Purpose: The purpose of this case report is to share and spread the awareness of diagnosing and m.naging idiopathic intracranial hypertension in atypical scenarios as in this case, who presented with m.ltiple other m.dical conditions, and had no papilloedem.. The presenting signs and sym.tom. of m.re headache were m.sleading. The other m.dical conditions could have explained the patient’s headache. These included cervical spine osteoporosis, and m.ddle ear otolith disease. This case is unique because she was found to have IIH without papilloedem., and despite having m.ltiple cancers in the uterus, breasts, and recently the thyroid, she had no m.lignant cells in the CSF. The patient was treated for IIH, and her m.lignancies were treated separately by the corresponding physicians. m.thod: The patient was assessed in 2019, and was followed up closely till 2021, in collaboration with her neurologist, oncologist, and orthopedist. Result: The patient had IIH after her neurologist attem.ted a lum.ar puncture, which showed high CSF pressure. Conclusion: Headache is a com.on sym.tom.presented by patients of different ages and backgrounds. The absence of papilloedem. does not exclude the diagnosis of IIH. When possible etiologies for headache are ruled out (e.g. m.ddle and inner ear infections, anem.a, intracranial tum.rs, glaucom., etc.), chronic headaches that do not respond to m.dications, and present with visual field changes m.y require a lum.ar puncture.

Objectives:We aim.d to evaluate the effect of percutaneous atrial septal defect(ASD)closure in children using right heart indices and serum.galectin-3(Gal-3),as potential biom.rkers of right heart ***:This case–control prospective study included 40 children with ASD and 25 control *** echocardiographic evaluation was perform.d before the procedure,as well as 24 h,1 m.nth,and 6 m.nths after *** Gal-3 was m.asured before,and 1 m.nth after the ***:Serum.Gal-3 concentration,right atrial(RA)dim.nsions,right ventricular(RV)dim.nsions,indexed RA area,and right index of m.ocardial perform.nce(RIm.)were significantly increased in children with ASD com.ared with control subjects while tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion(TAPSE)was significantly *** m.nths after closure,RA,and RV dim.nsions significantly decreased and RVfunction im.roved(RIm. decreased and TAPSE increased).Gal-3 oncentration significantly decreased 1 m.nth after ASD closure,but it did not reach norm.l range com.ared with control subjects.A positive correlation between Gal-3 and age at closure,RA area,RV dim.nsions,and RIm. was observed.A positive correlation was observed between the decrease in Gal-3 concentration and the decrease in RA area and RV dim.nsions 1 m.nth after ASD closure.A significant negative correlation was observed between TAPSE and Gal-3 concentration before and after ***:Percutaneous ASD closure can im.rove right-sided indices and decrease serum.Gal-3 ***-3 can be used as a sensitive biom.rker of right heart rem.deling,with a decrease in Gal-3 concentration suggesting reversal of m.ladaptive rem.deling.

Vitam.n D&vitam.n D receptor(VDR)signaling play a very crucial role in early em.ryonic heart *** construct this case-control study to investigate the association between m.ternal serum.vitam.n D level&VDR gene Fok1 polym.rphism.and risk of congenital heart defects(CHD)in *** m.thers who had term.neonates with CHD were considered as *** age-com.arable healthy m.thers who had neonates without CHD were contem.lated as *** serum.25 hydroxyvitam.n D[25(OH)D]level was tested using *** VDR gene Fok1 polym.rphism.was analyzed using PCR-based *** was a significant decrease in m.ternal vitam.n D level(P=0.002)and a significant increase in vitam.n D deficient status(P=0.007)am.ng cases when com.ared to *** gene Fok1 genotypes distribution frequency were in accordance with Hardy Weinberg equilibrium.HW)am.ng controls.A significant increase in VDR gene Fok1 F/f&f/f genotypes and f allele were observed in cases com.ared to controls with estim.ted odds ratio(95%confidence interval)&P-value of 3(1e8)&P=0.006,11(1e97)&P=0.01 and 3(2e6)&P=0.001 *** was a significant decrease in m.ternal vitam.n D level in neonates with cyanotic CHD(P=0.000)com.ared to those with a cyanotic CHD while there was no significant difference in VDR Fok1 genotype(P=0.18)&allele(P=0.05)distribution between two *** concluded that m.ternal vitam.n D deficiency and VDR gene Fok1 F/f,f/f genotype and f allele were associated with increased risk of CHD in offspring.

Type 2 diabetes continues to be a serious and highly prevalent public health problem.*** 2019,the highest prevalence of diabetes in the world at 12.2%,with its associated m.rbidity and m.rtality,was found in the m.ddle East and North Africa *** addition to a genetic predisposition in its population,evidence suggests that obesity,physical inactivity,urbanization,and poor nutritional habits have contributed to the high prevalence of diabetes and prediabetes in the *** risk factors have also led to an earlier onset of type 2 diabetes am.ng children and adolescents,negatively affecting the productive years of the youth and their quality of ***,efforts to control the rising prevalence of diabetes and its com.lications have been challenged and com.licated by the political instability and arm.d conflict in som. countries of the region and the recent coronavirus disease *** strategies,coupled with targeted interventions at the regional,national,and com.unity levels are needed to address and curb the spread of this public health crisis.

As a result of agriculture practices, m.llion tons of agriculture are produced as a secondary or by-products; however, with low nutritive values. m.ny m.thods are applied to im.rove the nutritive value and increase its utilization in rum.nant＇s nutrition. The biological treatm.nts are the m.st com.on with m.re safe-treated products. In m.st cases, the biological treatm.nts are paralleled with decreased crude fiber and fiber fractions content with increased crude protein content. Direct-fed m.crobial and exogenous enzym.s to anim.l are other ways of biological m.thods for im.roving nutritive value of feeds. Here in this review, we will try to cover the biological treatm.nts of by-products from.different sides view with different types of anim.ls and different anim.l end-products.

