The Mianrahan’s ophiolitic complex out crops in the northeast of Kermanshah and along with the Zagros thrust zone. In Mianrahan sheet, these ophiolites are located along the NW-SE and parallel to the Zagros Thrust in the ground. The rocks of this ophiolite complex consist of peridotite, serpentinites, gabbro, dolerite dykes, basaltic lavas associated with marine sediments containing the cretaceous limestones, siliceous limestones and radiolarites. Stratification of this ophiolitic complex is similar to lithological facies sequence of the oceanic crust. However, in some parts, it could be seen as scattered and melanged in the ground. Petrographic study of Mianrahan’s ophiolitic complex started with the ultramafic sequence and followed by sedimentary rocks.

Owing to the favorable geographical location, Bangladesh captures a good amount of solar radiation per day. The proper utilization of this solar energy may reduce the country’s energy demand to a great extent. Bangladesh government has already made a master plan to utilize the abundant solar energy in different ways with a capacity development target of 600 MW by the end of 2021. Until 2018 a total capacity of 220 MW of solar power could be achieved by installing 6.9 million solar home systems (SHSs). On the other way, rooftop solar and solar mini-grid projects facilitated the capacity of 3.07 MW and 5 MW, respectively. A capacity of 32 MW could also be touched by solar irrigation projects with more than 1300 pumps for serving country’s rural people, and solar-diesel hybrid solution program (by installing 138 small power stations) has been supporting the telecom operators. Bangladesh power development board (BPDB), and Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL) have been promoting numerous research-development solar projects to many governments and private universities to build sustainable energy equipped country.

This paper addresses the problem of reducing CO2 emissions by applying convex optimal power flow model to the combined economic and emission dispatch problem. The large amount of CO2 emissions in the power industry is a major source of global warming effect. An efficient and economic approach to reduce CO2 emissions is to formulate the emission reduction problem as emission dispatch problem and combined with power system economic dispatch (ED). Because the traditional optimal power flow (OPF) model used by the economic dispatch is nonlinear and nonconvex, current nonlinear solvers are not able to find the global optimal solutions. In this paper, we use the convex optimal power flow model to formulate the combined economic and emission dispatch problem. The advantage of using convex power flow model is that global optimal solutions can be obtained by using mature industrial strength nonlinear solvers such as MOSEK. Numerical results of various IEEE power network test cases confirm the feasibility and advantage of convex combined economic and emission dispatch (CCEED).

目的基于UHPLC-QTOF-MS/MS技术对骆驼蓬Pegannum harmala化学成分进行分析,并探讨其神经保护活性。方法色谱柱为ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18)(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.6μm),流动相为0.1%甲酸水溶液(A)-0.1%甲酸乙腈溶液(B),梯度洗脱;体积流量0.3 mL/min;进样体积2μL;柱温35℃。质谱系统采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),正离子模式下检测。利用过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))和6-羟基多巴胺(6-hydroxydopamine,6-OHDA)诱导的PC12细胞氧化损伤模型和脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导的BV2细胞神经炎症模型,探讨骆驼蓬全草和种子的甲醇提取物以及去氢骆驼蓬碱、骆驼蓬碱、哈尔满和去甲哈尔满4种骆驼蓬中主要生物碱的神经保护活性。结果从骆驼蓬中共鉴别32个化学成分,全草中主要含有脱氧鸭嘴花碱、鸭嘴花醇等喹唑酮类生物碱,而种子中主要含有去氢骆驼蓬碱、骆驼蓬碱等β-咔啉类生物碱。骆驼蓬全草、种子甲醇提取物和4种生物碱对LPS刺激诱导BV2细胞一氧化氮(NO)生成具有一定的抑制活性,并对H_(2)O_(2)和6-OHDA诱导的PC12细胞损伤均具有明显的保护作用(P<0.01)。结论骆驼蓬全草和种子中的生物碱成分存在差异,而且其所含的生物碱类化合物具有一定的神经保护作用,为骆驼蓬的质量控制及药效物质基础研究提供了参考。

