The performance of a new fiber-reinforced cementitious matrix(FRCM)system developed using custom-designed mortar and fabrics is investigated in this *** behavior of this system is evaluated in terms of both the flexural and shear strengthening of reinforced concrete *** beams are designed to assess the effectiveness of the FRCM system in terms of flexural strengthening,and four specimens are designed to investigate their shear *** parameters investigated for flexural strengthening are the number of layers,span/depth ratio,and the strengthening *** previous studies,custom fabrics with similar axial stiffness are used in all strengthening methods in this *** the shear-strengthened specimens,the effects of the span/depth ratio and strengthening system type(fiberreinforced polymer(FRP)or FRCM)are *** proposed FRCM system exhibits desirable flexural and shear strengthening for enhancing the load capacity,provides sufficient bonding with the substrate,and prevents premature failure *** the similar axial stiffness of fabrics used in both FRCM and FRP systems and the higher load capacity of specimens strengthened by the former,cement-based mortar performs better than epoxy.

背景:胃食管反流病(GERD)的症状是以胃灼热、反酸为特征,对于难治性胃食管反流病的定义仍然存在争议,因为该病是以患者自我感觉驱使为导向,患者对质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)无效,以此寻找表现出不同频率和严重的GERD相关症状医疗手段。GERD是一种十分常见的消化系统疾病,影响着世界三分之一的人口,大多数的指征是通过胃镜检查所得。GERD在西方国家的发病率在10%～20%,在亚洲国家少于5%,虽然其在中国的发病率低于西方国家,但近些年呈上升趋势。GERD通常发生在下食道括约肌短暂的松弛阶段,但它不会造成食管炎,造成食管炎的因素是由过多的反流性胃酸长期刺激食道。导致下食道扩约肌障碍的因素主要有三个:短暂的下食道括约肌松驰(TLESR),下食道括约肌的低压,以及由于食管裂孔疝造成食管和胃的连接处组织的变形。造成延长食管与酸的接触时间有两方面的原因:食道蠕动受损和唾液分泌减少,值得注意的是胆汁反流,因为即使在胃酸减少的情况下,持续胆汁反流也会导致食道等部位黏膜的损害。中医没有GERD的独立病名,但一些病症与其有相吻合的情况,如嘈杂、反胃、噎膈、呃逆、吞酸、吐酸等。GERD的主要病变部位是胃,其主要病机是胃气上逆。目的:观察针灸治疗难治性的胃食管反流病的临床疗效。材料和方法:自2017年6月至2018年3月在中国北京广济中医院采用临床试验的方法,选择对象主要是被诊断为胃食管反流病的患者,这些患者对质子泵抑制剂的疗效不理想。这项研究是从20名患者身上收集数据并分析,根据患者对治疗效果的满意程度,通过两个标准调查问卷,即胃食管反流病调查问卷(RDQ问卷)和视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)为主要评价指标所得的结果。这项研究旨在通过RDQ问卷来发现针灸对改善rGERD病人症状方面的效果,VAS评分则通过对治疗前后穴位压痛情况的对比观察针刺对改善穴位压痛的影响。采用SPSS 18.0版本来进行数据分析,利用非参数检验和多重检验来检测观察指标的差异。临床治疗及观察的步骤为:第一步:筛选符合rGERD诊断标准的病人,采集病史,由患者填写的胃食管反流病调查问卷,记录穴位VAS检测结果。第二步:患者接受4次针灸治疗,隔日一次。第三步:在第5次和治疗前,患者填写相同的胃食管反流病调查问卷,记录穴位VAS检测结果,避免任何因素干扰结果。第四步:针灸治疗第8次之后,患者再次填写相同的胃食管反流病调查问卷,记录穴位VAS检测结果。患者一周接受针灸治疗3次,总共8次。此次针灸治疗是由导师白兴华教授指导,采用两组穴位,第一组穴位位于督脉背段T4和T12棘突下的非穴位处,另外一组穴位为DU6-脊中、DU7-中枢、DU8-筋缩、DU9-至阳、DU10-灵台、DU11-神道、DU12-身柱、LI4-合谷、LI10-手三里、SP6-三阴交、KI3-太溪。在针灸治疗的同时,叮嘱患者避免进食可能引起的或者加重反流症状的食物,以及避免过饱或晚餐进食太晚,以及戒烟戒酒等。测验中的表格数据结果是平均值加减标准偏差(mean±SD),P<0.05在统计学上有意义。结果:共有20例病人纳入治疗观察,7名男性,13名女性,平均年龄47.11岁,平均体重指数22,属于正常范围。对不同时期出现的反酸症状采用胃食管反流病调查问卷,利用秩和检验在统计学上有显著意义(P = 0.000),但是在不同时期针对严重的反酸症状采用VAS调查问卷,相同的样本量在统计学上不具有显著意义(P = 0.320)。对不同时期出现暖气症状采用胃食管反流病调查问卷和不同时期出现的严重暖气症状采用VAS调查问卷,利用秩和检验在统计学上都具有显著意义(P = 0.000)。对不同时期出现的胃酸症状采用胃食管反流病调查问卷,利用秩和检验在统计学上有显著意义(P = 0.001),但是在不同时期针对严重的胃酸症状采用线段VAS调查问卷,相同的样本量在统计学上不具有显著意义(P = 0.262)。对不同时期出现的胸痛综合征采用胃食管反流病调查问卷(P = 0.263)和不同时期出现的严重暖气症状采用VAS调查问卷,相同的样本量在统计学上不具有显著意义(P = 0.400)。对不同时期出现上腹部疼痛症状采用胃食管反流病调查问卷(P = 0.003)和VAS调查问卷(P= 0.009),利用秩和检验在统计学上都具有显著意义。结论:通过这项研究表明针灸治疗的有效性,能够缓解难治性胃食管反流病的一些症状,其在治疗反酸、暖气、胃灼热、上腹部疼痛等方面有效,但在治疗严重反酸、严重胃灼热和严重胸痛等方面效果不是很好。当然通过扩大样本量,结果可能会通过这些参数显示出有效性,因此通过精确的实例筛选,针灸可以用于难治性的胃食管反流病患者的单独治疗。

