The fifth generation(5G)system is the forthcoming generation of the mobile communication *** has numerous additional features and offers an extensively high data rate,more capacity,and low ***,these features and applications have many problems and issues in terms of security,which has become a great challenge in the telecommunication *** paper aimed to propose a solution to preserve the user identity privacy in the 5G system that can identify permanent identity by using Variable Mobile Subscriber Identity,which randomly changes and does not use the permanent identity between the user equipment and home *** this mechanism,the user identity privacy would be secured and ***,it improves the synchronization between mobile users and home ***,its compliance with the Authentication and Key Agreement(AKA)structure was adopted in the previous *** can be deployed efficiently in the preceding generations because the current architecture imposes minimal modifications on the network parties without changes in the authentication vector’s message ***,the addition of any hardware to the AKA carries minor adjustments on the network *** this paper,the ProVerif is used to verify the proposed scheme.

bla_(CTX-M),bla_(TEM),and bla_(SHV) in Enterobacteriaceae from North-Indian tertiary hospital:high occurrence of combination genes

Objective:To delineate the frequency of occurrence of bla_(CTX-M),bla_(TEM),and bla_(SHV) in Enterobacteriaceae from North-Indian tertiary ***:A random collection of a subset of 45 Escherichia coli(***) and 28 Klebsiella pneumoniae(***) that was resistant to a third generation cephalosporin and obtained during 2007-2008 was selected for detailed screening for bla_(CTX-M),bla_(TEM),and bla_(SHV) by monoplex *** isolates demonstrating the presence of bla_(CTX-M) alleles were characterized for the specific CTX-M-genogroup by using a multiplex ***:Resistance to cefoperazone,ceftazidime,ceftriaxone,cefotaxime, cefoxitin and piperacillin was 100%each in *** isolates,whereas these resistancerates for *** isolates were 93.1%,83.8%,91.9%,93.6%,97.3%and 97.1%,respectively. Concomitant resistance to aminoglycosides,quinolones and aztreonam was also *** of any of the bla genes(bla_(CTX-M),bla_(TEM),and bla_(SHV)) was noticed in a total of 28(38.4%) isolates of the 73 isolates *** isolates demonstrated occurrence of these genes in various ***_(CTX-M),bla_(TEM),and bla_(SHV) were noticed in 28.8%,10.9%and 13.7%isolates, *** PCR in bla_(CTX-M) harboring isolates demonstrated the presence of CTX-MGenogroup -1 and sequencing for the specific CTX-M-type revealed presence of CTX-M-15 type. RAPD typing showed wide diversity in ***:This is amongst the premier report describing the simultaneous occurrence of blo_(TEM),bla_(SHV),and bla_(ampC) in Indian Enterobacteriaceae and that wider dissemination of these genes,as demonstrated by diversity of isolates,raises concern and emphasizes a need for extensive search for the presence of these gene pools in Indian subcontinent.

This work presents a flexible/unified hardware architecture of Elliptic-curve Cryptography(ECC)and PRESENT for cryptographic *** features of the proposed work are(i)computation of only the point multiplication operation of ECC over GF(2163)for a 163-bit key generation,(ii)execution of only the variant of an 80-bit PRESENT block cipher for data encryption&decryption and(iii)execution of point multiplication operation(ECC algorithm)along with the data encryption and decryption(PRESENT algorithm).To establish an area overhead for the flexible design,dedicated hardware architectures of ECC and PRESENT are implemented in the first step,and a sum of their hardware area is ***,the implementation of the proposed flexible architecture for ECC and PRESENT algorithms is *** results regarding the area,clock cycles,latency,clock frequency,and power after the place-and-route level on Xilinx Virtex-5,Virtex-6,and Virtex-7 FPGA devices are ***,the implementation results and comparisons show that the proposed architecture suits applications demanding flexible implementation of cryptographic applications.

Study on Fabric and Seam Strength Loss of Denim Trousers for Different Washing Treatments

This paper shows that fabric and seam strength loss (%) of the selected denim trousers occurred for different washing applications. At first, a commonly used denim fabric of 12.5 Oz/yd2 was selected to make the trousers containing two types of seam i.e. superimposed and lapped seam. Then bleach, enzyme and acid wash were applied on the produced trousers and fabric & seam strength loss were determined by using related standard and equipment. It was found that fabric strength loss is higher in case of acid wash and the loss of seam strength is higher in case of enzyme wash.

AIM To evaluate the uptake of a mandatory meningococcal, a highly recommended influenza, and an optional pneumococcal vaccine, and to explore the key factors affecting vaccination rate among health care workers(HCWs) during the *** An anonymous cross-sectional online survey was distributed among HCWs and trainees who worked or volunteered at the Hajj 2015-2017 through their line managers, or by visiting their hospitals and healthcare centres in Makkah and Mina. Overseas HCWs who accompanied the pilgrims or those who work in foreign Hajj medical missions were excluded. Pearson's χ2 test was used to compare categorical variables and odds ratio(OR) was calculated by "risk estimate" statistics along with 95% confidence interval(95%CI).RESULTS A total of 138 respondents aged 20 to 59(median 25.6) years with a male to female ratio of 2.5:1 participated in the survey. Only 11.6%(16/138) participants reported receiving all three vaccines, 15.2%(21/138) did not receive any vaccine, 76.1%(105/138) received meningococcal, 68.1%(94/138) influenza and 13.8%(19/138) pneumococcal vaccine. Females were more likely to receive a vaccine than males(OR 3.6, 95%CI: 1.0-12.7, P < 0.05). Willingness to follow health authority's recommendation was the main reason for receipt of vaccine(78.8%) while believing that they were up-to-date with vaccination(39.8%) was the prime reason for non-receipt. CONCLUSION Some HCWs at Hajj miss out the compulsory and highly recommended vaccines; lack of awareness is a key barrier and authority's advice is an important motivator. Health education followed by stringent measures may be required to improve their vaccination rate.

