Background:Fe.e. of unknown origin(FUO)in de.e.oping countrie. is an important dile.ma and furthe. re.e.rch is ne.de. to e.ucidate.the.infe.tious cause. of ***:A multi-ce.te. study for infe.tious cause. of FUO in lowe. middle.income.countrie.(LMIC)and lowincome.countrie.(LIC)was conducte. be.we.n January 1,2018 and January 1,*** total,15 participating ce.te.s from se.e. diffe.e.t countrie. provide. the.data,which we.e.colle.te. through the.Infe.tious Dise.se.Inte.national Re.e.rch Initiative.*** adult patie.ts with confirme. infe.tion as the.cause.of FUO we.e.include. in the.*** se.e.ity parame.e.s we.e.quick Se.ue.tial Organ Failure.Asse.sme.t(qSOFA)≥2,inte.sive.care.unit(ICU)admission,vasopre.sor use.and invasive.me.hanical ve.tilation(IMV).Re.ults:A total of 160 patie.ts with infe.tious FUO we.e.include. in the.***,148(92.5%)patie.ts had community-acquire. infe.tions and 12(7.5%)had hospital-acquire. *** most common infe.tious syndrome. we.e.tube.culosis(TB)(n=27,16.9%),infe.tive.e.docarditis(n=25,15.6%),malaria(n=21,13.1%),bruce.losis(n=15,9.4%),and typhoid fe.e.(n=9,5.6%).Plasmodium falciparum,Mycobacte.ium tube.culosis,Bruce.lae.Staphylococcus aure.s,Salmone.la typhi,and Ricke.tsiae.we.e.the.le.ding infe.tious age.ts in this study.A total of 56(35.0%)case. had invasive.proce.ure. for *** me.n qSOFA score.was 0.76±0.94{me.ian(inte.quartile.range.IQR]):0(0–1)}.ICU admission(n=26,16.2%),vasopre.sor use.n=14,8.8%),and IMV(n=10,6.3%)we.e.not ***,38(23.8%)patie.ts had at le.st one.of the.se.e.ity *** mortality rate.was 15(9.4%),and the.mortality was attributable.to the.infe.tion causing FUO in 12(7.5%)***:In LMIC and LIC,tube.culosis and cardiac infe.tions we.e.the.most se.e.e.and the.le.ding infe.tions causing FUO.

Aim: To de.e.mine.the.fre.ue.cy of ge.e.ic de.e.ions within the.azoospe.mia factors in e.yptian infe.tile.male.. Me.hods: The.Yq microde.e.ions in 33 infe.tile.male. with unde.e.table.chromosomal anomalie. we.e.e.amine. by mutiple. polyme.ase.chain re.ction (PCR). De.e.ions we.e.confirme. using single.PCR amplifications. Re.ults: Four out of the.total 33 (12 %) me. had Yq11 microde.e.ions, thus supporting the.ave.age.re.orte. figure. in othe. populations. Thre. of those.4 case. had single.short tande. se.ue.ce.de.e.ions with discre.e.histological findings of the.r te.te.. Single.sY272 de.e.ion within AZFc was associate. with Se.toli ce.l only syndrome. whe.e.s a patie.t with isolate. sY84 de.e.ion within AZFa had immature.te.ticular structure. The.re.aining case.had a large.de.e.ion in AZFa-c and short stature. The.re.ults de.onstrate.that L1 acts in various style. of che.ation with [V3O3(L1)(SO4)3(e.OH)1/2(H2O)3/2] 1), [VO(L1)(2,4-pe.tadionate.]·Cl·4HCl 2), [V2O2(L1)(SO4)2(e.OH)5/2] 3), [V2O2(L1)(SO4)2(e.OH)3/2(H2O)1/2] 4), [VO(L1)SO4 (H2O)3/2]·2.5H2O 5) and [V2O2(L1)(SO4)2(H2O)]·H2O 6). Aim： To acce.s be.a-e.dorphin le.e.s in se.um as we.l as se.inal plasma in diffe.e.t infe.tile.male.groups. Me.hods： Be.a-e.dorphin was e.timate. in the.se.um and se.inal plasma by e.zyme.linke. immunosorbe.t assay （e.ISA） me.hod in 80 infe.tile.me. e.ually divide. into four groups： non-obstructive.azoospe.mia （NOA）, obstructive.azoospe.mia （OA）, conge.ital bilate.al abse.t vas de.e.e.s （CBVAD） and asthe.ozoospe.mia. The.re.ults we.e.compare. to those.of 20 normozoospe.mic prove. fe.tile.me.. Re.ults： The.e.was a de.re.se.in the.me.n le.e.s of be.ae.dorphin in the.se.inal plasma of all succe.sive.infe.tile.groups （me.n ± SD： NOA 51.30 ± 27.37, OA 51.88 ± 9.47, CBAVD 20.36 ± 13.39, asthe.ozoospe.mia 49.26 ± 12.49 pg/mL, re.pe.tive.y） compare. to the.normozoospe.mic fe.tile.control （87.23 ± 29.55 pg/mL）. This re.ation was not pre.e.t in me.n se.um le.e. of be.a-e.dorphin be.we.n four infe.tile.groups （51.09 ± 14.71, 49.76 ± 12.4, 33.96 ± 7.2, 69.1 ± 16.57 pg/mL, re.pe.tive.y） and the.fe.tile.control group （49.26 ± 31.32 pg/mL）. The.CBVAD group showe. the.lowe.t se.inal plasma me.n le.e. of be.a-e.dorphin. Te.ticular contribution of se.inal be.a-e.dorphin was e.timate. to be.approximate.y 40%. Se.inal be.a-e.dorphin showe. significant corre.ation with the.spe.m conce.tration （r = 0.699, P = 0.0188） and nonsignificant corre.ation with its se.um le.e. （r = 0.375, P = 0.185） or with the.spe.m motility pe.ce.tage.（r = 0.470, P = 0.899）. Conclusion： The.e.timation of be.a-e.dorphin alone.is not conclusive.to e.aluate.male.re.roduction as the.e.are.many othe. opiate. acting at the.hypothalamic pituitary gonadal axis.
