Objective:To investigate the renoprotective effects of luteolin on diabetes in ***:One week after administration of streptozotocin 55 mg/kg intraperitoneally,rats were given 25,50,and 75 mg/kg/day of luteolin orally for another eight *** the end of the experiment,body weight,blood glucose level,biochemical parameters for renal function(serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,uric acid,serum albumin,and total protein),kidney histology,matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-2,MMP-9,and histone deacetylase 2(HDAC-2)expression,and malondialdehyde,myeloperoxidase,and hydroxyproline content in renal tissue were *** glucose-induced damage using NRK-52E cell line was studied to evaluate cell viability and metalloenzyme ***,in silico studies including docking and molecular dynamics simulations were ***:MMP-2,MMP-9,and HDAC-2 expressions were significantly increased in high glucose-induced NRK-52E cells and the renal tissue of diabetic ***,these changes were reversed by luteolin at the administered ***,luteolin significantly reduced oxidative stress,inflammation,and fibrosis,as well as improved biochemical parameters in diabetic ***,luteolin at the examined doses markedly alleviated diabetes-induced histopathological changes in renal ***:Luteolin effectively attenuates streptozotocin-induced diabetic nephropathy in rats by inhibiting MMP-2,MMP-9,and HDAC-2 expression,and reducing oxidative stress and inflammation.

MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of endogenously expressed non-coding regulators of the genome with an ability to mediate a variety of biological and pathological *** is growing evidence demonstrating frequent dysregulation of microRNAs in cancer cells,which is associated with tumor initiation,development,migration,invasion,resisting cell death,and drug *** have shown that modulation of these small RNAs is a novel and promising therapeutic tool in the treatment of a variety of diseases,especially cancer,due to their broad influence on multiple cellular ***,suboptimal delivery of the appropriate miRNA to the cancer sites,quick degradation by nucleases in the blood circulation,and off target effects have limited their research and clinical ***,there is a pressing need to improve the therapeutic efficacy of miRNA modulators,while at the same time reducing their *** delivery vehicles for miRNA modulators have been shown to be effective in vitro and in *** this review,we will discuss the role and importance of miRNAs in cancer and provide perspectives on currently available carriers for miRNA *** will also summarize the challenges and prospects for the clinical translation of miRNAbased therapeutic strategies.

Aims: The purpose of this study was to determine the sex of primary and permanent tooth pulp tissue under different environmental conditions using deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) analysis and the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification method. Materials and Methods: For this study, 40 permanent and primary teeth (20 males and 20 females) that were scheduled for extraction were used. For 6 months, the teeth were divided into four groups of ten (5 males and 5 females) based on different environmental conditions. The pulp was extracted from each tooth, DNA was isolated using QIAGEN’s DNeasy Blood and Tissue Kit, and sex was determined using a PCR technique. Results: DNA was extracted from all 40 samples subjected to various environmental conditions, but sex was correctly determined in only 90% of the samples. Conclusions: PCR-based sex determination using primary and permanent teeth under different environmental conditions for up to 6 months is a reliable technique with high accuracy.

Introduction:Anagen effluvium (AE) is caused by impaired mitotic activity of matrix cells in the hair *** presents with sudden loss of hair and *** diagnosis is based on the clinical history,trichoscopy,and *** presentation:A 20-year-old woman presented with sudden loss of hair following treatment with oral *** of the TPMT were within normal limits both in genotype and phenotype *** pull test was *** revealed yellow dots and multiple black dots,empty yellow dots,dark lines,upright regrowing hairs,and circle *** was stopped,and minoxidil 5% and oral multivitamin were *** trichoscopic analysis revealed terminal hairs and upright regrowing ***:AE is characterized by abrupt loss of anagen hairs due to impaired metabolic *** in AE shows coudability hairs,black dots,exclamation mark hairs,multiple broken shafts,and regrowing *** yellow dots,yellow dots with black dots,pigtail hairs,and dark lines were additional features in this ***:Trichoscopy assists in the accurate diagnosis of *** effects of azathioprine can be observed even with normal TPMT *** monitoring is therefore of prime importance.

In recent years,the significant growth in the Internet of Things(IoT)technology has brought a lot of attention to information and communication *** IoT paradigms like the Internet of Vehicle Things(IoVT)and the Internet of Health Things(IoHT)create massive volumes of data every day which consume a lot of bandwidth and ***,to process such large volumes of data,the existing cloud computing platforms offer limited resources due to their distance from IoT ***,cloudcomputing systems produce intolerable latency problems for latency-sensitive real-time ***,a newparadigm called fog computingmakes use of computing nodes in the form of mobile devices,which utilize and process the real-time IoT devices data in orders of *** paper proposes workload-aware efficient resource allocation and load balancing in the fog-computing environment for the *** proposed algorithmic framework consists of the following components:task sequencing,dynamic resource allocation,and load *** consider electrocardiography(ECG)sensors for patient’s critical tasks to achieve maximum load balancing among fog nodes and to measure the performance of end-to-end delay,energy,network consumption and average *** proposed algorithm has been evaluated using the iFogsim tool,and results with the existing approach have been *** experimental results exhibit that the proposed technique achieves a 45%decrease in delay,37%reduction in energy consumption,and 25%decrease in network bandwidth consumption compared to the existing studies.

Data Encryption standard(DEs)is a symmetric key cryptosystem that is applied in different cryptosystems of recent ***,researchers found defects in the main assembling of the DEs and declared it insecure against linear and differential *** this paper,we have studied the faults and made improvements in their internal structure and get the new algorithm for Improved *** improvement is being made in the substitution step,which is the only nonlinear component of the *** alteration provided us with great outcomes and increase the strength of ***,a novel 6×6 good quality s-box construction scheme has been hired in the substitution phase of the *** construction involves the Galois field method and generates robust s-boxes that are used to secure the scheme against linear and differential *** again,the key space of the improved DEs has been enhanced against the brute force *** out-comes of different performance analyses depict the strength of our proposed substitution boxes which also guarantees the strength of the overall DEs.
