The combined petrographic,petrological,geochemical and geochronological study of the Neoproterozoic gneisses of the Sarychabyn and Baskan complexes of the Junggar Alataw of South Kazakhstan elucidate the Precambrian tectonic evolution of the Aktau–Yili *** is one of the largest Precambrian crustal blocks in the western Central Asian orogenic *** U-Pb single-grain zircon ages indicate that granite-gneisses formed from the same source and crystallised in the early Neoproterozoic ca.930–920 *** chemical composition of gneisses corresponds to A2-type *** whole-rock Nd isotopic characteristics(εNd(t)=−4.9 to−1.0 and TNd(DM-2st)=1.9 to 1.7 Ga)indicate the involvement of Paleoproterozoic crustal rocks in magma *** Neoproterozoic ca.930–920 Ma A-type granitoids in the Aktau–Yili terrane of South and Central Kazakhstan might reflect within-plate magmatism adjacent to the collisional belt or a local extension setting in back-arc areas of the continental arc.

This study proposes an approach of leveraging information gathered from multiple traffic data sources at different resolutions to obtain approximate inference on the traffic distribution of Chicago's O'Hare Airport ***,it proposes the ingestion of traffic datasets at different resolutions to build spatiotemporal models for predicting the distribution of traffic volume on the road *** to its good adaptability and flexibility for spatiotemporal data,the Gaussian process(GP)regression was employed to provide short-term forecasts using data collected by loop detectors(sensors)and supplemented by telematics *** GP regression is used to make predictions of the distribution of the proportion of sensor data traffic volume represented by the telematics data for each location of the ***,the fitted GP model can be used to determine the approximate traffic distribution for a testing location outside of the training *** in the transportation sector can find the results of this work helpful for making informed decisions relating to current and future transportation conditions in the area.

T cell-mediated immune therapies have emerged as a promising treatment modality in different malignancies including colorectal cancer(CRC).However,only a fraction of patients currently respond to *** the lack of responses and finding biomarkers with predictive value is of great *** is evidence that CRC is a heterogeneous disease and several classification systems have been proposed that are based on genomic instability,immune cell infiltration,stromal content and molecular subtypes of gene *** leukocyte antigen class Ⅰ(HLA-Ⅰ)plays a pivotal role in presenting processed antigens to T lymphocytes,including tumour *** molecules are frequently lost in different types of cancers,including CRC resulting in tumour immune escape from cytotoxic T lymphocytes during the natural history of cancer *** aim of this review is to(i)summarize the prevalence and molecular mechanisms behind HLA-Ⅰ loss in CRC,(ii)discuss HLA-Ⅰ expression/loss in the context of the newly identified CRC molecular subtypes,(iii)analyze the HLA-Ⅰ phenotypes of CRC metastases disseminated via blood or the lymphatic system,(iv)discuss strategies to recover/circumvent HLA-I expression/loss and finally(v)review the role of HLA class Ⅱ(HLA-Ⅱ)in CRC prognosis.

Introduction: Here we will describe the actual surgical technique to perform the left mammary artery bypass to the left anterior descending artery, and the results of this operation in the Benetti Foundation in the last 20 years. Materials and Methods: The inclusion criteria for this operation were patients with a demonstrated predominant ischemia by functional test. In the patients with double, triple vessels disease or left main, the age was more than 65 years or and Euro score Risk of surgery of more than 4. The exclusion criteria were patients with more areas of ischemia and lesions that involved a considerable territory apart from the Lad and good candidates for surgery are younger than 65 years or the Euro score Risk of surgery were less than 4. Seventy patients were operated in the Foundation through LIMA to LAD Anastomosis with the MINI OPcaBG technique. The average Preoperative Risk Euroscore was 3,5. Surgical Technique after open the lower part of the sternum, the left mammary artery is dissected around 8 cm. The pericardium is open and the mammary is connected to the left anterior descending. Results: Operative mortality in this series was 0%. One patient was converted to sternotomy Off Pump (1, 4%). None of the grafts were revised after the measure with the Medistim System. 55 (79%) were extubated in the operating room. The average Hospitalization stay were 60 hours (D +_17 ci 95%), 16 patients with Lima to LAD were restudied in the initially experience with 100% patency, at 144 months, 82% of the patients were alive and 68% asymptomatic. Conclusion: More clinical experience is important to find the definitive indications of this technique;and better technologies are required to be able to standardize this operation in definitive form.

