Introduction:Yellow fever(YF)is prim.rily transm.tted by Haem.gogus species of *** clim.te change,m.squitoes and the pathogens that they carry are expected to develop faster,potentially im.acting the case count and duration of YF *** aim.of this study was to determ.ne how YF virus outbreaks in Brazil m.y change under future clim.te,using ensem.le sim.lations from.regional clim.te m.dels under RCP4.5 and RCP8.5 scenarios for three tim. periods:2011-2040(short-term.,2041-2070(m.d-term.,and 2071-2100(long-term..m.thods:A com.artm.ntal m.del was developed to fit the 2017/18 YF outbreak data in Brazil using least squares *** explore the im.act of clim.te change,tem.erature-sensitive m.squito param.ters were set to change over projected tim. periods using polynom.al equations fitted to their relationship with tem.erature according to the average tem.erature for years 2011-2040,2041-2070,and 2071-2100 for clim.te change scenarios using RCP4.5 and RCP8.5,where RCP4.5/RCP8.5 corresponds to interm.diate/high radiative forcing values and to m.derate/higher warm.ng trends.A sensitivity analysis was conducted to determ.ne how the tem.erature-sensitive param.ters im.acted m.del results,and to determ.ne how vaccination could play a role in reducing YF in ***:Yellow fever case projections for Brazil from.the m.dels varied when clim.te change scenarios were applied,including the peak clinical case incidence,cum.lative clinical case incidence,tim. to peak incidence,and the outbreak ***,a decrease in YF cases and outbreak duration was *** the observed incidence in 2017/18 to the projected incidence in 2070-2100,for RCP4.5,the cum.lative case incidence decreased from.184 to 161,and the outbreak duration decreased from.21 to 20 *** RCP8.5,the peak case incidence decreased from.184 to 147,and the outbreak duration decreased from.21 to 17 *** observed decrease was prim.rily due to tem.erature increasing

The authors have undertaken the determ.nation of pH values for one buffer solution of TES without NaCl and nine buffer solutions with NaCl yielding an ionic strength I = ***-1. sim.lar to that of blood. These buffer solutions have been evaluated in the tem.erature range of 5℃ to 55℃ using an extended version of the Debye-Hückel equation. The pH values are reported using 1) the Debye-Hückel extension of the Bates-Guggenheim.convention in the tem.era- ture range 5℃ to 55℃ and 2) with and without liquid junction correction at 25℃ and 37℃. These TES buffer solutions are recom.ended as secondary standard references for pH m.asurem.nts in the range of pH 7.2 to 7.5 for physiological application with an ionic strength of I = 0.16 ***-1.

Objective: To characterize the bacteriocin-like inhibitory-substances(BLIS) activity of Streptococcus m.cedonicus m.F10-2 [nam.d BLIS(m.F10-2)], a bacteriocinogenic strain isolated from.an Indonesian tofu ***: BLIS(m.F10-2) was obtained by culturing the bacterium. and standard deferred antagonism.assays were used to dem.nstrate its activity. The antibacterial testing of fractions collected by filtration using 3–30 kDa cut-off m.m.rane sizes were carried out by perform.ng well diffusion ***: The growth of m.crococcus luteus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Lactococcus lactis,Leuconostoc m.senteroides and Weissella confusa were inhibited by BLIS(m.F10-2).Interestingly, BLIS-containing fractions obtained from.sequential application on ultrafiltration m.m.ranes indicated that this bacterium.Streptococcus m.cedonicus m.F10-2 could produces at least two antim.crobial peptides activities, one of which is likely to be a lantibiotic peptide. Potential synergistic activity against certain Gram.positive(but not Gram.negative) species when partnered with antibiotics(am.icillin, tetracycline or kanam.cin) were ***: Com.ination of som. The International Therm.nuclear Experim.ntal Reactor （ITER） feeder procurem.nt is now well underway. The feeder design has been im.roved by the feeder team. at the ITER Organization （IO） and the Institute of Plasm. Physics, Chinese Academ. of Sciences （ASIPP） in the last 2 years along with analyses and qualification activities. The feeder design is being progressively finalized. In addition, the preparation of qualification and m.nufacturing are well scheduled at ASIPP. Im.unotherapy has attracted trem.ndous attention due to the rem.rkable clinical successes for treating a broad spectrum.of tum.rs. One challenge for cancer im.unotherapy is the inability to control localization and sustain concentrations of therapeutics at tum.r sites. Local drug delivery system.(LDDSs) like the biom.terial scaffold-based drug delivery system. have em.rged as a prom.sing approach for delivering im.unotherapeutic agents facilely and intensively in situ with reduced system.c toxicity. In this review, recent advances in biom.terial scaffold-based LDDSs for the adm.nistration of im.unotherapeutic agents including vaccines, im.unom.dulators, and im.une cells are sum.arized. m.reover, codelivery system. are also evaluated for local im.unotherapy-involving com.ination anti-tum.r therapy,including chem.therapy-im.unotherapy, phototherm.l-im.unotherapy, and other com.ination therapies. Finally, the current challenges and future perspectives on the developm.nt of next-generation LDDSs for cancer im.unotherapy are discussed.
