In.this study, a two-stage method is presen.ed for iden.ifyin. multiple damage scen.rios. In.the first stage, the damage locatin. vector （DLV） method usin. n.rmalized cumulative en.rgy （n.e） is employed for damage localization.in.structures. In.the secon. stage, the differen.ial evolution.algorithm （DE） is used for damage severity of the structures. In.addition. in.the secon. stage, a modification.of an.available objective fun.tion.is made for han.in. the issue of symmetric structures. To verify the effectiven.ss of the presen. techn.que, n.merical examples of a 72-bar space truss an. a on.-span.steel portal frame are con.idered. In.addition. the effect of n.ise on.the performan.e of the iden.ification.results is also in.estigated. The n.merical results show that the proposed combin.tion.gives good assessmen. of damage location.an. exten. for multiple structural damage cases.

In.this paper, the system performan.e of a decode-an.-forward(DF) full-duplex(FD) adaptive relayin. n.twork over the Rician.fadin. en.iron.en. is proposed, an.lyzed an. demon.trated. In.the first stage, the system is presen.ed with the en.rgy harvestin. an. in.ormation.tran.mission.processes. After that, the an.lytical expression. of the achievable throughput, the outage probability, an. symbol error ratio(SER) were proposed, an.lyzed an. demon.trated. Fin.lly, the an.lytical results are also demon.trated by Mon.e-Carlo simulation.in.comparison.with the closed-form expression. in.the in.luen.e of the key system parameters. The results show that the an.lytical an. simulated results match for all possible parameter values.
