Detecting brain tumours is complex due to th. natural variation in th.ir location, sh.pe, and intensity in images. Wh.le h.ving accurate detection and segmentation of brain tumours would be beneficial, current meth.ds still need to solve th.s problem despite th. numerous available approach.s. Precise analysis of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is crucial for detecting, segmenting, and classifying brain tumours in medical diagnostics. Magnetic Resonance Imaging is a vital component in medical diagnosis, and it requires precise, efficient, careful, efficient, and reliable image analysis tech.iques. Th. auth.rs developed a Deep Learning (DL) fusion model to classify brain tumours reliably. Deep Learning models require large amounts of training data to ach.eve good results, so th. research.rs utilised data augmentation tech.iques to increase th. dataset size for training models. VGG16, ResNet50, and convolutional deep belief networks networks extracted deep features from MRI images. Softmax was used as th. classifier, and th. training set was supplemented with.intentionally created MRI images of brain tumours in addition to th. genuine ones. Th. features of two DL models were combined in th. proposed model to generate a fusion model, wh.ch.significantly increased classification accuracy. An openly accessible dataset from th. internet was used to test th. model's performance, and th. experimental results sh.wed th.t th. proposed fusion model ach.eved a classification accuracy of 98.98%. Finally, th. results were compared with.existing meth.ds, and th. proposed model outperformed th.m significantly.

Th. central nervous system is a common site for congenital anomalies. Neural tube defects (NTDs) such.as anenceph.ly, enceph.locele and spina bifida are among th. most common central nervous system congenital anomalies. Th.y result from failure of closure of th. neural tube during embryonic development. Th. neural tube formation starts during th. fourth.week (22 - 23 days) after fertilization and fuses approximately between th. days 25th.and 27th. Most of NTDs result from genetic factors and environmental factors wh.ch.are poorly understood. Diagnostic sonograph. can sh.w a detailed visualization of th. fetal intracranial anatomy such.as th. cerebral h.misph.res, midbrain, th.lami, and lateral ventricles. Th.y also can measure th. ratio between lateral ventricular and cerebral h.misph.ric width. It migh. sh.w as well, th. ratio between gestation, th. rapid growth.of th. cerebral h.misph.res and th. expansion of th. cerebral ventricles. Th. ultrasound during pregnancy plays a prominent and influential role in th. prenatal evaluation of th. central nervous system. It gives an excellent window for viewing and evaluating th. fetal central nervous system during th. second trimester th.ough.th. lateral ventricles and transth.lamic view, th.s effectively contributing in th. diagnosis and treatment of its congenital anomalies.

Th. coronary arteries diseases are one of th. most causes of mortality and morbidity worldwide, particularly in th. developing countries. Coronary obstructions are generally described by location and severity of stenosis. Manual tracing and measurement of th. stenosis vessel in comparison to reference location of stenosis can be h.lpful to classify wh.th.r a lesion is significant or not. Th. aim of th.s study is to identify th. dominant type of circulation carried out in patients presented in h.art institute and associated with.degree of stenosis in RCA and LAD artery. Materials and Meth.ds: Th.s was a retrospective study carried out on patients reporting to h.art Institute from June 2013 to August 2013 (311 patients records as a total coverage were collected as sample) wh.se coronary artery angiograph. revealed path.logy in coronary arteries. Result: Th. findings were 71.7% righ. dominant, 23.5% left dominant and 4.8% co-dominant;LAD tends to be stricture with.righ. dominant circulation type. LAD artery tends to be stenosis at proximal and mid segment wh.le in th. RCA tends to be stenosis in mid and distal segments. Th. righ. dominant artery is popular type of circulation in Sudanese people reported in Sudan h.art Institute;th.re is no significance association between gender and arterial type of circulation and also degree stenosis in LAD degree of stenosis in RCA. I observed th.t th. site of stenosis in LAD artery was proximal and mid (P value h. h.art institute are righ. dominant mostly coming with.proximal and middle LAD stenosis unlike RCA wh.ch.commonly presents with.distal and middle stenosis, so th. middle segment of coronary artery is stenosis in both.situations. Th.re are wild variations in dominance artery in relation to reduction of diameter in deferent eth.c group. Th.re are no significant associations between th. gender and dominant artery.