Portfolio selection is one of the major capital allocation and budgeting issues in financial management, and a variety of models have been presented for optimal selection. Semi-variance is usually considered as a risk factor in drawing up an efficient frontier and the optimal portfolio. Since semi-variance offers a better estimation of the actual risk portfolio, it was used as a measure to approximate the risk of investment in this work. The optimal portfolio selection is one of the non-deterministic polynomial(NP)-hard problems that have not been presented in an exact algorithm, which can solve this problem in a polynomial time. Meta-heuristic algorithms are usually used to solve such problems. A novel hybrid harmony search and artificial bee colony algorithm and its application were introduced in order to draw efficient frontier portfolios. Computational results show that this algorithm is more successful than the harmony search method and genetic algorithm. In addition, it is more accurate in finding optimal solutions at all levels of risk and return.

In this study, the performance of stable nanofluid containing SiO2 nanoparticles dispersed and stabilized in high salinity brine for asphaltene inhibition in dynamic condition is evaluated. In the first stage of this work, the stability of silica nanoparticles in different range of water salinity(0–100000 mg·L-1) is investigated. Next, stable nanofluid containing highest salinity is selected as asphaltene inhibitor agent to inject into the damaged core sample. The estimated values of oil recovery for base case, after damage process and after inhibition of asphaltene precipitation using nanofluid are 51.6%, 36.1% and 46.7%, respectively. The results showed the reduction in core damage after using nanofluid. In addition, the relative permeability curves are plotted for the base case, after damage process and also after inhibition of asphaltene precipitation using nanofluid. Comparison of relative permeability curves shows, relative permeability of oil phase decreased after damage process as compared with the base case. But after using nanofluid the oil relative permeability curve has shifted to the right and effective permeability of oil phase has been improved.

Imbibition of water,as wetting phase in oil-wet fractured carbonate reservoirs,plays a key role in fluid flow between matrix and fracture *** type of injected seawater and its chemistry would profoundly influence the imbibition *** this study,the impact of smart water(a brine that its ions have been adjusted to facilitate oil recovery)and low salinity water on co-and counter-current imbibition processes for oil-wet carbonate cores has been experimentally *** results show an increase of about 10% in oil recovery for co-and counter-currents for smart seawater imbibition compared to that of low salinity *** addition,as a result of the influence of co-and counter-current on each other,by co-current removal from one core face,the countercurrent in the other face would be intensified by as much as about 75%.A close examination of different lengths(5,7 and 9 cm)of carbonate cores with the same permeability revealed that by decreasing porous medium length,the amount of counter-current producing oil would be decreased so that in the 5 cm core,counter current oil production will not *** similar core lengths by increasing permeability,the share of counter current flow would be decreased approximately 18% since the capillary pressure could not overcome non-wetting phase viscous *** the role of matrix length along with a modified brine(which is designed according to the matrix mixture)strengthen the relevant mechanisms to have more oil production so that the higher thickness of matrix causes the higher amount of co-current oil producing and consequently more total recovery.

A generation company(GENCO)which has a conventional power plant(CPP)intends to add an energy storage system(ESS)beside the CPP to increase its flexibility and *** this purpose,a new model is proposed for coordinated operation planning of the CPP and ESS in energy and spinning reserve markets in the presence of a bilateral *** proposed model is based on the stochastic price based unit commitment(PBUC)and price based storage commitment(PBSC).The uncertainties of the energy and spinning reserve prices and delivery requests in the spinning reserve market are modeled via scenarios based upon historical *** proposed model maximizes the profitability of the ESS beside the CPP and encourages the GENCO to invest the *** technology options to use beside the CPP are determined by economic *** results show that utilization of ESSs improves the technical operation of CPPs,as well as GENCOs’profitability.
