Objective:The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatments of western medicine diseases relies heavily on the proper sub-classification of the patients from the TCM perspective in a process known as syndrome *** develop a data-driven approach,called latent tree analysis,for solving the sub-classification problem where definitions of patient subclasses and classification rules are established based on patterns detected in unlabeled clinic symptom ***:The approach starts with a survey of patients with a western medicine disease where information about symptoms and signs of interest to TCM is *** data are analyzed using latent tree models to reveal symptom co-occurrence/mutual-exclusion patterns,which are represented by latent *** patterns are then used to cluster the *** resulting patient clusters are used to define patient subclasses and to establish classification ***:The approach is illustrated using a data set about vascular mild cognitive impairment that involves 803 patients and 93 symptoms.A latent tree model with 31 latent variables is *** patients are clustered based on a combination of eight of latent variables that are related to qi deficiency.A quantitative definition of the qi deficiency subclass and the associated classification rule are ***:A data-driven approach to TCM syndrome classification is *** approach can be used to answer the following questions about a western medicine disease:What TCM syndrome subclasses are there among the patients with the disease? 概述 AN/APG-67多功能雷达是一种采用现代技术的相参数字式火控雷达,它是为诺斯罗普公司F-20“虎鲨”式飞机研制的。从1983年初开始对这种雷达进行了飞行试验和鉴定。本报告提出了鉴定的主要结论。 AN/APG-67雷达能够帮助F-20飞机完成空对空和空对地任务。空对空搜索和跟踪工作方式具有上视、下视和边扫描边跟踪方式,以及人工或自动截获转入单目标跟踪的能力。在完成空对地任务时,雷达能对地面和海面动目标进行探测和跟踪,并且有真波束和多卜勒锐化地图测绘和空对地测距功能。

Background:The goal of the current study was to identify the potential therapeutic targets by analyzing the production of oxidants and their effects on the antioxidant system of Setaria digitata,a filarial worm that was collected from the peritoneal cavity of recently butchered ***:*** was collected and the mitochondria-like particles(MLP),somatic isolates and the post-nuclear fraction were prepared for *** radical intensity and the antioxidant enzyme activity in these fractions were *** effect of diethylcarbamazine(DEC),Q0,omeprazole,and L-methyl arginine on NOS production in the worm was also ***:Experiments showed that coelomic fluid and whole worm showed significant levels of Nitric oxide compared to other *** cytosol of the worm showed higher NOS activity than *** dismutase and nitric oxide(NO)levels were found to be higher in MLP fraction of the *** was also found that DEC did not have any effect on the prevention of NO,while Q0,omeprazole,and L-methyl arginine treatment showed a decrease in NO production ***:The results showed that by using the existing drugs we could reduce the propagation of *** by inhibiting the production of NO.