Lead is one of the m.st well-known naturally occurring environm.ntal heavy m.tals. This experim.ntal study was designed to evaluate lead induced toxic effects on hepatocytes and lobular architecture as judged m.croscopically. m.terial and m.thods: This study was conducted in anatom. departm.nt, Benha faculty of m.dicine, Benha University, Egypt from.m.y to October 2013 on 30 norm.l adult albino rats divided into 3 groups;one control and 2 experim.ntal groups. The experim.ntal groups were given 0.13% lead acetate solution in drinking water for 4 and 8 weeks, respectively. Anim.ls were scarified and livers were rem.ved and used to identify m.croscopic changes. Specim.ns were stained with Hem.toxylin and eosin, with m.sson trichrom. stain for study of fibrous tissue and with periodic acid shiff's (PAS) to study the glycogen content. Other specim.ns were prepared for ultrastructural study. Results: m.ld lym.hocytic infiltration, vacuolar degeneration and m.ld increase of periportal fibrosis with m.ld depletion of glycogen content and partial disappearance of glycogen vacuoles were reported in anim.ls received contam.nated water for 4 weeks. Anim.ls m.intained for 8 weeks on contam.nated water showed hepatic changes in the form.of abundant lym.hocytic infiltration, increased cellular polym.rphism. pyknotic nuclei and areas of cell necrosis with evident m.derate periportal fibrosis and m.rked vacuolar degeneration associated with m.rked depletion of glycogen content. Ultrastructural study revealed m.tochondrial edem., appearance of interstitial inflam.atory cells, and appearance of scattered variable sized lead electron-dense inclusion bodies. Conclusion: It could be concluded that chronic exposure to lead im.oses a potent toxic effect on liver cells m.nifested as glycogen depletion, cellular infiltration and liver architecture in the form.of initiation of periportal fibrosis that m.y progress to liver cirrhosis.

Based on a quasi-adiabatic m.del, the param.ters of the bubble interior for a m.ving single bubble sonolum.nescence （m.SBSL） in water are calculated. By using a com.lete form.of the hydrodynam.c force, a unique circular path for the m.SBSL in water is obtained. The effect of the am.ient pressure variation on the bubble trajectory is also investigated. It is concluded that as the am.ient pressure increases, the bubble m.ves along a circular path with a larger radius and all bubble param.ters, such as gas pressure, interior tem.erature and light intensity, increase. A com.arison is m.de between the param.ters of the m.ving bubble in water and those in N-m.thylform.m.de. With fluid viscosity increasing, the circular path changes into an elliptic form.and the light intensity increases.

In recent years, there has been an increase in dem.nd of gluten free products that are suitable for people with celiac disease. The present study was carried out to produce gluten free flat bread and biscuits with good quality. The ingredients under this study were cassava flour, rice flour, extruded soy protein (ESP) and pum.kin powder. Four levels of ESP were used for production of flat bread and biscuits: 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10% for flat bread and 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% levels for biscuits. Results of flat bread sam.les showed that protein, fat, ash and fiber contents increased in all sam.les as increasing the level of ESP. Flat bread at level 10% ESP had the highest value of β-carotene. Alkaline water retention capacity (AWRC) at zero tim. and 24 h of flat bread storage had high values for levels 2.5% and 5% ESP. Water holding capacity (WHC) increased insignificantly by increasing the level of ESP. Color m.asurem.nts revealed that the lightness decreased and the redness increased with increasing the level of ESP. Sensory evaluation of flat bread revealed that 2.5% followed by 5% ESP level had high score of overall acceptability. Physical properties of biscuits indicated that as the level of ESP increased the diam.ter, thickness, volum. and specific volum. decreased. Biscuits sam.le with 20% ESP had the highest values of protein, fat, ash and fiber but the lowest in total carbohydrates. Also β-carotene and vitam.n A content increased in biscuit sam.les. Caloric values of biscuits in all treated sam.les were lower than control. Lightness decreased while redness increased with increasing the level of ESP. Data of texture profile analysis (TPA) showed that hardness and adhesiveness (g) increased as ESP level increased. Sensory evaluation of biscuits showed that addition of ESP at 20% level decreased significantly texture score from.9.51 to 6.61 (P < 0.05) but insignificantly affected the other sensory scores.

At the sam. tim., hyperparam.teroptim.zation of DL m.dels also plays an im.ortant role in influencing overallclassification perform.nce. The current study introduces a novel Sym.ioticOrganism. Search with Deep Learning-driven Osteosarcom. Detection andClassification (SOSDL-ODC) m.del. The presented SOSDL-ODC techniqueprim.rily focuses on recognition and classification of osteosarcom. usinghistopathological im.ges. In order to achieve this, the presented SOSDL-ODCtechnique initially applies im.ge pre-processing approach to enhance the qualityof im.ge. Also, m.bileNetv2 m.del is applied to generate a suitable groupof feature vectors whereas hyperparam.ter tuning of m.bileNetv2 m.delis perform.d using SOS algorithm. At last, Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU)technique is applied as a classification m.del to determ.ne proper class *** order to validate the enhanced osteosarcom. classification perform.nce ofthe proposed SOSDL-ODC technique, a com.rehensive com.arative analysiswas conducted. The obtained outcom.s confirm.d the betterm.nt of SOSDLODCapproach than the existing approaches as the form.r achieved a m.xim.m.ccuracy of 97.73%.
