The development of catalysts with high activity and durability for the cathodic oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in both alkaline and acidic media is important for improving the performance of the proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells. This can be achieved by dispersing Pt-based alloy nanoparticles inside N-doped porous carbon frameworks. However, it still requires the development of a facile method towards synthesizing this unique hybrid structure. In this work, we demonstrate that N-doped carbon-stabilized PtCo nanoparticles (PtCo@NC) can be facilely synthesized via thermal decomposition of Pt-incorporated Co-based zeolitic imidazolate framework (Pt@ZIF-67). The thickness of the carbon framework can be optimized to enable excellent durability, in sharp contrast to a commercial Pt/C catalyst. The mass activities achieved by optimizing the thickness of the carbon framework are 0.80 and 0.82 A·mgPt –1 at 0.9 V vs. RHE in alkaline and acidic electrolytes, respectively, which are nearly 8 times greater than those of the Pt/C. This work provides an alternative approach to low-cost and high-performance catalysts for both alkaline and acidic fuel cells.

Cathodic oxygen reduction reaction （ORR） is a highly important electrochemical reaction in renewable-energy technologies. In general, the surface area, exposed facets and electrical conductivity of catalysts all play important roles in determining their electrocatalytic activities, while their performance durability can be improved by integration with supporting materials. In this work we have developed a method to synthesize hybrid structures between PtPd bimetallic nanocages and graphene by employing selective epitaxial growth of single-crystal Pt shells on Pd nanocubes supported on reduced graphene oxide （rGO）, followed by Pd etching. The hollow nature, {100} surface facets and bimetallic composition of PtPd nanocages, together with the good conductivity and stability of graphene, enable high electrocatalytic performance in ORR. The obtained PtPd nanocage-rGO structures exhibit mass activity （0.534 A.m-1） and which are 4.4 times and 3.9 times greater than the specific activity （0.482 mA-cm-2） corresponding values for Pt/C.

目的利用生物信息学评估肺腺癌中PD-L1表达的临床病理和预后意义,并且用免疫组化对其表达和临床病理进行验证。方法利用GEPIA数据库分析PD-L1在数据库中mRNA的定量表达,并用免疫组化的方法进行验证;利用Te Kaplan-Meier Plotter评估PD-L1表达对肺腺癌预后价值的影响;利用Timer 2.0对肺腺癌的免疫细胞浸润进行分析;通过UALCAN数据库的TCGA模块,对不同亚型PD-L1在肺腺癌中的表达进行差异性分析。结果生物信息学显示,PD-L1在癌组织中的表达明显低于正常组织,免疫组化结果显示,PD-L1在肺腺癌癌组织中呈高表达,但在正常组织中呈低表达或不表达。PD-L1的表达在不同年龄、性别、临床分期以及淋巴结转移中差异无统计学意义,但其表达与患者的总生存期、首次进展生存期显著相关。结论PD-L1的表达与肺腺癌患者的生存预后有一定的关系。

In this paper, the authors study a class of general mean-field BDSDEs whose coefficients satisfy some stochastic conditions. Specifically, the authors prove the existence and uniqueness theorem of solution under stochastic Lipschitz condition and obtain the related comparison theorem. Besides,the authors further relax the conditions and deduce the existence theorem of solutions under stochastic linear growth and continuous conditions, and the authors also prove the associated comparison ***, an asset pricing problem is discussed, which demonstrates the application of the general mean-field BDSDEs in finance.

A novel cerium-tannic acid passivation treatment was performed on galvanized steel. The corrosion resistance of cerium-tannic passivated samples was tested by dropping test with 0.5 wt.% CuSO4 aqueous solution. The mass loss per unit area of passivated samples was measured after the corrosion in 0.5 mol/L NaCl ＋ 0.005 mol/L H2SO4 at room temperature for 96 h. The electrochemical behaviors of cerium, tannic acid, and cerium-tannic acid passivated samples on galvanized steel in 0.5 mol/L NaCl solution were investigated by polarization curves and electrochemical impendence spectra. The corrosion equivalent circuit was established according to the impedance characteristics. The results show that cerium-tannic acid treated samples exhibit better corrosion resistance than the sole cerium or tannic acid treated samples under the same condition. The mechanism of synergistic effect for cerium-tannic acid passivation on galvanized steel was discussed.

The standard approach to tackling computer vision problems is to train deep convolutional neural network(CNN)models using large-scale image datasets that are representative of the target ***,in many scenarios,it is often challenging to obtain sufficient image data for the target *** augmentation is a way to mitigate this challenge.A common practice is to explicitly transform existing images in desired ways to create the required volume and variability of training data necessary to achieve good generalization *** situations where data for the target domain are not accessible,a viable workaround is to synthesize training data from scratch,i.e.,synthetic data *** paper presents an extensive review of synthetic data augmentation *** covers data synthesis approaches based on realistic 3D graphics modelling,neural style transfer(NST),differential neural rendering,and generative modelling using generative adversarial networks(GANs)and variational autoencoders(VAEs).For each of these classes of methods,we focus on the important data generation and augmentation techniques,general scope of application and specific use-cases,as well as existing limitations and possible ***,we provide a summary of common synthetic datasets for training computer vision models,highlighting the main features,application domains and supported ***,we discuss the effectiveness of synthetic data augmentation *** this is the first paper to explore synthetic data augmentation methods in great detail,we are hoping to equip readers with the necessary background information and in-depth knowledge of existing methods and their attendant issues.

This paper presents the design of a vision-based automated robotic microinjection system for batch injection of both zebrafish embryos and larvae.A novel visual recognition algorithm based on an automatic threshold and excessive dilatation is introduced to accurately identify the center of zebrafish embryos and larval yolks.A corresponding software system is developed using the producer-consumer model as the framework structure,and a friendly user interface is designed to allow operators to choose from a range of desired functions according to their different *** addition,a novel microstructural agarose device is designed and fabricated to simultaneously immobilize mixed batches of embryos and ***,a prototype microinjection system is fabricated by integrating hardware devices with visual *** experimental study is conducted to verify the performance of the robotic microinjection *** results show that the reported system can accurately identify zebrafish embryos and larvae and efficiently complete batch microinjection tasks of the mixtures with an injection success rate of 92.05%in 13.88 s per *** with manual and existing microinjection systems,the proposed system demonstrates the merits of versatility,excellent efficiency,high success rate,high survival rate,and sufficient stability.

Generalized Laws of Importation and Cross-Migrativity Based on(D, N)-Implications

In the present article we study the generalized laws of importation and crossmigrativity based on(D, N)-implications. On the one hand, we consider the generalized law of importation I(T(x, α), y) = I(x, J(α, y)), when T is concretized as a fuzzy conjunction C, I and J are concretized as(D, N)-implications generated by a fuzzy disjunction D and a fuzzy negation N. On the other hand, we discuss the cross-migrativity of fuzzy disjunctions over fuzzy implications, that is, I(x, D(y, z)) = D(y, I(x, z)), where I is a fuzzy implication, D is a fuzzy disjunction. In addition, we study the relationship between the(α-)cross-migrative of(I, D) and the(α-)cross-law of importation(I, ID,N, C).
