Objective:To investigate the antitumor effect of maesopsin 4-O-β-glucoside(TAT2) isolated from the leaves of Artocarpus tonkinensis(***) *** ***:The antitumor activity of TAT2 was evaluated in Lewis lung carcinoma(LLC) tumor-bearing ***/c mice had tumors induced by implantation with 2× 10~6 LLC cells into the subcutaneous right posterior ***-bearing mice were treated orally with a range of doses of TAT2 and a standard drug,*** were observed for tumor growth and mortality *** was collected to determine hematological and biochemical *** TAT2 was isolated from an ethanolic extract of *** *** structure was determined by MS and NMR spectroscopy,and identified as *** compound did not show acute toxicity at the highest dose tested(2 OIK) mg/kg body weight).TAT2 exhibited antitumor activity by decreasing tumor growth,increasing the survival rale,and ameliorating some hematological and biochemical parameters at doses of 100 and 200 mg/kg body weight(P<0.05).Conclusions:These results indicate that TAT2 possesses clear antitumor *** to its bioavailability and low toxicity,and the fact that it could be isolated in a large scale from *** leaves,the compound shows promise as a potential anticancer drug.

Objective:To assess the influences of the knowledge of parents about hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection and the benefit of HBV vaccination on the practice of HBV vaccination among ***:A prospective cross-sectional study recruited parents whose children,aged 12-24 months,received HBV vaccination at Commune Health Centers(CHCs)in Ho Chi Minh City from Feb.2016 to *** were interviewed using a questionnaire that included 11-item binary knowledge questions and checked their children’s vaccination ***:A total of 768 parents had a mean age of(30.8±5.1)*** mean knowledge score of the 11-item questions was(7.0±2.4).The knowledge score was positively associated with full and timely HBV *** addition,children who received complete and timely HBV vaccination were significantly more likely to live in rural areas(Adjusted OR 4.02,95%CI 2.79-5.79,P<0.001).Also,children whose parents received vaccination information from health care providers,and had knowledge about HBV risk,had a higher rate of full and timely HBV vaccination(Adjusted OR 1.60,95%CI 1.13-2.29,and Adjusted OR 1.47,95%CI 1.01-2.13,P all<0.05).Conclusions:Parents possessed a great deal of incorrect knowledge about *** health education from health care providers should target parents living in specific locations and focus on the benefits of HBV vaccine.

Objective: To record the human cases of dengue fever(DF) and investigate the Aedes mosquito species circulating during the Hanoi 2011 DF epidemics. Methods: 24 different outbreak points were recorded in 8 districts between August and December 2011. Results: 140 patients were hospitalized following dengue diagnostic with a predominance of males(59.3%) and the 15-34 age class. Only DENV-1(11.27%) and DENV-2(88.73%) serotypes were detected in human samples. Mosquito sampling performed in and around patients households revealed the predominance of Aedes aegypti(95.15%) versus Aedes albopictus(4.85%). There is a positive correlation between the population density of Aedes aegypti and the number of human cases and duration of outbreaks. Conclusions: this was not observed for Aedes albopictus. 3 pools of Aedes aegypti were positive with dengue virus, two with DENV-1 and one with DENV-2.

this paper distinguished hydrogen roles to improve electron mobility and carrier concentration in ZnO and Al doped ZnO sputtered *** combining experimental evidences and theoretical results,we find out that hydrogen located at oxygen vacancy sites(H_(O))is the main factor gives rise to increase simultaneously mobility and carrier concentration which has not been mentioned *** appropriate hydrogen content during sputtering not only results in crystalline relaxation but also supports doping Al into ZnO,increasing carrier concentration and electron mobility in the *** principles calculations confirmed hydrogen substitutional stability for oxygen vacancy,significantly reducing electron conductivity effective mass and hence increasing electron *** particular,0.8%hydrogen partial pressure ratio achieved 61 cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1)maximum electron mobility,optical transmittance above 82%in visible and near-infrared regions,and 2×10^(20) cm^(-3)carrier concentrations for H-Al co-doped ZnO *** values approach ideal electrical and optical properties for transparent conducting oxide *** presence of one maximum electron mobility was attributed to competition between increasing mobility due to restoring effective electron mass and hydrogen passivation of native defects,and decreased electron mobility due to electron-phonon scattering.

