Thr.e.new metal complexes derived from er（Ⅲ）, Dy（Ⅲ） and Zr（Ⅳ） with 2-aminobenzohydrazide （ABH） were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, Ir, ^1H-NMr, eS-MS and transmission electron microscopy （TeM）. The morphology and the particle size were determined by TeM. The results showed that the ligand acted as neutral bi-dentate coordinating to the metal ions through the carbonyl oxygen and amidic amino nitrogen. The aromatic amine group remained inert towards coordination. The optical band gap was measured and found to be 3.3, 3.5 and 4.3 eV for.e.（Ⅲ）, Dy（Ⅲ） and Zr（Ⅳ）, respectively. The optical band gap values indicated a semi-conducting nature of the investigated complexes. The anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities of the tested compounds were determined and compared with standard meloxicam.

Spatial modeling of ore grades is frequently impacted by the local variation in geological domains such as lithological characteristics,rock types,and geological *** this information may lead to biased results in the final ore grade block model,subsequently impacting the downstream processes in a mining chain *** the cur.e.t practice of ore body evaluation,which is known as stochastic cascade/hierarchical geostatistical modeling,the geological domain is first characterized,and then,within the geological model,the ore grades of interest are *** practice may be unrealistic in the case when the variability in ore grade across the boundary is gradual,following a smooth *** reproduce such characteristics,the cross dependence that exists between the ore grade and geological formations is considered in the conventional joint simulation between continuous and categorical ***,when using this approach,only one ore variable is considered,and its relationship with other ore grades that may be available at the sample location is *** this study,an alternative approach to jointly model two cross-cor.e.ated ore grades and one categorical variable(i.e.,geological domains)with soft contact relationships that exist among the geological domains is *** statistical and geostatistical tools are provided for variogram inference,Gibbs sampling,and conditional *** algorithm is also tested by applying it to a Cu deposit,where the geological formations are managed by the local and spatial distribution of two cross-cor.e.ated ore grades,Cu and Au,throughout the *** results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms other geostatistical techniques in terms of global and local reproduction of statistical parameters.

Ionic Conductivity in Gelatin-Based Hybrid Solid electrolytes:The Non-trivial role of Nanoclay

In this study, the ionic conductivity behavior in hybrid gelatin-based transparent electrolytes including various types of nanoclays with different size, shape and surface properties was characterized. The effects of nanoclay type and nanoclay concentration as well as different experimental conditions, e.g., pH, temperature and crosslinking were also investigated. In general, the impedance spectroscopy results suggested a non- trivial role for nanoclay. regardless of the nanoclay type, the ionic conductivity slightly increased first and then decreased by increasing the nanoclay concentration. Furthermore, among sodium montmorillonite （Na＋MMT）, lithium montmorillonite （Li＋MMT）, laponite and hydrotalcite, the hybrid electrolytes prepared by Li＋MMT showed higher ionic conductivity. The results also showed that the chemical crosslinking along with sample preparation at optimum pH, where the gelatin chains might be efficiently adsor.e. on exfoliated, negatively char.e. clay nanosheets, plays an important role. In comparison with the ionic conductivity of the neat sample at room temperature （～10-7 S cm-1）, a ten-fold increase was obser.e. for the crosslinked sample containing 2 wt% of Li^＋MMT prepared at optimum pH 3.5. The conductivity behavior as a function of temperature revealed the obedience with the VogeI-Fulcher-Tammann （VFT） model for all samples, suggesting the important role of segmental motions in the ionic conductivity. Finally, a qualitative explanation was presented for the mechanism of the ionic conduction in gelatin-nanoclay hybrid electrolytes.

AIM： To determine whether new cut-off values for aianine aminotransferase （ALT） and baseline hepatitis B virus （HBV） DNA levels better differentiate HBeAg（-） chronic hepatitis B （CriB） patients from inactive chronic carr.e.s. MeTHODS： Ninety-one patients [32 HBeAg（＋） CriB, 19 inactive carr.e.s and 40 HBeAg（-） CriB] were followed up for 2 years and were tested for HBV DNA levels by a PCr-based assay. ALT was tested twice during the last 6 mo using new cut-off values： ULN （upper limit of normal） 30 IU/L for males, 19 IU/L for females. Diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values were calculated by discriminant analysis. reSULTS： When using the revised ALT cut-off values, the lowest optimal HBV DNA level that differentiated HBeAg（-） CHB patients from inactive carr.e.s was 50000 copies/mL. The diagnostic accuracy of HBV DNA to determine inactive carr.e.s with a cut-off of 50000 copies/mL was similar to the previously recommended cut-off of 100000 copies/mL （91%）. HBV DNA levels were lower than the cut-off value in 95% of inactive carr.e.s and in 28% of HBeAg（-） CHB patients. With ALT 〈 30 IU/L in men and 〈 19 IU/L in women and HBV DNA levels 〈 100000 copies/mL, the risk of CHB is 5%. On the other hand, if ALT values were 〉 30 IU in men and 〉 19 IU in women and baseline HBV DNA levels were 〉 100000 copies/mL, the risk is 86%. CONCLUSION： New cut-off values for ALT together with HBV DNA levels proposed by AASLD （American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases） and NIH （National Institute of Health） consensus seem appropriate to characterize inactive carr.e.s.

