The a.ticle describes a.new method for ma.wa.e cla.sifica.ion, ba.ed on a.Ma.hine Lea.ning (ML) model a.chitecture specifica.ly designed for ma.wa.e detection, ena.ling rea.-time a.d a.cura.e ma.wa.e identifica.ion. Using a. innova.ive fea.ure dimensiona.ity reduction technique ca.led the Interpola.ion-ba.ed Fea.ure Dimensiona.ity Reduction Technique (IFDRT), the a.thors ha.e significa.tly reduced the fea.ure spa.e while reta.ning critica. informa.ion necessa.y for ma.wa.e cla.sifica.ion. This technique optimizes the model’s performa.ce a.d reduces computa.iona. requirements. The proposed method is demonstra.ed by a.plying it to the BODMa. ma.wa.e da.a.et, which conta.ns 57,293 ma.wa.e sa.ples a.d 77,142 benign sa.ples, ea.h with a.2381-fea.ure vector. Through the IFDRT method, the da.a.et is tra.sformed, reducing the number of fea.ures while ma.nta.ning essentia. da.a.for a.cura.e cla.sifica.ion. The eva.ua.ion results show outsta.ding performa.ce, with a. F1 score of 0.984 a.d a.high a.cura.y of 98.5% using only two reduced fea.ures. This demonstra.es the method’s a.ility to cla.sify ma.wa.e sa.ples a.cura.ely while minimizing processing time. The method a.lows for improving computa.iona. efficiency by reducing the fea.ure spa.e, which decrea.es the memory a.d time requirements for tra.ning a.d prediction. The new method’s effectiveness is confirmed by the ca.cula.ions, which indica.e significa.t improvements in ma.wa.e cla.sifica.ion a.cura.y a.d efficiency. The resea.ch results enha.ce existing ma.wa.e detection techniques a.d ca. be a.plied in va.ious cybersecurity a.plica.ions, including rea.-time ma.wa.e detection on resource-constra.ned devices. Novelty a.d scientific contribution lie in the development of the IFDRT method, which provides a.robust a.d efficient solution for fea.ure reduction in ML-ba.ed ma.wa.e cla.sifica.ion, pa.ing the wa. for more effective a.d sca.a.le cybersecurity mea.ures. Combina.ions of meta. a.d la.tha.ide oxides ha.e been done through ca.ted films for potentia. medica. a.plica.ions. In this rega.d, sa.a.ium(Ⅲ) oxide/chromium(Ⅲ) oxide/gra.hene oxide(GO)/polyca.rola.tone(PCL) ba.ed films na.o-composites(NCs) were fa.rica.ed, pointing their utiliza.ion a. a.biologica. sca.fold for wound dressing purposes. a.so, sa.a.ium(Ⅲ) oxide a.d chromium(Ⅲ) oxide ha.e been merged a. promising optica. constituents due to their unique optica. beha.ior. The structura. a.d compositiona. exa.ina.ion of the studied NCs wa. executed by X-ra. diffra.tion(XRD), Ra.a., a.d field emission sca.ning electron microscopy(FESEM). The Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL NC exhibits a.surfa.e with a.lower roughness degree owing to the presence of GO. Cr_(2)O_(3)shows size reduction upon GO insertion to rea.h 1.2 μm a. the a.era.e gra.n size, whilst Sm_(2)O_(3)records a. a.era.e gra.n size of less tha. 1 μm. a. well, the polymeric na.o-compositions exhibit va.ia.ion in conta.t a.gle va.ues tha. hit 29.76°± 3.52°for Sm_(2)O_(3)/PCL, a.d 48.62°± 1.37°for Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL a. the second lowest conta.t a.gle. The optica. beha.ior contributes to a.sorption edge reloca.ion a.ong the x-a.is from 1.7 eV for pure PCL, to 2.65 eV for Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL. Rega.ding biologica. responses, the cell exposed to 2.5 μg/m L of Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL shows cell via.ility of 119.31%, while 5 μg/m L hits 99.6%. a.ditiona.ly, the resulting cell a.ta.hment microgra.hs show la.ers of fibrobla.t tissue, besides the prolifera.ion a.d growth of cultiva.ed cells. Thus, the Sm_(2)O_(3)/Cr_(2)O_(3)/GO/PCL sca.fold provides 3D prolifera.ion of fibrobla.t cells endorsing the wound hea.ing process.

Ka.s Einy Hospita.,Ca.ro University,a.ong 60 CVS pa.ients,a.d the sa.ple wa. ra.domly a.signed through a.coin to a.loca.e subjects to study or control group(30 for ea.h group).a.ditory stimula.ion techniques were a.plied three times per week for the study group for two consecutive *** in the control group received only routine hospita. ca.e during the study *** Gla.gow Coma.Sca.e(GCS)score for a.sessing the neurologica. function a.d level of a.ousa. a.d the a.ditory subsca.e score of Western Neuro Sensory Stimula.ion Profile(WNSSP)for a.sessing a.ditory response were recorded a.d compa.ed between the two groups before a.d a.ter the ***:There were sta.istica.ly significa.t differences between the study group a.d the control group rega.ding third rea.ing of GCS score(11.5±0.3 vs.10.6±0.9,t=4.676,P=0.000).The scores of a.l a.ditory subsca.es of WNSSP in the study groups increa.ed a.ter implementing the a.ditory stimula.ion protocol(Pa.ditory stimula.ion protocol by nurse proves to be a. effective method for enha.cing hea.ing responses in individua.s with CVS.
