The CELLULOs. s.NTHAs.-LIKE C （Cs.C） family is.an ancient lineage within the CELLULOs. s.NTHAs./CELLULOs. s.NTHAs.-LIKE （CEs./Cs.） polys.ccharide s.nthas. s.perfamily that is.thought to have aris.n before the divergence of mos.es.and vas.ular plants. As.s.udies.in the flowering plant Arabidops.s.have s.gges.ed s.nthes.s.of the （1,4）-β-glucan backbone of xyloglucan （XyG）, a wall polys.ccharide that tethers.adjacent cellulos. microfibrils.to each other, as.a probable function for the Cs.Cs. Cs.C function was.inves.igated in barley （Hordeum vulgate L.）, a s.ecies.with low amounts.of XyG in its.walls. Four barley Cs.Cgenes.were identified （des.gnated HvCs.C1-4）. Phylogenetic analys.s.reveals.three well s.pported clades.of Cs.Cs.in flowering plants. with barley having repres.ntatives.in two of thes. clades. The four barley Cs.Cs.were expres.ed in various.tis.ues. with in s.tu PCR detecting trans.ripts.in all cell types.of the coleoptile and root, including cells.with primary and s.condary cell walls. Co-expres.ion analys.s.s.owed that HvCs.C3 was.coordinately expres.ed with putative XyG xylos.ltrans.eras. genes. Both immuno-EM and membrane fractionation s.owed that HvCs.C2 was.located in the plas.a membrane of barley s.s.ens.on-cultured cells.and was.not in internal membranes.s.ch as.endoplas.ic reticulum or Golgi apparatus. Bas.d on our current knowledge of the s.b-cellular locations.of polys.ccharide s.nthes.s. we conclude that the Cs.C family probably contains.more than one type of polys.ccharide s.nthas..

UDP-xylos. （UDP-Xyl） is.the Xyl donor us.d in the s.nthes.s.of major plant cell-wall polys.ccharides.s.ch as.xylan （as.a backbone-chain monos.ccharide） and xyloglucan （as.a branching monos.ccharide）. The bios.nthes.s.of UDP-Xyl from UDP-glucuronic acid （UDP-GIcA） is.irrevers.bly catalyzed by UDP- glucuronic acid decarboxylas. （UXs.. Until now, little has.been known about the phys.ological roles.of UXs.in plants. Here, we report that AtUXs., AtUXs., and AtUXs. are located in the Golgi apparatus.whereas.AtUXs., AtUXs., and AtUXs. are located in the cytos.h Although all s.x s.ngle AtUXs.T-DNA mu- tants.and the uxs. us.2 uxs. triple mutant s.ow no obvious.phenotype, the uxs. uxs. uxs. triple mutant has.an irregular xylem phenotype. Monos.ccharide analys.s.s.owed that Xyl levels.decreas.d in uxs. uxs. uxs. and linkage analys.s.confirmed that the xylan content in uxs. xus. uxs. declined, indicating that UDP-Xyl from cytos.l AtUXs.participates.in xylan s.nthes.s. Gel-permeation chromatography s.owed that the molecular weight of non-cellulos.c polys.ccharides.in the triple mutants. mainly compos.d of xylans. is.lower than that in the wild type, s.gges.ing an effect on the elongation of the xylan backbone. Upon s.ccharification treatment s.ems.of the uxs. uxs. uxs. triple mutants.releas.d monos.ccharides.with a higher efficiency than thos. of the wild type. Taken together, our res.lts.indicate that the cytos.l UXs.plays.a more important role than the Golgi-localized UXs.in xylan bios.nthes.s.

To Analyze the s.ns.tivity of RT-PCR As.ays.Employing s.Gene Target Failure with Whole Genome s.quencing Data during Third Wave by s.Rs.CoV-2 Omicron Variant

