随着中国经济文化影响力扩大以及友好的对外政策,越来越多越南高校的学生通过汉语交流合作项目前往中国来学习、生活,如越南的胡志明市国家大学与广西师范大学(中国)合作,共同开设了汉语本科学位项目(Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language),吸引学生在中越两国交流学习。汉语交流合作项目在中越两国教育合作中发挥了重要作用。为更好了解越南大学生参加汉语交流合作的真实需求、动机等,更好促进中越高校汉语交流合作。本文以需求分析理论为基础,通过文献分析、调查问卷以及访谈的方法,对80名胡志明市国家大学附属社会人文科学大学本科学生参与汉语交流合作项目的情况进行需求调查与分析。结果显示学生参与语言交流的动机由高到低分别是工作动机、学业动机、生活动机、价值观动机。奖学金等物质刺激也是学生参与汉语交流合作项目的外部诱因。同时,对中越高校汉语交流合作项目的需求进行了有效评估,作者对学校的教师和领导进行了深入访谈,从政府、学校、教师三个层面分析汉语交流合作项目带来的影响:随着时间的推移,双边合作越来越多;学习中文的学生人数增加;加强汉语培训的规模和质量;学生的水平提高;中越高校的汉语交流合作项目推动了汉语教师队伍的建设,培养了高素质、教学能力强、科研能力强的人才。对教师的调查结果也显示了越南汉语交流合作项目教师的愿望——增强汉语交流合作实用性、主动性和创新性,同时希望合作项目具有稳定、不间断的性质,避免行政干扰。

The impairment of regenerative processes induced by high blood-glucose level(hyperglycemia) and excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS) contributes to the diabetic complication progression and development. In this study, an injectable, in situ crosslinkable chitosan hydrogel with ROS-scavenging capability was developed by conjugating gallic acid onto the chitosan backbone(CGA). We hypothesized that gallic acid serves as both antioxidant and crosslinking moieties to form hydrogel in situ by means of enzymatic crosslinking with horseradish peroxidase(HRP). The rapid gelation(from 30 s) was observed by vial tilting. The mechanical properties and microstructures of CGA hydrogels can be well controlled by varying the concentrations of H2O2. The ROSscavenging ability of these CGA hydrogels was demonstrated against DPPH radical, hydroxyl radical, and total reducing power. Notably, in an in vitro hyperglycemia environment, CGA hydrogels significantly improved the proliferation and migration of human dermal fibroblast cells, which are closely related to diabetic wound healing. These results suggest that CGA hydrogels have potential as advanced materials for the treatment of diabetes-related diseases via attenuating the excessive ROS production and improving cellular behaviors.

现代汉语“被”字句是一种十分复杂而且具有特色的句式，一直受到语法研究家的重视。无论在结构上、语用上，还有语义上，汉语“被”字句历来都是越南学生学习汉语的一个突出难点。他们在习得“被”字句的过程中容易出现不同的偏误。在前者研究的基础上，本文对初级、中级、高级等级别的300个越南学生进行问卷调查，以便收集语料和了解学生习得汉语“被”字句的情况。根据调查结果进行偏误分析，归纳偏误类型，探究偏误来源，并对对外汉语教学提出一些有效的建议，从而使越南学生能更好、更快地理解和掌握此句式。本文总结出来越南学生习得“被”字句时常犯添加、遗漏、替代、错序等四种偏误，中间两者占较高的偏误比率。跟着越南学生的汉语水平日益提高，这些偏误出现的频率到中高级阶段就有所降低。导致这些偏误的原因跟偏误分析理论所揭示的几个方面一致，即母语知识的负迁移、目的语知识的过度泛化、学习策略与交际策略的影响、教学策略的影响。最终，本文通过越南学生习得“被”字句的实际情况以及现行大纲、教材对“被”字句的选取和编排考察提出相关教学方法、学习策略等建议，供给越南老师、同学参考材料。

