Clinical validation of the early embryo viability assessment system: Analysis for the blastocyst morphology and pregnancy outcomes

Objective:To determine the relationship between the early embryo viability assessment(EEVA)and blastocyst morphological parameters and pregnancy ***:This retrospective cohort study was conducted on 291 intracytoplasmic sperm injection cycles including 2522 embryos with indications of prolonging embryo culture to the blastocyst stage in the Genea embryo review incubator,and 511 single vitrified-warmed blastocyst transfer cycles from January 2020 to June *** EEVA system produced an EEVA score from E1(best)to E5(worse)for the potential of blastocyst *** morphology was *** association between the EEVA score and each type of blastocyst morphology,implantation rate,clinical pregnancy,and ongoing pregnancy were assessed using generalized estimating ***:The inner cell mass A(ICM A),trophectoderm A(TE A),blastocoele expansion degree of 3,4,5,6,7 rates were higher with lower the EEVA *** adjusted odd ratio(aOR)(E5 vs E1)was 0.3 for ICM A,0.174 for TE A and 0.210 for BL3,4,5,6,7(all Png a significant association between lower EEVA scores and improved embryo *** implantation,clinical pregnancy,and ongoing pregnancy rate were also higher with lower the EEVA *** aOR of E5 vs E1 was 0.245 for implantation,0.185 for clinical pregnancy and 0.200 for ongoing pregnancy rate(Pnclusions:There were associations between blastocyst morphology,pregnancy outcome and EEVA *** good blastocyst morphology and pregnancy outcomes are higher with lower the EEVA score.

An analytical method for analyzing the thermal vibration of multi-directional functionally graded porous rectangular plates in fluid media with novel porosity patterns is developed in this *** properties of MFG porous plates change according to the length,width,and thickness directions for various materials and the porosity distribution which can be widely applied in many fields of engineering and defence ***,new porous rules that depend on spatial coordinates and grading indexes are proposed in the present *** Hamilton's principle and the refined higher-order shear deformation plate theory,the governing equation of motion of an MFG porous rectangular plate in a fluid medium(the fluid-plate system)is *** fluid velocity potential is derived from the boundary conditions of the fluid-plate system and is used to compute the extra *** GalerkinVlasov solution is used to solve and give natural frequencies of MFG porous plates with various boundary conditions in a fluid *** validity and reliability of the suggested method are confirmed by comparing numerical results of the present work with those from available works in the *** effects of different parameters on the thermal vibration response of MFG porous rectangular plates are studied in *** findings demonstrate that the behavior of the structure within a liquid medium differs significantly from that within a vacuum ***,they offer appropriate operational approaches for the structure when employed in various mediums.

The phenomenon of sloshing causes a significantly negative impact on a wide range of industries.A time‐optimal flatness‐based trajectory planning and Lyapunov‐based model predictive control(LMPC)is proposed for trajectory tracking of a transmitting cylindrical container filled with ***,this research presents an equivalent discrete model based on a mass‐spring‐damper ***,after the flatness of the adopted non‐linear model for 2d is established,time‐optimal trajectories are introduced.A control method called LMPC is shown to solve the problem of orbital tracking,which allows setting limits for state *** addition,to ensure system performance,a linear extended state observer(LESO)is integrated to cope with system ***,the efficiency of the proposed approach for liquid sloshing suppression and tracking is illustrated by simulations.

In this work,a novel refined higher-order shear deformation plate theory is integrated with nonlocal elasticity theory for analyzing the free vibration,bending,and transient behaviors of fluid-infiltrated porous metal foam piezoelectric nanoplates resting on Pasternak elastic foundation with flexoelectric *** analysis(IGA)and the navier solution are applied to the *** innovation in the present study is that the influence of the in-plane variation of the nonlocal parameter on the free and forced vibration of the piezoelectric nanoplates is investigated for the first *** nonlocal parameter and material characteristics are assumed to be material-dependent and vary gradually over the thickness of *** on Hamilton’s principle,equations of motion are built,then the IGA approach combined with the navier solution is used to analyze the static and dynamic response of the ***,we investigate the effects of the porosity coefficients,flexoelectric parameters,elastic stiffness,thickness,and variation of the nonlocal parameters on the mechanical behaviors of the rectangular and elliptical piezoelectric nanoplates.

