high-temperature carbonized metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)derivatives have demonstrated their superiority for promising electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorbers,but they still suffer from limited EMW absorption capacity and narrow *** the advantage of microstructure and chemical composition regulation for the design of EMW absorber,hierarchical heterostructured MoS_(2)/CoS_(2)-Co_(3)O_(4)@cabonized cotton fabric(CF)(MCC@CCF)is prepared by growing ZIF-67 MOFs onto CF surface,chemical etching,and *** from the dual loss mechanism of magnetic-dielectric multicomponent carbonized MOFs,chemical etching and carbonization process can effectively introduce abundant micro-gap structure that can result in better impedance matching and stronger absorption capacity via internal reflection,doped heteroatoms(Mo,N,S)to supply additional dipolar polarization loss,and numerous heterointerfaces among MoS_(2),CoS_(2),Co_(3)O_(4),and CCF that produce promoted conduction loss and interfacial polarization ***,a minimal reflection loss of−52.87 dB and a broadest effective absorption bandwidth of 6.88 Ghz were achieved via tunning the sample thickness and filler loading,showing excellent EMW absorption *** research is of great value for guiding the research on MOFs derivatives based EMW absorbing materials.

Biochemical Liver Functions and Molecular Identification of Fasciola hepatica from Experimentally Infected Rat Model

The current study was performed to evaluate the liver function status as well as molecular characterization of the recovered worms in rats experimentally infected with F. hepatica. Sixteen male Wister rats aged 30 days were randomly allocated into two groups (n = 8). The first group was infected orally with 15 viable encysted metacercaria of F. hepatica per animal. The other group was kept non-infected (control group). At zero time (before infection), the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th and 14th weeks post-infection (WPI), blood and serum samples were collected via puncture of retro-orbital plexus of veins from each rat. Serum enzyme level (AST and ALT) and total protein were measured, and the serum protein profile was carried out using agarose gel electrophoresis. During the period of the experiment, serum ALT and AST activities and serum total globulins significantly increased while serum total proteins and albumin markedly decreased in the infected group. On the 14th WPI, the data of the electropherogram showed that globulin fractions (α1-, β- and γ-globulin) levels were significantly increased while α2-globulin was markedly decreased in the infected group. The molecular analysis confirmed the amplification of the ITS1, ITS2 and NDI genes of F. hepatica recovered from the infected liver of rats with amplicon sizes of 630, 510 and 560 bp, respectively. Sequencing of the amplified ITS gene resulted in the determination of 3 strains (PP108836, PP108837, and PP108838). Also, analysis of the ITS2 gene resulted in obtaining 3 isolates under the accession numbers (PP109065, PP109066, and PP109067). In conclusion, fasciolosis in the rat model is suitable for routine experimental infections and caused a pronounced liver dysfunction with discharging of the Fasciola eggs in the faeces and the development of adult stages in the bile ducts. To increase the payload,reduce energy consumption,improve work efficiency and therefore must accordingly reduce the total hull weight of the *** paper introduces a design optimization process for the pressurehull of submarines under uniform external hydrostatic pressure using bothfinite element analysis(FEA)and optimization tools.A comprehensive study about the optimum design of the pressure hull,to minimize the weight and increase the volume,to reach minimum buoyancy factor and maximum operating depth minimizing the buoyancy factor(B.F)is taken as an objective function with constraints of plate and frame yielding,general instability and *** optimization process contains many design variables such as pressure-hull plate thickness,unsupported spacing,dimensions of long and ring beams andfinally the elliptical submersible pressure-hull *** optimization process was conducted using ANSYS parametric design language(APDL)and *** Multi-Island Genetic Algorithm(G.A)is considered to conduct the optimization ***,parametric analysis is done on the pressure hull to examine the effect of different design variables on the pressure-hull *** a result,the B.F of the proposed optimal model is reduced by an average of 31.78%compared with Reference Model(RM).Maximum von Mises stress is reduced by 27%as *** results can be helpful for submarine pressure-hull designers.

Immunotherapy becomes a promising line of treatment for breast cancer(BC)however,its success rate is still ***:The study was designed to optimize the condition for producing an effective dendritic cell(DCs)based immunotherapy by using DCs and T lymphocytes together with tumor-inﬁltrating lymphocytes(TILs)and tumor-inﬁltrating DCs(TIDCs),treated with anti-PD1 and anti-CTLA4 monoclonal *** mixture of immune cells was co-cultured with autologous breast cancer cells(BCCs)isolated from 26 BC ***:There was a signiﬁcant upregulation of CD86 and CD83 on DCs(p=0.001 and 0.017,respectively),similarly upregulation of CD8,CD4 and CD103 on T cells(p=0.031,0.027,and 0.011,respectively).While there was a signiﬁcant downregulation of FOXP3 and combined ***8 expression on regulatory T cells(p=0.014 for both).Increased CD8/Foxp3 ratio(phere was a signiﬁcant increase in interferon-γ(IFN-γ,phydrogenase(LDh,p=0.02),and a signiﬁcant decrease in vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF,ph ligand 1(PDL-1)were downregulated in BCCs(ph),similarly cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4(CTLA4,p=0.02),Programmed cell death 1(PD-1,ph immune checkpoint inhibitors could produce a potent and effective BC ***,these data should be validated on an experimental animal model to be transferred to the clinical setting.

