While enol-keto tautomerism has attracted great interest in Schiff bases and related compounds in solution and crystal states,the self-assembly of energy-unfavored keto form were scarcely ***,we report a keto-form directed self-assembly of a naphthalene-attached enantiomeric n-salicylideneanil analog L/DGG-nap accompanied with a significantly amplified circularly polarized luminescence(CPL).It was found that LGG-nap exists as a mixture of enol and keto form in monomer at a diluted toluene *** increment of the concentrations leads to the formation of predominated keto form,which subsequently triggers the ***-transmission electron microscopy(Cryo-TEM)revealed that a hierarchical assembly process happened upon increasing the concentration of LGG-nap in *** nanofibers formed at 1×10-4 mol/L and transferred into helical nanofiber bundles in 5×10-3 mol/***,while these is nearly no circular dichroism(CD)or CPL in the monomeric solution,the assembly showed strong CD and ***,the dissymmetry factor(glum)was significantly amplified from zero in solution through the 0.005 in individual nanofiber to 0.1 in nanofiber *** work demonstrates that the enol-keto tautomerism can be broken and trigger the self-assembly upon increasing the concentration,which can subsequently direct the chiral self-assembly and significantly amplify the dissymmetry factor of assembled CPL materials.

Hazardous waste stream needs to be managed so as not to exceed stock-and rate-limited properties of its recipient *** co-pyrolysis of Chinese medicine residue(CMR)and textile dyeing sludge(TDS)and its bio-oil,biochar,and ash quality and quantity were characterized as a function of the immersion of K_(2)CO_(3),atmosphere type,blend ratio,and *** to the mono-pyrolysis of TDS,its co-pyrolysis performance with CMR(the comprehensive performance index(CPI))significantly improved by 33.9%in the n_(2)atmosphere and 33.2%in the CO_(2)*** impregnation catalyzed the co-pyrolysis at 370℃,reduced its activation energy by 77.3 kJ/mol in the n_(2)atmosphere and 134.6 kJ/mol in the CO_(2)atmosphere,and enriched the degree of coke gasification by 44.25%in the CO_(2)*** impregnation increased the decomposition rate of the co-pyrolysis by weakening the bond energy of fatty side chains and bridge bonds,its catalytic and secondary products,and its bio-oil yield by 66.19%.Its bio-oils mainly contained olefins,aromatic structural substances,and *** immersion of K_(2)CO_(3)improved the aromaticity of the copyrolytic biochars and reduced the contact between K and Si which made it convenient for Mg to react with SiO_(2)to form *** co-pyrolytic biochar surfaces mainly included-OH,-CH_(2),C=C,and *** main phases in the co-pyrolytic ash included Ca_(5)(PO_(4))_(3)(OH),Al_(2)O_(3),and magnesium-silicate.

To evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation with succinic acid on growth performance,flesh quality,glucose,and lipid metabolism of nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)fed a high-carbohydrate diet(HCD),five iso-nitrogenous and iso-lipidic diets were prepared as follows:HCD(control group)consisting of 55%corn starch and HCD supplemented with 0.5%,1.0%,2.0%,and 4.0%succinic acid,*** with an initial body weight of 204.90±1.23 g randomly assigned to 15 tanks with 3 replicates per group and 10 fish per tank fed for 8 *** dietary succinic acid supplementation resulted in significant second-order polynomial relationship in the weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR),feed conversion ratio(FCR),protein efficiency rate(PER),viscerosomatic index,condition factor,and contents of muscular crude lipid and glycogen(Pndex,mesenteric fat index,liver glycogen content and crude lipid contents of the whole-body and liver demonstrated significantly linear and second-order polynomial relationship(Pnalysis based on WGR,SGR,PER,and FCR demonstrated that optimal supplementation with succinic acid in the HCD of nile tilapia ranged from 1.83%to 2.43%.Fish fed with 1.0%succinic acid had higher muscular hardness,increased the contents of alkali-soluble hydroxyproline in collagen,docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)and n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid(n-3PUFA)in muscle,and lower total fatty acid content in muscle(Pntrol *** to the control group,dietary supplementation with 1.0%succinic acid significantly increased the contents of total bounding amino acid(arginine,histidine,isoleucine,lysine,methionine,alanine,proline),total flavor amino acid(free aspartic acid),the catalase(CAT)activity and total antioxidant capacity,and the mRnA relative expression levels of CAT,superoxide dismutase(SOD),and nuclearfactor erythroidderived 2-like 2(nrf2)in muscle(Pni

