文章研究了在运动状态下提取目标匹配点圆盘及其圆心的方法。对视频流采用背景差和相邻帧差法获得运动物体的运动参数,采用随机Hough变换对较小区域进行圆检测,检测的结果中包含真圆和假圆。在运动过程中随着光照和位置的变化真假圆圆内的灰度也发生变化,因为本文结合圆内灰度值统计来判别目标圆。并根据判别出的目标圆来计算出圆盘的圆心。实验验证了上述方法的有效性,给出了检测结果并统计了目标圆心在整个视频中的像素运动轨迹。

AIM： To further evaluate the relationship between BSA and the effects of lamivudine in a greater number of cases and over a longer period of observation than in our previous evaluation. METHODS： We evaluated 249 patients with chronic hepatitis B. The effects of treatment for one year （n = 249）, two years （n = 147）, and three years （n = 72） were evaluated from the levels of serum ALT and HBVoDNA, as biological and virological effects （undetectable levels by PCR）, respectively. Moreover, several variables that could influence the response to treatment, including ALT, albumin, bilirubin, platelet counts, BSA, HBVoDNA, and HBeAg were analyzed. RESULTS： For 1-year treatment, multivariate analysis revealed that BSA （P = 0.0002） was the only factor for the biological effect, and that ALT （P = 0.0017）, HBV- DNA （P = 0.0004）, and HBeAg （P = 0.0021） were independent factors for the virological effect. For 2-year treatment, multivariate analysis again showed that BSA （P = 0.0147） was the only factor for the biological effect, and that ALT （P = 0.0192） and HBeAg （P = 0.0428） were independent factors for the virological effect. For 3-year treatment, multivariate analysis, however, could not reveal BSA （P = 0.0730） as a factor for the normalization of ALT levels. CONCLUSION： BSA is a significant predictor for the normalizing the effect of lamivudine therapy on ALT for an initial 2-year period, suggesting that lamivudine dosage should be based on the individual BSA.

＜正＞ This paper presents a new method for measuring the interfacial displacement of a liquid film in microchannels using a laser focus displacement meter （LFD）. The purpose of the study is to clarify the effectiveness of the new method for obtaining detailed information concerning interfacial displacement, especially in the case of a thin liquid film, in microand mini-channels. To prevent the tube wall signal from disturbing that of the gas-liquid interface, a fluorocarbon tube with water box was used;the refraction index of this device is the same as that for water. With this method, accurate instantaneous measurements of interfacial displacement of the liquid film were achieved. The error caused by refraction of the laser beam passing through the acrylic water box and fluorocarbon tube was estimated analytically and experimentally. The formulated analytical equation can estimate the real interface displacement using measured displacement in a fluorocarbon tube of 25 μm to 2.0 mm I.D. A preliminary test using fluorocarbon tubes of 1 and 2 mm I.D. showed that the corrected interface displacement calculated by the equation agreed with real displacement within a 1% margin of error. It was also confirmed that the LFD in the system could measure a liquid film of 0.25 μm at the thinnest. We made simultaneous measurements of the interface in fluorocarbon tubes of 0.5 and 1 mm I.D. using the LFD and a high-speed video camera with a microscope. These showed that the LFD could measure the interface of a liquid film with high spatial and temporal resolution during annular, slug, and piston flow regimes. The data also clarified the existence of a thin liquid film less than 1 μm in thickness in slug and annular flow regimes.

A 79-year-old woman with gradually worsening left nasal obstruction, purulent rhinorrhea and severe headaches for 6 months admitted to the hospital. A gray-white and huge mass occupying the left nasal cavity was found in physical examination. CT revealed a soft-tissue-density mass in the left nasal cavity with erosion of adjacent bone structures. On T2-weighted MR images, the lesion showed homogenous extreme low signal intensity. The patient underwent successful surgical removal of huge sinonasal soft tissue mass measuring 50 × 45 × 40 mm. The final diagnosis of fibroma was made histologically. MR imaging studies showed characteristic signal intensities corresponding to histopathological components. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report regarding the MR imaging findings of huge nasal fibroma in the English literature.

Longitudinal rCBF Changes Measured with SPECT in Patients with Depression Undergoing Treatment

Regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) studies of major depression have yielded variable results. The present study employed a longitudinal observation method to measure rCBF every 3 months during treatment. Thirteen patients with major depressive disorder underwent single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) with 99mTc-HMPAO three times over a 6-month period. rCBF was analyzed with the Statistical Parametric Mapping. The findings were compared to scans from 14 normal control subjects. Depression symptoms were rated using the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression. At baseline, the main regions with lower rCBF compared to controls were the middle and inferior frontal gyri, superior temporal gyrus, and cingulate cortex. Three months later, despite significant improvement of depressive symptoms, decreased rCBF was observed in the same regions, but to lesser extent. At 6 months, depressive symptoms showed continued improvement, and rCBF in the superior temporal gyrus increased up to control levels, but rCBF in the temporal pole, cingulate, and inferior frontal gyrus remained low. The results of the present study suggest that there might be time- and state-dependent differences in rCBF recovery in patients with major depression.

The efficacy of milnacipran for the treatment of ADHD symptoms in adult Asperger’s disorder patients was examined. Fifteen consecutive adult Asperger’s disorder patients with ADHD symptoms were treated with milnacipran for 8 weeks. Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF) and Conners’ Adult ADHD Rating Scales Objective Screening Version (CAARS-O-SV) were used for the assessment. The mean GAF scores in the 15 patients improved significantly. Inattention, inattention + hyperactivity/impulsivity and ADHD index in CAARS-O-SV were also significantly improved. Milnacipran might be useful for ADHD symptoms, exerting its effects by increasing serotonin and noradrenaline activities in Asperger’s disorder.

AIM:To investigate whether a stapled technique is superior to the conventional hand-sewn technique for gastro/duodenojejunostomy during pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy(PpPD).METHODS:In October 2010,we introduced a mechanical anastomotic technique of gastro-or duodenojejunostomy using staplers during *** compared clinical outcomes between 19 patients who underwent PpPD with a stapled gastro/duodenojejunostomy(stapled anastomosis group)and 19 patients who underwent PpPD with a conventional hand-sewn duodenojejunostomy(hand-sewn anastomosis group).RESULTS:The time required for reconstruction was significantly shorter in the stapled anastomosis group than in the hand-sewn anastomosis group(186.0±29.4 min vs 219.7±50.0 min,P=0.02).In addition,intraoperative blood loss was significantly less(391.0±212.0 mL vs 647.1±482.1 mL,P=0.03)and the time to oral intake was significantly shorter(5.4±1.7d vs 11.3±7.9 d,P=0.002)in the stapled anastomosis group than in the hand-sewn anastomosis *** were no differences in the incidences of delayed gastric emptying and other postoperative complications between the ***:These results suggest that stapled gastro/duodenojejunostomy shortens reconstruction time during PpPD without affecting the incidence of delayed gastric emptying.
