In this paper, it explained the process of demographic aging in Republic of Macedonia. There is relevant information for the gradually process of aging. At the end of the text, there are few charts. Macedonia gained independence in 1991, in the course of transition from planned to market economy, many socio-economic parameters changed： Demography become evident that fertility rate dropped significantly. In the previous 20 years, number of infants born decreased somewhat 5-6 times compared to 1980. Number of divorce grew rapidly. Also, in the Republic of Macedonia, there followed a parallel process of immigration to western countries, especially western Europe, USA and Australia as well as other countries from the developed world. This migration happened as a result of mainly economic reasons, i.e., countries in which Macedonians migrate have much higher real incomes when compared with Macedonia, and comparatively much higher living standard. One also can find reason for migration in political reasons also, and family reunification. Low fertility is associated with low income and unemployment. People in Macedonia had suffered greatly in transition times with high unemployment, low wages, and corruption, which largely derogated their chances of better future and career and contributed to the demographic aging and low fertility rates.

Antibodies(Abs)are glycoprotein molecules that represent an essential component of the adaptative immune *** are secreted in body fluids and act as a critical part of immune *** recognition of self-antigens by Abs is normally selected against during B-cell development,autoreactive Abs can be generated as a result of pathological immune responses,as observed in autoimmune *** can also be produced in cancer patients,where they may have beneficial roles[1].Indeed,the presence of intratumoral antibody-secreting cells(ASCs)and B-cell-rich tertiary lymphoid structures(TLSs)has been observed in many cancer types and generally correlates with a favorable clinical prognosis[2,3,4,5,6].The existence of specific antitumor antibody responses suggests that tumor cells express molecules that are recognized as nonself antigens by the immune system or that tolerance of self-antigens expressed on cancer cells is lost[1,4].The study of the origin of tumor-reactive Abs and their specificity and functions is of paramount importance for understanding the development of adaptive antitumor immune responses and for revealing novel therapeutic avenues.A recent publication in Cell by Mazor et al.[7]has provided an important advance in our understanding of antibody responses in *** particular,this work paves the way for the distinction between antibody-reactive tumors and antibody-nonreactive tumors,which is reminiscent of the dichotomy of the noninfiltrated“cold”tumor microenvironment(TME)in contrast with the highly infiltrated with immune cells“hot”TME[8].Moreover,an important finding of the study was the demonstration that tumor-directed autoreactivity may be either preexisting or induced by somatic hypermutations,a mechanism related to the chronicity of cancer.

Basophils are rare *** representing only~0.5%of all leukocytes,basophils have several important physiological functions.1,2 Although basophils lack the classic features of professional antigen-presenting cells,3–7 through the secretion of cytokines,they orient the immune response by polarizing Th2 differentiation and supporting B-cell differentiation and class *** are also critical for mediating protection against helminth infection.1,2,8,9 Basophils receive activation signals from diverse *** is well recognized that cytokines such as IL-3,granulocyte–macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF),thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)and IL-33;various toll-like receptor ligands;allergen-bound IgE provide activation signals to basophils and induce the release of inflammatory mediators.10–15 In addition,several reports have also demonstrated the existence of anti-IgE autoantibodies that possess the capacity to induce basophil activation in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria(CSU),atopic or non-atopic asthma or autoimmune disease.16–21 However,isolation and functional exploration of such anti-IgE IgG autoantibodies from either healthy donors or patients have not been attempted *** using a pooled normal IgG preparation from healthy donors,specifically intravenous immunoglobulin G(IvIG)22 that represents the complete IgG repertoire of a normal individual,we attempted to address this outstanding question in the field.

Audiovisual and digital techniques are becoming the main resources in everyday life, and interdisciplinary transformation of tourism promotion and animation has already been applied in modem tourism. Tourism offers and services should be complete, current, and qualitative through all phases of the planning process, starting from preparation to implementation. The modem tourist offer of services involves production of multivalorized natural, anthropogenic, communicative, and receptive values of a particular facility or geographic area as a tourist destination target. The tourist or client should experience complete ＂tour-retour＂, or as stated in the tourism ＂I came, saw, took, in order to come back again＂, through all the stages, from the preparation of the travel, the stay, up to the departure. Tourism, in the near future, or the tourist dialectical development in order to be completely realized, must pass through the so-called tourist triad from audiovisual or real, to virtual or imagined and to virtuous or perfect. In that case, an ecstasy of admiration, enhancement, prowess, joy, pleasure, excitement, success, and happiness will cause tourists to visit the place again. In order to experience the previously mentioned states, arrangement from professionals, tourist managers, and animators from various areas is of great importance.