Objectives:The pro-oncogenic effects of nCAPD2 have been extensively studied across various tumor types;however,its precise role within the context of lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)remains *** study aims to elucidate the biological functions of nCAPD2 in LUAD and unravel the underlying mechanistic ***:Utilizing bioinformatics methodologies,we explored the differential expression of nCAPD2 between normal and tumor samples,along with its correlations with clinical-pathological characteristics,survival prognosis,and immune ***:In the TCGA-LUAD dataset,tumor samples demonstrated significantly elevated levels of nCAPD2 expression compared to normal samples(pnically,higher nCAPD2 expression was notably associated with advanced T,n,and M stages,pathologic stage,gender,smoking status,and diminished overall survival(OS).Moreover,differentially expressed genes(DEGs)associated with nCAPD2 were predominantly enriched in pathways related to cell *** infiltration analysis revealed that nCAPD2 expression levels were linked to the infiltration of memory B cells,naïve CD4+T cells,activated memory CD4+T cells,and M1 *** vitro experiments demonstrated that silencing nCAPD2 suppressed LUAD cell proliferation,migration,invasion,epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),and cell cycle ***:In summary,nCAPD2 may represent a promising prognostic biomarker and novel therapeutic target for LUAD.

During the long term evolution of globular clusters(GCs), some member stars are lost to the field. The recently found nitrogen-rich(n-rich) metal-poor field stars are promising candidates of these GC escapees, since n enhancement is the fingerprint of chemically enhanced populations in GCs. In this work, we discuss the possibility of identifying n-rich metal-poor field stars with the upcoming Chinese Space Station Telescope(CSST). We focus on the main survey camera with nUV, u, g, r, i, z, y filters and slitless spectrograph with a resolution about *** combination of UV sensitive equipment and prominent n-related molecular lines in the UV band bodes well for the identification: the color–color diagram of(u-g) versus(g-r) is capable of separating n-rich field stars from normal halo stars, if metallicity can be estimated without using the information on u-band ***, the synthetic spectra show that a signal-to-noise ratio of 10 is sufficient to identify n-rich field stars. In the near future, a large sample of n-rich field stars found by CSST, combined with state-of-the-art n-body simulations will be crucial to deciphering GC-Galaxy co-evolution.

Traditional transgenic detection methods require high test conditions and struggle to be both sensitive and *** this study,a one-tube dual recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA)reaction system for CP4-EPSPS and Cry1Ab/Ac was proposed and combined with a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay,named“Dual-RPA-LFD”,to visualize the dual detection of genetically modified(GM)*** which,the herbicide tolerance gene CP4-EPSPS and the insect resistance gene Cry1Ab/Ac were selected as targets taking into account the current status of the most widespread application of insect resistance and herbicide tolerance traits and their stacked *** diluted plasmids,transgenic standards,and actual samples were used as templates to conduct sensitivity,specificity,and practicality assays,*** constructed method achieved the visual detection of plasmid at levels as low as 100 copies,demonstrating its high *** addition,good applicability to transgenic samples was observed,with no cross-interference between two test lines and no influence from other *** conclusion,this strategy achieved the expected purpose of simultaneous detection of the two popular targets in GM crops within 20 min at 37°C in a rapid,equipmentfree field manner,providing a new alternative for rapid screening for transgenic assays in the field.

The high lattice thermal conductivity of half-Heuslers(HHs)restricts the further enhancement of their thermoelectric figure-of-merit(ZT).In this study,multiscale scattering centers,such as point defects,dislocations,and nanoprecipitates,are synchronously introduced in a n-type ZrniSn-based HH matrix through nb doping and Hf *** lattice thermal conductivity is substantially decreased from 4.55(for the pristine ZrniSn)to 1.8 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1) at 1123 K via phonon scattering over a broad wavelength range through the adjustment of multiscale *** value is close to the theoretically estimated lowest thermal *** power factor(PF)is enhanced from 3.25(for the pristine ZrniSn)to 5.01 mW·m^(−1)·K^(−2) for Zr_(0.66)Hf_(0.30)nb_(0.04)niSn at 1123 K owing to the donor doping and band regulation via nb doping and Hf *** can be ascribed to the synergistic interaction between the lowering of the lattice thermal conductivity and retention of the high ***,a ZT value of as high as 1.06 is achieved for Zr_(0.66)Hf_(0.30)nb_(0.04)niSn at 1123 *** work demonstrates that these actions are effective in jointly manipulating the transport of electrons and phonons,thereby improving the thermoelectric performance through defect engineering.
