Objective:To characterize viral co-infections among representative hospitalized measles cases during the 2014 Hanoi ***:Throat swabs were collected from 54 pediatric patients with confirmed measles,and molecular diagnostics performed for 10 additional viral respiratory pathogens(Influenza A/H1N1pdm09;A/H3N2 and influenza B;Parainfluenza 1,2,3;Respiratory Synctial Virus,RSV;human Metapneumovirus,hM PV;Adenovirus and Picornavirus).Results:Twenty-one cases(38.9%) showed evidence of infection with other respiratory viruses:15 samples contained measles plus one additional virus,and 6 samples contained measles plus 2 additional *** was detected as a predominant cause of co-infections(13 cases;24.1%),followed by RSV(6 cases;11.1%),A/H1N1pdm09(3 cases;5.6%),PIV3(3 cases;3.7%),Rhinovirus(3 cases;3.7%) and hM PV(1 case;1.96%).Conclusions:Viral co-infections identified from pediatric measles cases may have contributed to increased disease severity and high rate of fatal *** treatment of measles cases may require control of multiple viral respiratory pathogens.

Prevalence of Female Sexual Dysfunction among Women with Pelvic Organ Prolapse Diagnosed by Pisq-12 and Related Factors in Hung Vuong Hospital, Vietnam

Pelvic organ prolapsed is a common problem today, and it has been gradually increasing because of the longevity of women. Pelvic organ prolapse can result in negative psychological feelings that affect on women’s sexual activity. Methods: There is a cross-sectional study on sexual dysfunction in 296 women with pelvic organ prolapse grade II and III followed up at gynecological-pelvic floor unit of Hung Vuong hospital from 09/2017 to 06/2018. Results: The prevalence of female sexual dysfunction in PISQ-12 was 76.4% and 95% CI [71.6 - 81.2]. The rate of female sexual dysfunction in turn is: 1) Behavioral-Emotional: 93.6% 95% CI [90.8 - 96.4]. 2) Physiology: 62.2% CI 95% [56.7 - 67.7]. 3) Relationship to partner: 89.5% 95% CI [86.0 - 93.0]. Factor related to sexual dysfunction in women with pelvic organs (p < 0.05) is general sexual dysfunction: 1) Age group: women over age 55 increased generally the risk of sexual dysfunction, OR = 5.89, 95% CI [1.38 - 25.20]. 2) Diabetes mellitus increased the risk of sexual dysfunction with OR = 5.03, 95% CI [1.42 - 17.82]. 3) Patients with previous abortions reduced the risk of sexual dysfunction with OR = 0.49 95% CI [0.27 - 0.90]. Conclusion: Research on quality of life in pelvic organ prolapse should be considered more in the future.

A survey was carried out on farmers cultivating vegetables in Gia Lam district, Hanoi city, Vietnam to investigate their practice in reducing pesticide risks in their farming. Pesticides were an important input in the production there, but the risks of pesticides in recent years had been insignificant. Research results showed that the majority of farmers had relatively well implemented various solutions to reduce pesticides risks in their production, including actively using alternative pest management (IPM) solutions, using biological pesticides, using pesticides properly according to the 4-right pesticide use principle, using labour protection while spraying, and applying treatment measures after spraying. The study suggested solutions to reduce and avoid pesticide risks.

Lustre is a formal synchronous declarative language widely used for modeling and specifying safety critical applications in the fields of avionics, transportation, and energy production. In such applications, the testing activity to ensure correctness of the system plays a crucial role. During the development process, Lustre programs (or SCADE) are often upgraded, so regression test should be performed to detect bugs. However, regression test is generally costly, because the number of test cases is usually very large. In this paper, we present the solution to automatically generating test cases in regression testing of Lustre/SCADE programs. We apply this solution to regression testing for case study Uturn System.

Although cryopreservation of embryos has been used in most terrestrial animals, the application of this technique has not been succeeded for aquatic animals. In this study, the authors investigate the effect of different combinations of sucrose （SUC, C12H22OH） and cryoprotectants （CPAs） on the survival of the catfish embryos （Pangasidae hypophthalmus） at low temperatures （4, 0 and -20 ℃） for short-term storage. For this aim, embryos with somites and optic cups were exposed to different combinations of sucrose with methanol （SUC ＋ MeOH）, 1.2-propylene glycol （SUC ＋ PROH） and ethylene glycol （SUC ＋ EG） at four concentrations ratios：（1） 0.5 M SUC ＋ 0.5 M CPA; （2） 1 M SUC ＋ 0.5 M CPA; （3） 0.5 M SUC ＋ 1 M CPA; （4） 1 M SUC ＋ 1 M CPA for 40 min at 4, 0 and -20 ℃. Embryos kept in water at room temperature （RT）, 4, 0 and -20℃ were used as controls. The survival rate was expressed as a percentage of hatched embryos per total embryos treated. The results showed that the hatching rate declined significantly when embryos were stored in water at 0 ℃ and -20℃. For embryos at 0 ℃ storage, the highest survival rate （87.78%） was obtained with 1 M SUC ＋ 1 M MeOH combination while at -20 ℃, only embryos in the combined treatments of 0.5 M SUC ＋ 1 MEG and 0.5 M SUC ＋ 1 M PROH reached the hatching stage （40% and 83.33%, respectively）. In conclusion, the results showed that the catfish embryos are sensitive to sub-zero temperatures and the combined treatment of 0.5 M sucrose and 1 M propylene glycol can be used to protect catfish embryos from damages caused by low temperature （0 ℃ and -20 ℃）.

