The aim of this work was a study of the fun.tion.l activity of n.utrophils an. peripheral blood mon.cytes in.rats with the tran.plan.ed Walker carcin.sarcoma as poten.ial predictors of the sen.itivity of this tumor to doxorubicin.treatmen.. This study provides an.eviden.e that such in.ices of the fun.tion.l activity of circulatin. phagocytes of the tumor-bearin. rats as the quan.ity an. the phagocytosis in.en.ity of mon.cytes, as well as the in.en.ity of ROS production.by mon.cytes an. n.utrophils, may reflect the degree of sen.itivity of the tumor to doxorubicin. So it was shown.that the growth of the resistan. tumor caused a sign.fican. in.rease of the n.mber of circulatin. phagocytic cells an. the in.en.ity of phagocytosis by more than.100% (p n.in. in.ices of in.act rats an. rats with the paren.al varian. of the tumor. The ability of blood mon.-cytes an. n.utrophils of rats with a resistan. tumor to produce ROS was also sign.fican.ly differen. from that in.in.act rats an. an.mals with the paren.al carcin.sarcoma varian.. The predictive value of these in.ices is especially importan. in.the dyn.mic mon.torin. of the developmen. of tumor drug resistan.e durin. lon.-term can.er chemotherapy. Con.iderin. the stan.ard 2 - 3 week in.erval between.the courses of can.er therapy an. the short lifetime of circulatin. phagocytes, an.assessmen. of the in.ices of their fun.tion.l activity before each subsequen. course can.be con.idered as a pretreatmen. assessmen.. Mean.hile, further studies are n.eded to determin. the spectrum of malign.n. n.oplasms for which the degree of tumor drug resistan.e correlates with the fun.tion.l activity of circulatin. phagocytes.

Tricin.(an. tricin.con.ain.n. plan. extracts) has been.shown.to exert a pron.un.ed an.iviral activity, high radical scaven.in. activity an. is favored for its safety profile. In.the presen. study we have an.lyzed the pharmacokin.tics of tricin.after a sin.le in.raven.us an. oral admin.stration.to Wistar rats of an.ethan.l extract of Calamagrostis Adan. an. Deschampsia Beauv plan.s (test agen.) at differen. doses. Tricin.con.en.ration. in.blood plasma an. blood cells were measured at differen. time poin.s. Two-compartmen. (for in.raven.us in.ection. an. on. compartmen. (for oral admin.stration. models were used for the an.lysis of tricin.pharmacokin.tics. The results showed that the pharmacokin.tics of tricin.after in.raven.us in.ection.of test agen. has a pron.un.ed biphasic character, is well described by a two-compartmen. pharmacokin.tic model, an. is characterized by n.n.lin.ar dose-depen.en.e. The pharmacokin.tics of tricin.admin.stered orally is characterized by a high rate of absorption.from the gastroin.estin.l tract in.o the blood an. rather slow elimin.tion. which leads to a large volume of distribution.in.the body an. a fairly high bioavailability. The obtain.d results in.icate the advan.ages of the oral route of admin.stration.over the in.raven.us route.
