Effects of differently polarized microwave radiation on the microscopic structure of the nuclei in human fibroblasts

To investigate the influence of microwave radiation on the human fibroblast nuclei,the effects of three variants of electromagnetic wave polarization,linear and left-handed and right-handed elliptically polarized,were *** conditions were:frequency(f) 36.65 GHz,power density(P) at the surface of exposed object 1,10,30,and 100 μW/cm2,exposure time 10 *** fibroblasts growing in a monolayer on a cover slide were exposed to microwave electromagnetic *** layer of medium that covered cells during microwave exposure was about 1 mm *** were stained immediately after irradiation by 2%(w/v) orcein solution in 45%(w/v) acetic *** were made at room temperature(25 °C),and control cell samples were processed in the same *** assessed heterochromatin granule quantity(HGQ) at 600× *** irradiation at the intensity of 1 μW/cm2 produced no effect,and irradiation at the intensities of 10 and 100 μW/cm2 induced an increase in *** intense irradiation induced more chromatin *** right-handed elliptically polarized radiation revealed more biological activity than the left-handed polarized one.

The Pt（IV） complex cis,cis,trans-[Pt（PMSA）2Cl2（OH）2]·2H2O（1）, where PMSA = n-3-pyridinylmethanesulfonamide, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, molar electric conductivity and IR spectrum. X-ray crystallography revealed that the title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group with unit cell dimensions a = 16.5424（7）, b = 8.6973（3）, c = 16.6079（6） A, β = 117.185（5）° and Z = 4. Pt（IV） has an octahedral coordination geometry and the PMSA ligands are coordinated via the pyridine n atom. They are in a transoid orientation between each other and are inclined in the same direction with respect to the Pt-C1-Cli-n-ni plane at an angle of 64.6（1）° （symmetry operation：（i） 1- x, y, 3/2-z）. The structure is stabilized by a system of hydrogen bonds involving the complex and water molecules.

non-Monochromatic Electromagnetic Radiation of Inhomogeneous Media

A coordinated physicomathematical model for the propagation of a soliton-like electromagnetic pulse in a heterogeneous medium is developed in the presence of strong discontinuities in the electromagnetic field. The model is based on the reduction of Maxwell’s equations to the well-studied wave equation. When the electromagnetic pulse was specified, its amplitude modulation was taken into account, as was the nonstationary broadening of the spectral line. Conditions for matching the momentum for the first initial boundary-value problem are obtained. The time dispersion of the electrical induction is taken into account in terms of the function of signal conditioning which takes account of the broadening of its spectral line and integration over the continuous spectrum. With this approach, it is not necessary to neglect spatial derivatives, and also to use spatial nonlocal relations to take account of the effect of surface charge, surface current, and spatial dispersion of electrical induction at the interfaces of adjacent media.
