Gastric cancer(GC) remains one of the most common lethal diseases. Every year, about 1 million people fall ill and almost 800 thousand people die worldwide~1. Surgical treatment has reached its limit. The current advances in immunology and detection of epidermal growth factor molecules(EGFR) in gastric cancer cells allowed to improve the treatment results;however, the metastatic form of this disease is still incurable.

Rationale: The known prognosis factors for rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) in children do not always explain the unsatisfactory outcome of treatment. Changes in the subpopulation composition of Bone Marrow (BM) effector cells during the development of RMS may indicate new directions for the search for prognostic factors and points for the impact of targeted therapy. Purpose: To identify correlations between quantitative changes in the levels of subpopulations of T, B and NK-lymphocytes of BM and known risk factors for RMS in children. Objects: The study included 31 patients. The main group included 16 patients with RMS, average age—6.8 ± 1.0 years, while children 1 - 10 years old—13 (81.3%), over 10 years old—3 (18.8%) people, girls and boys were 8 people each. We investigate sharp conditions for boundary and interior gradient estimates of continuous viscosity solutions to fully nonlinear, uniformly elliptic equations under Dirichlet boundary conditions. When these conditions are violated, there can be blow up of the gradient in the interior or on the boundary of the domain. In particular we de- rive sharp results on local and global Lipschitz continuity of continuous viscosity solutions under more general growth conditions than before. Lipschitz regularity near the boundary allows us to predict when the Dirichlet condition is satisfied in a classical and not just in a viscosity sense, where detachment can occur. Another consequence is this： if interior gra- dient blow up occurs, Perron-type solutions can in general become discontinuous, so that the Dirichlet problem can become unsolvable in the class of continuous viscosity solutions.

Polymer tribology is a fast growing area owing to increasing applications of polymers and polymer composites in industry, transportation, and many other areas of economy. Surface forces are very important for polymer contact, but the real origin of such forces has not been fully investigated. Strong adhesive interaction between polymers leads to an increase in the friction force, and hence, the asperities of the material may be removed to form wear particles or transfer layers on the counterface. The theory of polymer adhesion has not been completely elucidated yet and several models of adhesion have been proposed from the physical or chemical standpoints. This paper is focused on the research efforts on polymer adhesion with emphasis on adhesion mechanisms, which are very important in the analysis of polymer friction and wear.

The kinetics of adsorption and parameters of equilibrium adsorption of Methylene Blue（MB）on hybrid laponite-multi-walled carbon nanotube（NT）particles in aqueous suspensions were *** laponite platelets were used in order to facilitate disaggregation of NTs in aqueous suspensions and enhance the adsorption capacity of hybrid particles for *** were performed at room temperature（298 K）,and the laponite/NT ratio（Xl）was varied in the range of 0–*** elucidation of the mechanism of MB adsorption on hybrid particles,the electrical conductivity of the system as well as the electrokinetic potential of laponite-NT hybrid particles were *** different stages in the kinetics of adsorption of MB on the surface of NTs or hybrid laponite-NT particles were discovered to be a fast initial stage Ⅰ（adsorption time t=0–10 min）,a slower intermediate stage Ⅱ（up to t=120 min）and a long-lasting final stage Ⅲ（up to t=24 hr）.The presence of these stages was explained accounting for different types of interactions between MB and adsorbent particles,as well as for the changes in the structure of aggregates of NT particles and the long-range processes of restructuring of laponite platelets on the surface of *** analysis of experimental data on specific surface area versus the value of Xl evidenced in favor of the model with linear contacts between rigid laponite platelets and *** was also concluded that electrostatic interactions control the first stage of adsorption at low MB concentrations.

The classical autoregressive(AR)model has been widely applied to predict future data usingmpast observations over five *** the classical AR model required m unknown parameters,this paper implements the AR model by reducing m parameters to two parameters to obtain a new model with an optimal delay called as the m-delay AR *** derive the m-delay AR formula for approximating two unknown parameters based on the least squares method and develop an algorithm to determine optimal delay based on a brute-force *** performance of them-delay AR model was tested by comparing with the classical AR *** results,obtained from Monte Carlo simulation using the monthly mean minimum temperature in PerthWestern Australia from the Bureau of Meteorology,are no significant difference compared to those obtained from the classical AR *** confirms that the m-delay AR model is an effective model for time series analysis.