Mechanical and thermodynamical stability of BiVO4 polymorphs using first-principles study

First principles calculations of structural, electronic, mechanical, and thermodynamic properties of different poly- morphs of BiVO4 are performed using Bender-type plane/wave ultrasoft pseudopotentials within the generalized gradient approximation （GGA） in the flame of density functional theory （DFT）. The calculated structural and electronic properties are consistent with the previous theoretical and experimental results. The electronic structures reveal that m-BiVO4, op- BiVO4, and st-BiVO4 have indirect band gaps, on the other hand, zt-BiVO4 has a direct band gap. From the DOS and Mulliken＇s charge analysis, it is observed that only m-BiVO4 has 6s2 Bi lone pair. Bond population analysis indicates that st-BiVO4 shows a more ionic nature and a similar result is obtained from the elastic properties. From the elastic prop- erties, it is observed that st-BiVO4 is more mechanically stable than the others, st-BiVO4 is more ductile and useful for high electro-optical and electro-mechanical coupling devices. Our calculated thermodynamic properties confirm the similar characteristics found from electronic and elastic properties, m-BiVO4 is useful as photocatalysts, solid state electrolyte, and electrode and other polymorphs are applicable in electronic device fabrications.

Oxidative leaching kinetics of molybdenum-uranium ore in h2SO4 using h2O2 as an oxidizing agent

The processing of molybdenum-uranium ore in a sulfuric acid solution using hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant has been investigated. The leaching temperature, hydrogen peroxide concentration, sulfuric acid concentration, leaching time, particle size, liquid-to-solid ratio and agitation speed all have significant effects on the process. The optimum process operating parameters were： temperature： 95℃; h2O2 concentration： 0.5 M; sulfuric acid concentration： 2.5 M; time： 2 h; particle size： 74 gm, liquid-to-solid ratio： 14 ： 1 and agitation speed： 600 rpm. Under these experimental conditions, the extraction efficiency of molybdenum was about 98.4%, and the uranium extraction efficiency was about 98.7%. The leaching kinetics of molybdenum showed that the reaction rate of the leaching process is controlled by the chemical reaction at the particle surface. The leaching process follows the kinetic model 1 - （1-X）1/3 = kt with an apparent activation energy of 40.40 kJ/mole. The temperature, concentrations of h202 and h2SO4 and the mesh size are the main factors that influence the leaching rate. The reaction order in h2SO4 was 1.0012 and in h202 it was 1.2544.

Synthesis of New Biologically Active Sulphur Containing Compounds Incorporating Diphenyl Ether Moiety

The reaction of 4-nitro-4"-carboxaldehyde diphenylether (1), with thiosemicarbazide in ethanol at reflux temperature furnished the novel thiosemicarbazone derivative (2). Compound (2) was used as a potential starting material for the synthesis of thiazole derivatives (4-11) via its reaction with α-halogenated compounds (3a-f) and dichloronaphthaquinone, respectively. Bis (carboxaldehyde), (12) on refluxing with thiosemicarbazide in ethanol afforded 4,4"-bis thiosemicarbazone)diphenyl ether (13). Bis (thiosemicarbazone) diphenyl ether derivative (13), on treatment with α-halo compounds (3a-f), and dichloronaphthaquinone (1:2 molar ratio), gave bisthiazoles (14-19).

本文对潜水员用新型伺服控制呼吸调节器的流量和动态特性进行了分析与综合,并对其性能作了评价。本文着重论述这种新型调节器,因为它们在增加潜水深度和潜水持续时间方面具有巨大潜力,能大大地降抵潜水员的呼吸力。这将使潜水员在极端严峻的潜水环境下免除不必要的疲劳,从而提高潜水员的水下工作效率。本研究旨在拟定可供调节器设计人员在选定这类调节器最佳设计参数时采用的合理的设计程序和设计指南。带设计指南是在对伺服控制调节器流量和动态特性进行分析的基础上并根据最佳控制理论的基本原理拟定的为了便于与传统型调节器设计进行定量比较,本研究还提供了评价这类调节器动态特性的实验技术。研究结果突出表明,该类伺服控制调节器作为潜水员水下生命支持系统用的关键部件具有很大的优点和潜力。
