teacher towards th em which might influence female student self-esteem.Three series of questionnaires were used as followed:Two series of Questionnaire for Teacher Interpersonal behaviour (QTI) were given to teachers and female students'to measure teachers' Self-perception behaviour and students'perception of teachers'behaviour;and one serie of Questionnaire was given to students for state of self-esteem. The results revealed high scores on Leadership, helping-friendly, understanding and strict teachers'behaviour and low scores on student responsibility, freedom, Uncertain, Dissatisfaction and Admonishing teachers'behaviour. While the results on female students'self-esteem perception indicated that performance self-esteem and appearance self-esteem were higher than social self-esteem.

The key step in chlorophyll biosynthesis is photoreduction of its immediate precursor, protochlorophyllide. This reaction is catalyzed by a photoenzyme, protochlorophyllide oxidoreductase (POR) and consists in the attachment of two hydrogen atoms in positions c17 and c18 of the tetrapyrrole molecule of protochlorophyllide;the double bond is replaced with the single bond. Two hydrogen donors involved in protochloro-phyllide photoreduction are NADPH [1,2] and a conserved tyrosine residue Tyr193 of the photoenzyme POR [3]. The structure of active pigment-enzyme complex (Pchlide-POR-NADPH) ensures a favorable steric conditions for the transfer of hydride ion and proton. This review does not examine the ternary complex structure, but concentrates upon the mechanisms of primary photophysical and photochemical reactions during formation of chlorophyllide from protochlorophyllide in living objects (etiolated leaves and leaf homogenates) and model systems.