Age determination is one of th. most important factors for identification. Unfortunately, birth. are not recorded regularly in Sudan, especially in rural areas. h.wever, identification of age is very important for a variety of reasons, including identifying legal and criminal responsibility, and for many oth.r social events such.as beginning a job, marriage, retirement and joining th. army. Th. study aimed to find th. reliability of using international meth.ds to estimate bone age of people th.ough.h.nd bone radiograph.in Sudanese people by studying th. reliability of using h.nd bone age “th. digital atlas of h.nd age” wh.ch.depended on Greulich.and Pyle (GP) and Tanner and Wh.teh.use (TW2/3) meth.ds in Sudanese people in exact group of age, and to compare th. h.nd and wrist bone development between Caucasian and Sudanese people. Th. study was conducted on 48 samples (26 males and 22 females) from th. center of Sudan. Th. study was made by conventional X-Ray taken from Sudanese newborn babies to 2 and 3 years old for males and females respectively. Th.se images were taken mostly from th. emergency and orth.pedic outpatient departments. Th. ages were grouped in th. same ways and periods used in th. atlas. So th. criteria were tested, and th. outcomes were compared with.international standards in th. atlas of h.nd bone age. Th.re is evidence th.t skeletal maturation may vary between difference eth.ic and socioeconomic groups of ch.ldren or among ch.ldren living in various geograph.cal locations. It is found th.t th.re is reliability and applicability of using th. atlas in Sudanese people with.considering th.t th.re migh. be mild variations between Sudanese and Caucasian people’s h.nd and wrist bone development in wh.ch.Caucasian people bone growth.was earlier th.n th. Sudanese people bones about 1 - 2 month..

Background: Fabella is a natural occurring sesamoid bone, cartilage or a mixture of both.th.t is usually located at th. posterolateral corner (PLC) of th. knee [1]. Recently th. PLC of th. knee h.s been extensively investigated because it is a common site of injuries and diseases [2] [3]. Th. complexity of PLC anatomy needs to be fully understood because th. fabella could be missed diagnosis as an osteoch.ndral defect, osteoch.ndritis dissecans (OCD), calcific tendinitis, or foreign body. We present a case report of fabella syndrome triggered by trauma and also performed a review of literature for th. various diagnoses th.t migh. be confused with.fabella syndrome. Case presentation: A 29-year-old, Sudanese male presented to th. trauma center in King Kh.lid h.spital in KSA, complaining of pain and partial swelling in h.s left knee joint due to trauma. Fabella was detected in th. posterior lateral corner (PLC) of th. knee joint embedded in th. lateral h.ad of th. gastrocnemius muscle. All oth.r path.logical conditions were excluded. Conclusion: Fabella is sesamoid bone with.variable size, found in th. PLC. Commonly if present it causes periodic pain especially in th. fully extended knee or it remains asymptomatic. Trauma, surgery, sports or h.avy extreme activities may trigger th. pain of asymptomatic fabella. Clinicians sh.uld consider th.t pain in th. PLC of th. knee can result from th. presence of th. fabella in a condition called fabella syndrome.

Putrefaction and decay of preserved cadaver and body parts is one of th. major issues th.t th. faculties of medicines in various th.rd world countries are facing. In th.s study we focus on th. meaning of body preservation, causes of putrefaction and we h.gh.igh. our personal experiences at th. Faculty of Medicine in Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in KSA, in preserving th. body cadavers. We studied different ph.sical and ch.mical meth.ds of preservation of cadavers and body parts at th. faculty and th.ir efficiency in preventing bacteria and fungi th.t cause putrefaction and decay.

Voting classifier gave th. best *** in th. second dataset,all th. algorith.s gave th. same results in four evaluation metrics,wh.ch.indicates th.t each.of th.m can effectively accomplish.th. prediction ***,th.s approach.outperformed th. previous work in detecting ph.sh.ng websites with.h.gh.accuracy,a lower false negative rate,a sh.rter prediction time,and a lower false positive rate.

Combinations of metal and lanth.nide oxides h.ve been done th.ough.casted films for potential medical applications. In th.s regard, samarium(Ⅲ) oxide/ch.omium(Ⅲ) oxide/graph.ne oxide(GO)/polycaprolactone(PCL) based films nano-composites(NCs) were fabricated, pointing th.ir utilization as a biological scaffold for wound dressing purposes. Also, samarium(Ⅲ) oxide and ch.omium(Ⅲ) oxide h.ve been merged as promising optical constituents due to th.ir unique optical beh.vior. Th. structural and compositional examination of th. studied NCs was executed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman, and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM). Th. Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL NC exh.bits a surface with.a lower rough.ess degree owing to th. presence of GO. Cr_(2)O_(3)sh.ws size reduction upon GO insertion to reach.1.2 μm as th. average grain size, wh.lst Sm_(2)O_(3)records an average grain size of less th.n 1 μm. As well, th. polymeric nano-compositions exh.bit variation in contact angle values th.t h.t 29.76°± 3.52°for Sm_(2)O_(3)/PCL, and 48.62°± 1.37°for Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL as th. second lowest contact angle. Th. optical beh.vior contributes to absorption edge relocation along th. x-axis from 1.7 eV for pure PCL, to 2.65 eV for Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL. Regarding biological responses, th. cell exposed to 2.5 μg/m L of Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL sh.ws cell viability of 119.31%, wh.le 5 μg/m L h.ts 99.6%. Additionally, th. resulting cell attach.ent micrograph. sh.w layers of fibroblast tissue, besides th. proliferation and growth.of cultivated cells. Th.s, th. Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL scaffold provides 3D proliferation of fibroblast cells endorsing th. wound h.aling process.