Ion heat transport in electron cyclotron resonance heated L-mode plasma on the T-10 tokamak

Anomalous ion heat transport is analyzed in the T-10 tokamak plasma heated with electron cyclotron resonance heating(ECRH) in second-harmonic extra-ordinary mode. Predictive modeling with empirical scaling for Ohmical heat conductivity shows that in ECRH plasmas the calculated ion temperature could be overestimated, so an increase of anomalous ion heat transport is required. To study this effect two scans are presented: over the EC resonance position and over the ECRH power. The EC resonance position varies from the high-field side to the low-field side by variation of the toroidal magnetic field. The scan over the heating power is presented with on-axis and mixed ECRH regimes. discharges with high anomalous ion heat transport are obtained in all considered regimes. In these discharges the power balance ion heat conductivity exceeds the neoclassical level by up to 10 times. The high ion heat transport regimes are distinguished by three parameters: the ratio Te/Ti, the normalized electron density gradient R/■, and the ion–ion collisionality νii~*. The combination of high Te/Ti, high νii~*, and R/■=6-10 results in values of normalized anomalous ion heat fluxes up to 10 times higher than in the low transport scenario.

Land use type affects the physicochemical properties of *** value of OM and Tn is high in acacia *** acidity of soil is considered a serious constraint for *** cash crops are acacia,cassava,banana,rice and *** fertility is affected by land-use types and land management,which exacerbates soil erosion and various other forms of soil degradation in the mountainous regions of *** study was conducted in A Luoi district,Thua Thien Hue,Vietnam to identify the effects of land-use types on specific soil physicochemical characteristics related to soil *** physicochemical properties,such as organic matter(OM),total nitrogen(Tn),total phosphorous(TP),and K+were significantly affected by land-use *** results showed that the soils were sandy in rice but clay loam for acacia and *** mean bulk density value of acacia soil was significantly greater than that of other *** were higher in the acacia soils than those in the rice,maize,and banana *** OM content was significantly higher in the acacia,cassava,and banana soils than those in the rice and maize *** mean of exchangeable K+in the rice soil was higher compared to those in other soils and was affected by land-use *** high exchangeable acidity content in the soils was probably due to intensive ***,both land use type and management did not affect the CEC ***,the inappropriate land use caused the disturbance of soil physicochemical properties,indicating that the conditions of rice and maize soils are becoming worse than acacia ***,lowering the intensity of cultivation,adopting incorporated soil fertility management,and applying organic fertilizer should preserve the existing conditions and enhance soil properties.

Construction of a High‑Performance Composite Solid Electrolyte Through In‑Situ Polymerization within a Self‑Supported Porous Garnet Framework

Composite solid electrolytes(CSEs)have emerged as promising candidates for safe and high-energy–density solid-state lithium metal batteries(SSLMBs).However,concurrently achieving exceptional ionic conductivity and interface compatibility between the electrolyte and electrode presents a significant challenge in the development of high-performance CSEs for *** overcome these challenges,we present a method involving the in-situ polymerization of a monomer within a self-supported porous Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZT)to produce the *** synergy of the continuous conductive LLZT network,well-organized polymer,and their interface can enhance the ionic conductivity of the CSE at room ***,the in-situ polymerization process can also con-struct the integration and compatibility of the solid electrolyte–solid electrode *** synthesized CSE exhibited a high ionic conductivity of 1.117 mS cm^(-1),a significant lithium transference number of 0.627,and exhibited electrochemical stability up to 5.06 V ***/Li+at 30℃.Moreover,the Li|CSE|Lini_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2) cell delivered a discharge capacity of 105.1 mAh g^(-1) after 400 cycles at 0.5 C and 30℃,corresponding to a capacity retention of 61%.This methodology could be extended to a variety of ceramic,polymer electrolytes,or battery systems,thereby offering a viable strategy to improve the electrochemical properties of CSEs for high-energy–density SSLMBs.

AIM:To determine the dry eye(dE)rate and its relationship with disease stage in patients with primary ***:A cross-sectional study included 432 patients with primary hypertension(with an equal number of patients in each group:144 in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ hypertension)and 144 healthy subjects as a control *** Ocular Surface disease Index(OSdI)and Schirmer Ⅰ test without anesthetics were conducted on all 576 *** with OSdI scoresnd Schirmer Ⅰ values equal to or under 10 mm were diagnosed with ***:The ratio of dE in hypertension patients was higher than in the control group(41.7%versus 18.8%;Pn of patients with dE increased gradually according to the hypertension stage:27.1% in stage Ⅰ,40.3% in stage Ⅱ,and 57.6% in stage Ⅲ,Pduration of hypertension,plasma urea,creatinine,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(CRP-hs)levels in hypertension patients with dE were higher than those without dE,Png duration of hypertension,diabetes mellitus,elevated plasma creatinine,and CRP-hs levels were independent factors associated with dE in primary hypertension patients,PdE is a common disorder associated with advanced age,a long duration of hypertension,diabetes mellitus,elevated plasma CRP-hs,and creatinine levels in patients with primary hypertension.