Spatio-Temporal Analysis of Drought in the North-Eastern Coastal Region of Vietnam Using the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI)

Spatio-temporal analysis of drought provides valuable information for drought management and damage mitigation. In this study, the Standardized Precipitation Index at the time scale of 6 months (SPI-6) is selected to reflect drought conditions in the North-Eastern coastal region of Vietnam. The drought events and their characteristics from 1981 to 2019 are detected at 9 meteorological stations and 10 Chirps rainfall stations. The spatio-temporal variation of drought in the study region is analyzed on the basis of the number, duration, severity, intensity, and peak of the detected drought events at the 19 stations. The results show that from 1981 to 2019 the drought events mainly occurred with 1-season duration and moderate intensity and peak. The number, duration, severity, and peak of the drought events were the greatest in the period 2001-2010 and were the smallest in the period 2011-2019. Among the 19 stations, the drought duration tends to decrease at 11 stations, increase at 7 stations, and has a slight variant at 1 station;the drought severity tends to decrease at 14 stations, increase at 4 stations, and has not a significant trend at 1 station;the drought intensity tends to decrease at 17 stations, increase at 1 station, and has a slight variant at 1 station;and the drought peak tends to decrease at 18 stations and increase at 1 station.

体育运动是人们生活中不可或缺的内容。体育运动完善了人们的精神和体质，使人们的人格得到全面发展。在体育运动中，足球是世界上普及程度高和得到广泛发展的体育项目之一，是人与人之间、不同地区和国家之间精神文化交流的工具。同时足球在人们道德教育体系中也起着很重要的作用。近几年，越南足球逐步走上了专业化道路。专业性足球比赛体系比较完善，其中包括A榜奖、B榜奖、C榜奖等足球赛奖，都是越南足球的最大赛事。足球比赛的专业化需要整个体系科学运行和管理。一个专业的足球俱乐部的运行要具有多种要素。其中人力和财力是打造专业性的必要条件。特别是运动员，他们以足球为职业，为球队创造利润，从而产生了市场要素。评价一个俱乐部是否专业，其青少年球员培训工作是重要因素之一。近几年越南足球特别注重青少年球员培训工作。青少年足球赛每年都举办，并不断从地方足球俱乐部中选出优秀人才向专业培训中心推荐。在培训中心，青少年有更好的条件发展其自身才能，也为国家和俱乐部提供了最大的人才资源。众所周知，年轻球员的培养是足球俱乐部的基础工作，也是一个极其重要的工作。要想有效完成这个培养任务需要多种因素，如：各级部门的重视,教练员水平，相应的投资，教育培养过程中科学方法的研究和应用等等。但实际上这些方面还没有得到完善。例如：地方政府和学校领导对足球活动、尤其是少年足球活动重视不够;政府没有以各种形式鼓励各经济组织向足球运动投资，并给各公司、经济组织发展足球事业创造优厚条件;教练员的专业水平较低，缺乏经常交流互相学习的机会，主要以自己的经验来教学，还没有更好地把科学技术应用到训练中去;硬件设施缺乏，少年球员训练设备不足;少年足球比赛的体制还存在一些问题，比赛条例不严，过分注重成绩，每年足球比赛次数不够等。本文在分析这些问题的基础上，从提高教练员队伍素质，建立科学合理的青少年足球运动发展模式，注重培养青少年球员思想意识、心理素质和意志品质等方面进行探讨，力求找到一些理念和方法，为越南青少年足球运动发展提供有益的参考。

FreeForm-触觉式设计系统是一个比较新的产品设计系统,该系统是基于力反馈技术和参数化设计技术。该系统在科学研究方面是一个研究热点,不只是在功能应用方面而且还在系统的功能开发问题。本论文的内容是针对FreeForm系统在产品设计的功能进行研究,研究的内容包括几点如下：第一点,本文研究了FreeForm系统的基本功能,指出该系统在产品设计方面的建模功能的优势。对于该系统的建模功能的优势,本文从绘制草图模式到触觉建模功能进行研究。第二点,本文进行对比了FreeForm系统和传统的CAD软件在产品设计方面的建模功能。指出FreeForm系统和CAD软件的优点和缺点。对于比较的内容,本文也是从绘制草图模式到触觉建模功能来进行比较,另外还在一些具体的建模问题来进行比较。第三点,本文对FreeForm系统和CAD软件进结合的问题进行研究,研究它们在产品设计领域中和产品模具设计中的结合的方法及效用。提出几种结合思路并详细地研究每一种的优势和应用环境。第四点,本文对FreeForm系统和逆向工程软件结合的问题进行研究,研究它们的结合方法及效用。提出几种结合思路并详细地研究每一种的优势和应用环境。其中提出“从无到有”的逆向设计的方法是一种比较好设计方法,可以用于新产品设计开发过程中。第五点,本文对FreeForm系统的铺面功能进行研究,详细地研究了FreeForm系统提供的两种铺面的方法,分析了它们的操作步骤、优缺点及应用范围。最后,本文对FreeForm系统的铺面结果的质量进行研究,提出一种采用反求工程的检测方法。并采用该方法对FreeForm系统的自动铺面方法进行了研究。通过本文的内容,有助于采用FreeForm系统在产品设计的应用方面,让使用者对FreeForm系统的功能更多了解及掌握,并能够推广FreeForm系统在实际上的应用。

The results presented in this paper are a part of the research results of the thesis ＂research on scientific basis and practice of develop a system of monitoring the impacts of climate change on surface water and groundwater＂. Case study： Ma river basin in Vietnam. The results were implemented：（i） data collection, fieldwork survey, synthesis and analysis of information and data; （ii） partitioning the influence degree of climate change and sea level rise to groundwater; （iii） determining criteria to select monitoring routes, location of monitoring groundwater in the condition of climate change and sea level rise and （iv） developing the monitoring system. The research＇s results have practical implications for the water resources management in the context of climate change and sea level rise in Ma river basin.