Two triterpenoid saponins, 6, 7, together with five known compounds were isolated from the roots of Arachis hypogea L. collected in Vietnam. Their structures were established by spectroscopic analysis (1D, 2D NMR and HRMS) as well as by comparison with those reported in the literature. Furthermore, the high content of resveratrol in the roots opens a new potential resource for pharmaceutical companies to prepare medicines from the wasted peanut roots.

现代汉语里的量词和越南语里的量词有许多相似的地方,但是也有很多差异。中越两种语言在量词上的异同对于学习现代汉语的越南语学生来说很难掌握,所以他们在运用汉语量词的时候,犯点错误往往是常见也是难以避免的。越南学生学习汉语时,比较常见的量词有“点”、“些”等。使用“点”、“些”时最常见的固定搭配是”一点”、“一些”,越南语中也有相对应的“motchut”,“mot vai”。“一点”、“一些”和“mot chut”、“mot vai”之间存在着差异,这为越南学生学习和掌握”一点”、“一些”带来了麻烦。本文将对现代汉语“一点”、“一些”与越南语“mot chut”、“mot vai”进行对比研究,利用研究结果分析和归纳越南学生习得”一点”、“一些”时的偏误,并做一些教学对策上的摸索。本文的主要内容如下:绪论部分主要提到汉语及越南语量词的一些基本概念、研究现状,并简述本文的选题原因、研究意义、研究内容及方法、思路等。第一部分对“一点”和“mot chut”,“mot vai”进行了对比研究。首先笔者介绍汉语“一点”、“一些”与越南语的“mot chut”、“mot vai”,让读者把握他们的基本特征。在越南语有大概四个词语搭配跟“一点”、“一些”有相似的意思,但是最接近的就是“mot chut”,“mot vai”,汉语中的“一点”相当于越南语中的“mot chut”,“一些”相当于“mot vai”.其次笔者进行侧重探讨“一点”和“mot chut”,“一些”与“mot vai”的相同点与不同点。通过列表对比方式,来比较分析汉语量词“一点”、“一些”与对应的越南语量词“mot chut”、“mot vai”在使用方法、功能方面的区别。重点研究了包括其使用的重叠和省略形式、与表达动词行为的词语组合的形式上的异同,以及在句法功能方面,二者充当主谓宾定状补等成分上的异同。第二部分讲述了越南学生运用现代汉语量词”一点”、“一些”时候的偏误。本次问卷调查对象是越南河内东方大学汉语教师与翻译专业一年级,二年级的学生。本论文采用问卷调查方式,对数据进行统计、归纳、分析。针对越南学生在学习汉语量词”一点”、“一些”时常见的偏误问题,结合对比研究进行剖析,并总结出出现偏误的原因。第三部分是通过调查数据,分析偏误原因与类型,在此基础上提出切实可行的解决方案,为越南学生掌握汉语不定量词“一点”、“一些”提出相应的教学对策。点本文的创新点是:本文对于汉语不定量词“一点”、“一些”与越南语“mot chut”、“mot vai”进行了对比研究。目前,无论是中国还是越南对于这四个不定量词的研究都很少,笔者通过研究与分析问卷结果提出了一些有效的教学策略,弥补了这方面的一些缺憾。本文的不足之外:针对“mot chut”、“mot vai”的研究材料很少,虽然有一些越南学者出版的越南语语法书提到“mot chut”、“mot vai”可是不够全面所以参考材料并不充分。问卷研究范围也不够大,只调查了东方法学汉语系的一年级与二年级学生。