背景和目的: 主动脉是将左心室射出的血液输送到全身动脉床的血管。动脉瘤是指主动脉局部不可逆膨胀、管径超过主动脉正常宽度的50%。主动脉瘤已成为一个与日俱增的死亡病因之一，且很多情况下还没来得及确诊。大多病人是因其它疾病行影像检查时偶然发现的。男性和老年群体容易患有主动脉瘤。为此，本课题研究目的是观察我们吉林大学第一医院的主动脉瘤患者的临床表现特征、影像表现及相关的并发症。方法和材料：所有的研究病例是在吉林大学第一医院经CT检查诊断为主动脉瘤的患者。患者所有资料来自我院2010年1月至2012年12月PACS系统中的存档记录，共计134例主动脉瘤患者，其中2例患者同时并有两个主动脉瘤，单个主动脉瘤计为一个单独的患者，因此患者总数累计为136人。胸腹主动脉瘤根据动脉瘤体主要位于胸部或腹部，而归属为胸主动脉瘤或腹主动脉瘤。动脉瘤的大小以其最大横径量值为记数标准。所有的病人接受了64排螺旋或双源CT平扫或增强CT血管造影检查。扫描范围为主动脉弓水平3厘米以上到耻骨联合水平处。结果: 通过对136例主动脉瘤患者研究发现，动脉瘤患者多数为男性病例与老年患者：男女比例2:1。男性患者比女性患者的动脉瘤的直径大(6.14vs5.28m, p<0.05)。患者的平均年龄为(66.36±13.7)岁，动脉瘤平均大小为(5.8±1.9)cm。胸、腹主动脉瘤患者数量基本相同(n=68)。梭形动脉瘤占69.1%(n=94)、囊状动脉瘤占30.9%(n=42)。真性动脉瘤占66.2%(n=90)，而假性动脉瘤占33.8%(n=46)。伴有钙化、血栓形成和破裂的动脉瘤分别占62.5%、51.5%和17.6%。主动脉瘤伴附壁血栓且厚度≥1.5厘米占21.3%(n=29)。在目前的研究中，51.4%(n=35)的胸主动脉瘤和62.3%(n=43)的腹主动脉瘤是意外发现的。710岁年龄段动脉瘤患者数量最多(33%)，其次是610岁年龄组(30%)。腹主动脉瘤好发在610岁年龄组。钙化最多出现在80岁以上年龄组病例(11/13，84.6%)、血栓形成最多是在610岁年龄组(27/41，65.8%)，破裂最多发生在410岁年龄组(4/11，36.4%)。就患者的平均年龄而言，腹主动脉瘤(AAA)显著高于胸主动脉瘤(TAA)(69.75%vs.62.97%，p <0.01)。真性动脉瘤更多地发生在AAA组，假性动脉瘤更多发地生在TAA组(75%vs.57.4%、42.6%vs25%;p <0.05)。梭形动脉瘤更多发生在AAA组，而囊状动脉瘤更多发生在TAA组(79.4%vs58.8%，TAA41.2%vs20.6%， p <0.01)。钙化和血栓形成方面AAA组明显高于TAA组(83.8%vs.41.2%，p <0.001;72.1%vs30.9%, p <0.001)。在真性和假性动脉瘤比较中，真性动脉瘤患者的平均年龄明显大于假性动脉瘤组(69.2vs60.8y，p <0.01)。破裂更多地发生在假性动脉瘤组(50%vs.1.1%，p <0.001)。对比真性胸主动脉瘤(TTAA)和假性胸主动脉瘤(PTAA)，PTAA组的钙化和血栓形成显著高于TTAA (69%vs.20.5%，p <0.001;48.3%vs.17.9%，p <0.01)。动脉瘤破裂几乎均出现在PTAA组(41.4%vs.0%，p <0.001)。在比较真性腹主动脉瘤(TAAA)和假性腹主动脉瘤(PAAA)方面，PAAA组年龄明显高于TAAA组(72vs.63y，p <0.01)。 PAAA组动脉的平均尺寸较TAAA组大(7.1vs5.6cm，p <0.01)。钙化更多地发生在TAAA(92.2%vs.58.8%，p <0.01)，而破裂则常发生在PAAA组(64.7%vs.2%，p <0.001)。胸主动脉瘤发现时直径通常小于5cm，而腹部动脉瘤发现时直径通常大于5cm (56.4%vs.28.6%、71.4%vs43.6%，p <0.01)。在直径≥5厘米的动脉瘤中钙化出现频率明显高于直径<5厘米的动脉瘤(82.9%vs.23.2%，p <0.01)。尽管没有统计学意义，但二期增强扫描动脉瘤的附壁血栓密度差别出现率在破裂组比非破裂组高(71.4%vs.40.9%，p=0.171)。比较动脉瘤相关的并发症与不相关的并发症方面，与动脉瘤相关并发症出现率较高的在高龄患者组(60.39vs68.27y，p <0.01)。与胸主动脉瘤比较，腹主动脉瘤和假性动脉瘤则更容易出现动脉瘤的相关并发症(65%vs3%，p <0.001;40.8%vs12.1%，p <0.01)。与患病年龄组比较，胸主动脉瘤更多地出现在60岁以下年龄组的患者(75%vs41%)，而腹主动脉瘤更多的见于60岁以

Objective:To determine the rate of Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus(CCHFV) infection in hard ticks(Ixodidae) in Yazd province of ***:A molecular survey on hard ticks (Ixodidae) was conducted in Yazd province during 2008 -2009.A total of 140 hard ticks(three genera and 7 species) were collected from randomly selected villages and were exanimate for presence of CCHFV reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) ***: CCHFV genome was found in 5.71%of hard *** positive ticks were from Hyalomma genus. Positive ticks including:Hyalomma dromedarii,Hyalomma marginatum,Hyalomma anatolicum, Hyalomma detritum,Hyalomma *** were not able to find virus in in Rhipicephalus sanguineus and Dermacentor *** exhibited that Hyalomma is the main vector in the study ***:Due to the presence of virus in 24 provinces’ out of 31,we recommend the use of acaricides and repellent to prevent disease transmission among humans. Greta care should be taken by the people who are working in slaughter houses.