The Arabidopsis phosphoinositide kinases PI4Kβ1 and PIP5K5 have been implicated in the control of directional vesicle trafficking underlying polar tip growth in pollen tubes. PI4Kβ1 and PIP5K5 catalyze key consecutive steps of phosphoinositide conversion, and it appears obvious that phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate formed by PI4Kβ1 might act as a substrate for phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate formation by PIP5K5. However, this hypothesis has not been experimentally addressed and distinct localization patterns of PI4Kβ1, PIP5K5, and also PI-synthases （PIS） generating phosphatidylinositol suggest additional complexity. Here, the synergistic functionality of enzymes of phosphoinositide conversion was assessed. In tobacco and Arabidopsis pollen tubes, phosphoinositides influence the apical secretion of pectin, and increased pectin deposition results in characteristic morphological alterations. Catalytically active and dominant negative variants of PI4Kβ1 and PIP5K5 were systematically co-expressed in tobacco pollen tubes and the incidence of morphologies related to enhanced pectin secretion was evaluated. The data support a proposed functional interplay of PI4Kβ1 and PIP5K5 at the trans-Golgi network, mediating directional vesicle trafficking. Co-expression experiments additionally including PIS isoforms, PIS1 or PIS2, indicate that pectin secretion is synergistically mediated by PI4Kβ1 and PIPSK5 acting on Ptdlns formed by PIS2 rather than PIS1. Possible ramifications for the preferential channeling of phosphoinositide intermediates between particular isoforms of PI pathway enzymes are discussed.

Despite its high theoretical energy density, lithium metal faces huge challenges in its implementation as an anode for Li secondary batteries because of its uncontrollable dendritic growth and large volume change during plating/stripping processes. These geometric changes cause degradation in a cell’s cycle life and performance and can lead to short-circuits and explosions. Here, we report a new approach to producing a LiF-rich phase on the lithium anode surface by employing a “bi-phase” separator. We fabricated it by coating polyvinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene (PVDF-HFP) onto a cellulose separator. The coverage of coating was adjusted by varying its concentration in the coating solution. The combination of cellulose and PVDF-HFP produced a LiF-rich solid-electrolyte interphase layer on the Li metal surface via an alkyl halide nucleophile exchange in contact with the bi-phase separator during plating. Symmetric cell tests show that the bi-phase separator extends the cycle life by more than 300 h, with overpotentials of less than 100 mV under plating/stripping at 2 mA cm^(−2) for a capacity of 2 mAh cm^(−2). The formation mechanism of the LiF-rich phase is suggested from spectroscopic analyses.

目的系统评价针灸联合音乐疗法治疗原发性抑郁症的有效性和安全性。方法采用计算机检索从始至今中英文数据库有关针灸联合音乐疗法治疗原发性抑郁的临床随机对照试验（Randomized Controlled Trial,RCT）,经人工筛选符合文献并进行数据提取后,制作纳入本研究的文献资料表格。通过Cochrane Handbook 5.1中介绍针对随机对照试验的偏倚风险评价工具进行文献质量评级,将文献的资料表格信息导入Rev Man 5.3软件以进行meta分析。其中,对于二分类变量运用相对危险度（Relative Risk,RR）,连续类变量运用加权均数差（Weighted Mean Difference,WMD）,两类变量均使用95%置信区间（Confidence Intervals,CI）。首先进行异质性检验,当I0.05）。（4）临床治愈率:根据HAMD-24得出的治愈率结果,针灸联合音乐疗法的治愈率比其他治疗方案更有优势（P=0.05）;根据HAMD-17得出的治愈率结果,针灸联合音乐疗法的治愈率比单纯音乐疗法更有优势（P<0.05）。2)对治疗原发性抑郁症患者的安全性评估:（1）不良反应例数:针灸联合音乐疗法相对于单用米氮平发生不良反应的风险更低（P<0.05）。（2）TESS评分:针灸联合音乐疗法相对于其他治疗方案发生副反应的风险更低（P<0.05）。***证据质量评级本研究所得出的结局指标结果的GRADE质量评级在中等至极低。结论1.针灸联合音乐疗法治疗原发性抑郁症是近年来的新组合方法,获得RCT类文献较少,文献质量与GRADE证据质量等级在中等往下。2.本研究严格遵守设立的标准,经统计纳入符合标准的文献后分析得知:针灸联合音乐疗法能够改善原发性抑郁症患者的抑郁症状,降低抑郁程度,与其他治疗方案相比疗效更佳,安全性高已到肯定。若采用接受式音乐疗法联合针灸,中期（5至13周）治疗可能对成年原发性抑郁症患者带来更好效果,待续研究。