The main purpose of this research paper is to investigate the long-term effects of the proposed demandside program,and its impact on annual peak load forecasting important for strategic network *** program comprises a particular set of demand-side measures aimed at reducing the annual peak *** paper also presents the program simulations for the case study of the Electricity Distribution Company of Belgrade(EDB).According to the methodology used,the first step is to determine the available controllable load of the distribution utility/area under *** controllable load is presumed constant over the analyzed time horizon,and the smart grid(SG)infrastructure *** saturation of positive effects during intense program application is also taken into *** and economic input data are taken from the real *** conducted calculations indicate that demand-side programs can bring about the same results as the energy storage in the grids with a strong impact of distributed generation from variable renewable sources(v-RES).In conclusion,the proposed demand-side program is a good alternative to building new power facilities,which can postpone investment costs for a considerable period of time.

v2551 Cyg:a pulsating star with enigmatic peculiarities

Intensive photometric and spectral observations of the variable star v2551 Cyg are *** light curve shape reveals that the target is a pulsating star, contrary to its previous classification as an eclipsing binary. The period and amplitude of the light curve, the amplitudes of color changes and the radial velocity curve of v2551 Cyg are similar to those of a high-amplitude δ Scuti variable. The target seems to pulsate with the fundamental mode. However, v2551 Cyg exhibits several important peculiarities：（i） the decreasing branch of its light curve is steeper than the increasing one;（ii） the radial velocity curve has a flat section in the phase range 0.7-1.2 and short increase of the negative radial velocity at phase 0.7;（iii） the rotational velocity is quite big for a HADS star;（iv） the Fourier coefficients of v2551 Cyg are quite different from those of HADS stars. The target classification is difficult due to these peculiarities.

We aim to systematically review challenges imposed by emerging distributed energy resources(DERs)to model in two basic distribution management system(DMS)online applications—power flow and short-circuit analysis,as well as to offer a systematic review of potential *** the last decade,electronically coupled DERs became increasingly *** can employ a wide range of control strategies for power,current,or voltage control,in both normal and faulted ***,DERs cannot be modeled with the traditional PQ(load or generator bus)or Pv(generator bus)bus types used for modeling synchronous and induction machines in online power flow ***,since fault currents of DERs are limited to predefined maximal values,electronically coupled DERs cannot be represented with traditional voltage source behind impedance models for online short-circuit calculation(SCC).However,most of the DMS software packages still use the traditional models to represent all DER types,including those that are electronically *** paper shows that there will be large calculation errors in such practice,which make the system model an inadequate representation of the *** will lead to serious errors in the management,control,and operation of distribution ***,potential solutions to the challenges are systematically ***,the calculation results on a distribution test system with all DER types are used to prove the claim.

Gamma vibrational Bands and Chiral Doublet Bands in A≈100 Neutron-rich Nuclei

The level structures of neutron-rich 105Mo,106Mo,108Mo and 110Ru nuclei in A ≈ 100 region have been carefully investigated by coincidence measurements of the prompt γ-rays populated in the spontaneous fission of 252Cf with the Gammasphere detector array. In 105Mo,one-phonon K=9/2 and two-phonon K=13/2 γ-vibrational bands have been identified. In 108Mo,one-phonon γ-vibrational band is expanded and two-phonon γ-vibrational band has been identified. Two similar sets of bands in 106Mo and 110Ru are observed to high spins,which have been proposed as the soft chiral γ-vibrational bands. The characteristics for these γ-vibrational bands and chiral doublet bands have been discussed.

AIM To examine whether high-flow nasal oxygen(HFNO) availability influences the use of general anesthesia(GA) in patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) and endoscopic ultrasound(EUS) and associated *** In this retrospective study, patients were stratified into 3 eras between October 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014 based on HFNO availability for deep sedation at the time of their endoscopy. During the first and last 3-mo eras(era 1 and 3), no HFNO was available, whereas it was an option during the second 3-mo era(era 2). The primary outcome was the percent utilization of GA vs deep sedation in each period. Secondary outcomes included oxygen saturation nadir during sedation between periods, as well as procedure duration, and anesthesia-only time between periods and for GA vs sedation cases *** During the study period 238 ERCP or EUS cases were identified for analysis. Statistical testing was employed and a P vely). The oxygen saturation nadir during sedation was significantly higher in era 2 compared to era 3(P vailability was associated with decreased GA utilization and improved oxygenation for ERCP and EUS during sedation.