Being a facet of flexible electronics,mechanically reshapeable magnetic field sensorics enable novel device ideas for soft robotics,interactive devices for virtual-and augmented reality and point of care *** applications demand mechanically compliant yet robust sensor devices revealing high sensitivity to small magnetic *** push the detection limit of highly compliant and linear magnetic field sensors to be in the sub-µT range,we explore a new fundamental concept for magnetic field sensing,namely the planar Hall effect in magnetic thin *** their remarkable bendability down to 1 mm,these compliant planar Hall effect sensors allow for an efficient detection of magnetic fields as small as 200 nT with a limit of detection of 20 *** demonstrate the application potential of these devices as a direction(angle)as well as proximity(distance)sensors of tiny magnetic fields emanating from magnetically functionalized *** their intrinsic linearity and simplicity of fabrication,these compliant planar Hall effect sensors have the potential to become a standard solution for low field applications of shapeable magnetoelectronics in point of care applications and on-skin interactive electronics.

The maximum rates of adenosine triphosphatase （ATPase） systems related to energy consumption were systematically evaluated in synaptic plasma membranes isolated from the striata of male Wistar rats aged 2, 6, 12, 18, and 24 months, because of their key role in presynaptic nerve ending homeostasis. The following enzyme activities were evaluated： sodium-potassium-magnesium adenosine triphosphatase （Na^＋, K^＋, Mg^2＋-ATPase）; ouabain-insensitive magnesium adenosine triphosphatase （Mg^2＋-ATPase）; sodium-potassium adenosine triphosphatase （Na^＋, K^＋-ATPase）; direct magnesium adenosine triphosphatase （Mg^2＋-ATPase）; calcium-magnesium adenosine triphosphatase （ca^2＋, Mg^2＋-ATPase）; and acetylcholinesterase. The results showed that Na~, K＋-ATPase decreased at 18 and 24 months, ca^2＋, Mg^2＋-ATPase and acetylcholinesterase decreased from 6 months, while Mg^2＋-ATPase was unmodified. Therefore, ATPases vary independently during aging, suggesting that the ATPase enzyme systems are of neuropathological and pharmacological importance. This could be considered as an experimental model to study regeneration processes, because of the age-dependent modifications of specific synaptic plasma membranes. ATPases cause selective changes in some cerebral functions, especially bioenergetic systems. This could be of physiopathological significance, particularly in many central nervous system diseases, where, during regenerative processes, energy availability is essential.

During the last decades,further knowledge of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)molecular mechanisms has led to development of effective systemic treatments including tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs)and *** this review,we describe first and second line systemic treatment options for advanced *** trials have evaluated new drugs for the treatment of HCC patients:In first line,lenvatinib resulted non-inferior to sorafenib and it can be used as alternative,even in the lack of evidence for sequential treatment options in second line after ***,atezolizumab plus bevacizumab have shown superiority over sorafenib in ***-regorafenib sequential administration in selected patients has opened a new paradigm of treatment in advanced HCC with a life expectancy exceeding two *** TKIs for second line treatment include cabozantinib and ramucirumab(specifically for patients with Alpha-fetoprotein values≥400 ng/mL).The combination of TKIs with immunotherapy may represent a big step forward for these patients in the near future.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is the 3^(rd) leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide. More than 80% of HCCs arise within chronic liver disease resulting from viral hepatitis, alcohol, hemochromatosis, obesity and metabolic syndrome or genotoxins. Projections based on Western lifestyle and its metabolic consequences anticipate a further increase in incidence, despite recent breakthroughs in the management of viral hepatitis. HCCs display high heterogeneity of molecular phenotypes, which challenges clinical management. However, emerging molecular classifications of HCCs have not yet formed a unified corpus translatable to the clinical practice. Thus, patient management is currently based upon tumor number, size, vascular invasion, performance status and functional liver reserve. Nonetheless, an impressive body of molecular evidence emerged within the last 20 years and is becoming increasingly available to medical practitioners and researchers in the form of repositories. Therefore, the aim this work is to review molecular data underlying HCC classifications and to organize this corpus into the major dimensions explaining HCC phenotypic diversity. Major efforts have been recently made worldwide toward a unifying "clinically-friendly" molecular landscape. As a result, a consensus emerges on three major dimensions explaining the HCC heterogeneity. In the first dimension, tumor cell proliferation and differentiation enabled allocation of HCCs to two major classes presenting profoundly different clinical aggressiveness. In the second dimension, HCC microenvironment and tumor immunity underlie recent therapeutic breakthroughs prolonging patients' survival. In the third dimension,metabolic reprogramming, with the recent emergence of subclass-specific metabolic profiles, may lead to adaptive and combined therapeutic approaches.
