Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),commonly known as primary liver cancer,is a major cause of malignant tumors and cancer-related deaths in China,accounting for approximately 85％of all cancer cases in the *** guidelines have been used to diagnose and treat liver ***,these guidelines provide a broad definition for classifying advanced liver cancer,with an emphasis on a singular approach,without considering treatment options for individual ***,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and practical expert consensus,specifically for China,to enhance the diagnosis and treatment of HCC using the Delphi *** classification criteria were refined for Chinese patients with HCC,and the corresponding optimal treatment regimen recommendations were *** recommendations took into account various factors,including tumor characteristics,vascular tumor thrombus grade,distant metastasis,liver function status,portal hypertension,and the hepatitis B virus replication status of patients with primary HCC,along with treatment *** findings and rec-ommendations provide detailed,scientific,and reasonable individualized diagnosis and treatment strategies for clinicians.

To the Editor:Hematopoietic cell transplantation(HCT)is a vital modality to cure severe hematological disorders.[1]Global or regional summarized data of HCT are annually reported by the Chinese Blood and Marrow Transplantation Registry Group(CBMTRG),European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation(EBMT)and center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant research(CIBMTR).It is shown that the number of transplants is continuously increasing,particularly in China in recent years.[2]Since the donor accessibility is significantly addressed by the well-established protocol of haplo-identical HCT(haplo-HCT).

近年来, 消化内镜领域涌现出诸多国产品牌, 目前已有多个产品、数十个型号的国产消化内镜投入了临床应用, 但其性能参数、临床操作体验、配套完备程度等情况各有不同, 此外由于历史原因, 国内医学界对国产医疗设备尤其是高精尖设备接受度不高。据此, 首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院承担科技部重大专项"国产消化内窥镜的多中心系统评价研究", 立足临床实际需求及内镜技术发展现状, 联合不同地区各级医院、相关企业以及第三方检测机构等共同制订了本标准。标准包括消化内镜的科学技术性能评价、临床操作体验评价、临床综合效能评价及社会效益评价4个部分, 旨在增加优秀国产内镜的认可度, 指导国产内镜的临床应用与研发改进, 促进其推广普及。

20世纪60年代,经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP)的问世开创了胆胰疾病新的治疗领域。随着医学材料科学、影像学及临床经验的积累,ERCP已不再局限于“造影术”,括约肌切开、扩张、引流等ERCP相关的治疗技术逐渐开始涌现。国内的ERCP技术起步于20世纪70年代初,历经近半个世纪的发展与推广,目前已经成为国内诊断和治疗胆胰疾病的重要手段。2010年,由中华医学会消化内镜学分会ERCP学组牵头制订了“ERCP诊治指南(2010版)”,该指南在规范化ERCP操作方面取得了很大成果,而随着ERCP技术的进步、发展与推广,ERCP的操作方法、干预时机以及围手术期处理等方面均发生了一定的变化,为此有必要对“ERCP诊治指南(2010版)”进行增补和修订。本指南结合国内外最新的临床研究结论及专家意见,结合国内临床实际,旨在进一步规范ERCP的手术流程,完善ERCP技术推广,助力健康中国建设。