Comparative analysis of metabolite changes in two contrasting rice genotypes in response to low-nitrogen stress

Identification of metabolites responsible for tolerance to low nitrogen availability(low-N)will aid in the genetic improvement of rice yield under nitrogen *** this study,a backcross introgression line(G9)and its recurrent parent Shuhui 527(SH527),which show differential responses to low-N stress,were used to identify metabolites associated with lowN tolerance in *** in metabolite contents in the leaves of G9 and SH527 at three growth stages under low-N stress were assessed by gas chromatography–mass *** metabolites,including amino acids and derivatives,were highly enriched in G9 compared with SH527 under the control condition,suggesting that the two genotypes had basal metabolite ***-N stress induced genotype-specific as well as growth stagedependent metabolite *** induced specifically in G9 that were involved in glycolysis and tricarboxylic acid metabolism were enriched at the tillering and grain filling stages,and metabolites involved in nitrogen and proline metabolism were enriched at the booting *** of pyroglutamate,glutamate,2-oxoglutarate,sorbose,glycerate-2-P,and phosphoenolpyruvic acid in G9 suggests that these metabolites could be involved in low-N stress *** results presented here provide valuable information for further elucidation of the molecular mechanisms of low-N tolerance in crops.

The non-covalent immobilization ofβ-glucuronidase enzyme obtained from Rhizopus oryzae was carried out by entrapment in natural fiber(papaya and coconut).The bioconversion capability of immobilized enzyme was analyzed based on conversion of glycyrrhizin to 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid under different *** hydrolytic activity of theβ-glucuronidase enzyme was highly depended on the microbial source and matrix,in which enzyme was ***β-glucuronidase immobilized in papaya fibers produced the highest GA content(13.170μg/mL)at 10 h of *** ***β-glucuronidase immobilized in coconut fibers produced the highest GA content(21.425μg/mL)at 15 h of *** Molinspiration software was used to predict drug like molecular properties of the 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid,and software suggested that the compounds had potential of becoming the orally active ***,in silico studies were conducted on proposed 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid to select the best possible drug candidates based on drug properties and bioactivity score of the compounds.

Relationship between pre-pubertal nutrition plane with reproduction performanceand milk quality in Kurdish female kids

Objective:To investigate the reproductive performance and milk quality to nutrition pre-pubertal plane in Kurdish female ***: Forty Kurdish female kids [aged (28.0±6.6) d and weighted (7.56±1.10) kg] were assigned randomly in pre-weaning period to one of two practical diets: low quality diet (LQD) [87 g CP/kg dray matter (DM) and 2.02 Mcal ME/kg DM], and high quality diet (HQD), (148 g CP/kg DM and 2.50 Mcal ME/kg DM). At weaning, from each group, one half of kids was separated randomly and allocated to LQD or HQD. Consequently, in post-weaning period, there were four treatment groups including: LQD pre and post-weaning (L-L), control group and LQD pre-weaning and HQD post-weaning (L-H);HQD pre-weaning and LQD post-weaning (H-L), HQD pre- and post-weanin (H-H). From 30 to 180 d of age, body weight and DM intake were determined every 2 ***:Results showed that the HQD treatment enhanced body weight and DM intake during pre-weaning period, in comparison with the LQD treatment (P<0.01). During post-weaning, kids of H-H treatment had higher DM intake compared with other kid's treatments. Kids fed the HQD treatment had greater withers height compared to kids on the LQD treatment at 90 d of age (P<0.01). Kids in the L-H and H-H groups weighed more and were younger at puberty. In the period of pre-pubertal, diet plan was not significantly affected milk yield and reproductive performance at the first ***:Overall, management strategies that have been used to availability of nutrition could increase growth and feed intake in Kurdish female kids. In addition, these strategic programs should be enhancing economic characteristics at the start of puberty of kid in goat husbandry.

Comparing the Cost and Time of Tender Opening Committee Report Preparation for Manual and E-Procurement Tenders in the Roads and Highways Department of Bangladesh

Bangladesh’s public procurement system has been traditional, i.e., a manual tendering system, under the legislative guidance of PPA-2006 and PPR-2008. Manual tendering has long been a source of concern for public procurement agencies regarding tender opening related to cost and time. To resolve this challenge and make the dream of a Digital Bangladesh a reality, the Government of Bangladesh launched the e-Procurement system in 2011 under the flagship of e-GP Guidelines. Following the successful pilot testing conducted under the umbrella of the CPTU, all public PEs are attempting to implement electronic procurement tenders. This study aims to examine the cost and time involved in preparing Tender Opening Committee (TOC) Reports for manual and e-procurement tenders in Bangladesh’s Roads and Highways Department. A mixed-method was used to collect data from the population of 11 RHD zones, including KII and primarily survey questionnaires. The independent samples t-test was used to compare data and hypothesis tests from two groups using SPSS software. The results indicated that e-Procurement tendering, tender opening preparation costs and time were more efficient than manual tendering. Academicians, students, practitioners, researchers, and policymakers will benefit from the study’s conclusions. Additionally, the government will be urged to improve policies such as the PPA 2006, the PPR 2008, and the 2011 e-GP Guideline.