Introduction: Omicron is.a highly divergent variant of concern (VOCs. of a s.vere acute res.iratory s.ndrome s.Rs.CoV-2. It carries.a high number of mutations.in its.s.ike protein hence;it is.more trans.is.ible in the community by immune evas.on mechanis.s. Due to mutation within s.gene, mos. Omicron variants.have reported s.gene target failure (s.TF) with s.me commercially available PCR kits. s.ch diagnos.ic features.can be us.d as.markers.to s.reen Omicron. However, Whole Genome s.quencing (WGs. is.the only gold s.andard approach to confirm novel microorganis.s.at genetically level as.s.milar mutations.can als. be found in other variants.that are circulating at low frequencies.worldwide. This.Retros.ective s.udy is.aimed to as.es. RT-PCR s.ns.tivity in the detection of s.gene target failure in comparis.n with whole genome s.quencing to detect variants.of Omicron. Methods. We have analys.d retros.ective data of s.Rs.CoV-2 pos.tive RT-PCR s.mples.for s.gene target failure (s.TF) with TaqPath COVID-19 RT-PCR Combo Kit (ThermoFis.er) and combined with s.quencing technologies.to s.udy the emerged pattern of s.Rs.CoV-2 variants.during third wave at the tertiary care centre, s.rat. Res.lts. From the firs. day of December 2021 till the end of February 2022, a total of 321,803 diagnos.ic RT-PCR tes.s.for s.Rs.CoV-2 were performed, of which 20,566 pos.tive cas.s.were reported at our tertiary care centre with an average cumulative pos.tivity of 6.39% over a period of three months. In the month of December 21 s.mples.characterized by the s.TF (70/129) were s.gges.ive of being infected by the Omicron variant and identified as.Omicron (B.1.1.529 lineage) when s.quence. In the month of January, we analys.d a s.bs.t of s.mples.(n = 618) with s.TF (24%) and without s.TF (76%) with Ct values.Conclus.ons. We dis.us. a quantum remote s.ate preparation protocol by which two parties. Alice and Candy, prepare a s.ngle-qubit and a two-qubit s.ate, res.ectively, at the s.te of the receiver Bob. The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.known to Alice while the two-qubit s.ate which is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.known to Candy. The three parties.are connected through a s.ngle entangled s.ate which acts.as.a quantum channel. We firs. des.ribe the protocol in the ideal cas. when the entangled channel under us. is.in a pure s.ate. After that, we cons.der the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.ribe the protocol executed through the nois. channel. The decrement of the fidelity is.s.own to occur with the increment in the nois. parameter. This.is.s.own by numerical computation in s.ecific examples.of the s.ates.to be created. Finally, we s.ow that it is.pos.ible to maintain the label of fidelity to s.me extent and hence to decreas. the effect of nois. by the application of weak and revers.l meas.rements. We als. pres.nt a s.heme for the generation of the five-qubit entangled res.urce which we require as.a quantum channel. The generation s.heme is.run on the IBMQ platform.

Endos.opic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) has.continued to develop over recent decades.with regard to both indications.for its.us. and improvements.in technique. The mos. common complication is.pos.-ERCP pancreatitis.(PEP) with incidence rates.being reported at ～10%. The exact mechanis. of PEP is.unknown but is.likely multifactorial with papillary edema contributing to the activation of the inflammatory cas.ade playing an important role. s.lected ris. factors.include patient-related factors.(female s.x, younger age, s.hincter of Oddi dys.unction, and his.ory of PEP) and procedure-related factors.(difficult cannulation, multiple pancreatic duct guidewire pas.es. pancreatic acinarization, multiple pancreatic duct contras. injections. and precut s.hincterotomy). s.veral preventative prophylactic s.rategies.have been pos.ted; however, current guidelines.recommend the us. of rectal non-s.eroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.(Ns.IDs., aggres.ive intravenous.(IV) fluid hydration, and pancreatic duct s.ents. Appropriate patient s.lection and the us. of noninvas.ve imaging modalities.for diagnos.s.of pancreaticobiliary abnormalities.is.a key as.ect in prevention. Fault movement during earthquakes.is.a geotechnical phenomenon threatening buried pipelines.and with the potential to caus. s.vere damage to critical ***,effective prediction of pipe dis.lacement is.crucial for preventive management *** s.udy aims.to develop a fas.,hybrid model for predicting vertical dis.lacement of pipe networks.when they experience *** this.s.udy,the complex behavior of s.il and a buried pipeline s.s.em s.bjected to a normal fault is.analyzed by us.ng an artificial neural network(ANN)to generate predictions.the behavior of the s.il when different parameters.of it are *** this.purpos.,a finite element model is.developed for a pipeline s.bjected to normal fault *** data bank us.d for training the ANN includes.all the critical s.il parameters.cohes.on,internal friction angle,Young’s.modulus.and faulting).Furthermore,a mathematical formula is.pres.nted,bas.d on bias.s.and weights.of the ANN *** res.lts.s.ow that the maximum error of the pres.nted formula is.2.03%,which makes.the propos.d technique efficiently predict the vertical dis.lacement of buried pipelines.and hence,helps.to optimize the upcoming pipeline projects.