Medical image fusion is considered the best method for obtaining one image with rich details for.e.ficient medical diagnosis and *** learning provides a high performance for several medical image analysis *** paper proposes a deep learning model for the medical image fusion *** model depends on Convolutional Neural Network(CNN).The basic idea of the proposed model is to extract features from both CT and Mr ***,an additional process is executed on the extracted *** that,the fused feature map is reconstructed to obtain the resulting fused ***,the quality of the resulting fused image is enhanced by various enhancement techniques such as Histogram Matching(HM),Histogram equalization(He),fuzzy technique,fuzzy type,and Contrast Limited Histogram equalization(CLAHe).The performance of the proposed fusion-based CNN model is measured by various metrics of the fusion and enhancement *** realistic datasets of different modalities and diseases are tested and ***,real datasets are tested in the simulation analysis.

Knowing the cur.e.t condition of the faults and fractures in a reservoir is crucial for production and injection activities.A good estimation of the fault reactivation potential in the cur.e.t stress field is a useful tool for locating the appropriate spot to drill injection wells and to calculate the maximum sustainable pore pressure in enhanced oil recovery and geosequestration *** this study,after specifying the cur.e.t stress state in the Gachsaran oilfield based on Anderson’s faulting theory,the reactivation tendency of four faults(F1,F2,F3,and F4)in the Asmari reservoir is analyzed using 3D Mohr diagrams and slip tendency *** showed that all the faults are stable in the cur.e.t stress state,and F2 has the potential to undergo the highest pore pressure build-up in the *** the other hand,F3 has the proper conditions(i.e.,strike and dip referring to σHmax or.e.tation)for *** polygons were also applied to show the effect of the pore pressure increase on fault stability,in a graphical *** to the results,the best location for drilling a new injection well in this part of the field is the NW side of F2,due to the lower risk of *** was found that both methods of 3D Mohr diagrams and slip tendency factors predict similar results,and with the lack of image logs for stress or.e.tation determination,the slip tendency method can be *** results of such studies can also be used for locating safe injection points and determining the injection pressure prior to numerical modeling in further geomechanical studies.

在电子商务飞速发展的今天,其过程中暴露出的隐私保护问题也逐渐凸显出来,并正在成为国内外炙手可热的研究课题。当前,电子商务领域消费者隐私信息被公开、个人数据资料未经授权被收集和利用等违法行为屡禁不止。因此维护消费者隐私权益,整顿电子商务行业不良之风已成为十分必要的举措。本文以当下热议的电子商务隐私保护问题为出发点,从平台和用户两方面开展相关研究。首先,本文通过了解中国电子商务平台如何实施数据隐私的七项原则,对比调查了中国六家比较有代表性的电商平台实施的隐私政策、用户协议以及条款与条件(T&C)。总体看来,研究表明这些平台已完全执行了PIPL的全部核心准则,其隐私政策也验证了这些平台全力对用户所共享的信息进行保护。但是仅从隐私政策的研究上无法确定这些平台是否真正根据法律法规要求销毁或者删除用户数据,为此我们开展了第二项研究。第二项研究旨在调查消费者对负面在线隐私体验的反馈,本次研究的样本为中国一所大型高校的486名学生用户。通过对数据进行整理和分析,结果表明,用户隐私泄露的现象说明目前电子商务方面存在很大的用户隐私保护问题,对用户的隐私保护没有遵循平台所声明的隐私政策,或者对于隐私政策没有完全遵守,存在漏洞,出现消费者隐私信息被公开、个人数据资料被未经授权收集等问题。本次研究的目标是调查顾客对于隐私规则的认识。通过研究,我们发现维护消费者隐私权益,整顿电子商务行业不良之风已成为十分必要的举措,加强电子商务中的个人隐私信息保护,对于尊重和保护消费者隐私权,推动电子商务行业的良性发展,进而推动中国社会经济转型有着基础性的重要意义,同时也是广大消费者盼望之所系。通过对现有电子商务隐私保护策略的研究,总结归纳出经验与教训,最终探索一条适合中国电子商务发展的可持续道路。诚然,中国的隐私保护工作尚有很多需要改进的地方。不过我们相信,只要政府、电子商务企业、消费者三者共同努力,电子商务隐私保护问题的解决定将迎来曙光,国内电子商务行业定将走上健康的可持续发展道路。
