Middle to Late Paleozoic ophiolites,which are remnants of the Paleo-Tethys Ocean,are aligned in two main zones in northern Iran:Darrehanjir-Fariman-Mashhad,and Rasht in the north and Jandagh-Anarak ophiolites to the *** new U-Pb zircon dating results show that the-200 km long Darrehanjir-Mashhad mafic-ultramafic body is not a single ophiolite but a composite igneous complex composed of Permian pillow lavas and pelagic sediments in fault contact with a small outcrop of Devonian intrusive and ultramafic *** intrusive rocks have U-Pb zircon ages of 380.6±3.7 Ma and 382.9±3.7 Ma respectively,-100 Ma older than published ages for gabbros and radiolarites intercalated with lavas near Mashhad and *** peridotites from the Devonian complex contain low Cr#spinel,similar to that in MORB-type *** Darrehanjir gabbros and Permian Mashhad sequences both have boninitic and calc-alkaline signatures,***δOvalues from the Devonian ferrodiorite(δO-4.6±0.3‰)are slightly lower than the 5.2 to5.4‰expected for MORB-type zircons whereas Devonian plagiogranitic zircons mostly haveδO103)and lowεNd(<5.4)for both Permian and Devonian *** Darrehanjir-Mashhad rocks are characterized by radiogenicPb/Pb andPb/Pb,indicating the involvement of subducted terrigenous sediments in the *** Mashhad-Darrehanjir mafic-ultramafic complex demonstrates that this part of Paleo-Tethys evolved from oceanic crust formation above a subduction zone in Devonian time to accretionary convergence in Permian *** Paleozoic ophiolites and oceanic igneous complexes along with those of the Caucasus and Turkey in the west and Afghanistan,Turkmenistan

Information security is one of the most important methods of protecting the confidentiality and privacy of internet *** greater the volume of data,the more the need to increase the security methods for protecting data from *** task can be challenging for researchers in terms of managing enormous data and maintaining their safety and *** of digital content is a major issue in maintaining the privacy and secrecy of *** this end,digital watermarking is based on the concept of information security through the insertion and detection of an embedded watermark in an efficient *** methodologies in the research on digital watermarking result in data distortion after embedding the *** scenario can reduce the efficiency of detecting watermarks as well as violate data *** study adapts a robust reversible histogram shifting(HS)technique for textual data in relational ***,the study presents a digital watermarking scheme intended for document copyright protection and proof of *** major advantage of the proposed watermarking scheme is that it can protect digital data and preserve data *** the best of our knowledge,this research methodology is promising for use in the HS expansion model for watermarking data on nonnumeric *** addition,the results showed that despite exposing the database to an insertion attacks at 50%and 75%of the watermark,the proposed algorithm can recovermore than half of the embedded watermark in all addition and alteration attacks *** a result,the watermark information can be retained and restored completely.

A reliable approach based on a multi-verse optimization algorithm(MVO)for designing load frequency control incorporated in multi-interconnected power system comprising wind power and photovoltaic(PV)plants is presented in this *** has been applied for optimizing the control parameters of the load frequency controller(LFC)of the multi-source power system(MSPS).The MSPS includes thermal,gas,and hydro power plants for energy ***,the MSPS is integrated with renewable energy sources(RES).The MVO algorithm is applied to acquire the ideal parameters of the controller for controlling a single area and a multi-area MSPS integrated with *** link is utilized in shunt with AC multi-areas interconnection tie *** proposed scheme has achieved robust performance against the disturbance in loading conditions,variation of system parameters,and size of step load perturbation(SLP).Meanwhile,the simulation outcomes showed a good dynamic performance of the proposed controller.

Synthesis, Structural Characterization, and Antimicrobial Activities of Mn（II）, Co（II）, Ni（II）, Cu（ll） and Zn（II） Complexes of Triazole-based Azodyes

The synthesis and characterization of new transition metal complexes of Mn（ll）, Co（II）, Ni（II）, Cu（II） and Zn（II） with 3-（2-hydroxynaph-l-ylazo）-1,2,4-triazole （HL1） and 3-（2-hydroxy-3-carboxynaph-l-ylazo）-1,2,4-triazole （HL2） have been carried out. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analyses, thermal analyses, spectral and magnetic data. The IR and 1H NMR spectra indicated that HL1 and HL2 coordinated to the metal ions as bidentate monobasic ligands via the hydroxyl O and azo N atoms. The UV-Vis, ESR spectra and magnetic moment data revealed the formation of octahedral complexes [MnL1（AcO）（H2O）3] （1）, [CoL1（AcO）（HzO）3]·H2O （2）, [MnL2- （AcO）（H20）3] （6） and [CoL2（AcO）（H2O）3] （7）, [NiL1（AcO）（H2O）] （3）,[ZnLI（AcO）（HzO）]·H2O （5）, [NiL2- （AcO）（H2O）] （8）, [ZnL2（AcO）（H2O）]·H2O （10） have tetrahedral geometry, whereas [CuLI（AcO）（H2O）2] （4） and [CuL2（AcO）（H2O）2]·5H2O （9） have square pyramidal geometry.. The mass spectra of the complexes under EI-con- ditions showed the highest peaks corresponding to their molecular weights, based on the atomic weights of 55Mn, 59Co, 58Ni, 63Cu and 64Zn isotopes; besides, other peaks containing other isotopes distribution of the metal. Kinetic and thermodynamic parameters of the thermal decomposition stages were computed from the thermal data using Coats-Redfern method. HL2 and complexes 6--10 were found to have moderate antimicrobial activities against Staphylococcus＇ aureus （gram positive）, Escherichia coli （gram negative） and Salmonella sp bacteria, and antifungal activity against Fusarium oxysporum, Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans. Also, in most cases, metallation increased the activity compared with the free ligand.

The role of graft reperfusion sequence in the development of non-anastomotic biliary strictures following orthotopic liver transplantation: A meta-analysis

Background: Liver transplant is a potential cure for liver failure and hepatic malignancy but there are many techniques which have been described for vascular reconstruction. This study was to compare the prevalence of non-anastomotic biliary stricture and other surgical complications based on Clavien-Dindo scoring system, in initial portal reperfusion(sequential) versus simultaneous or initial artery reperfusion. Data sources: Meta-analysis of published studies comparing the outcomes of both techniques was carried out. Data search was conducted across the major databases and studies were selected under the guidance of the Cochrane guidelines for systematic reviews and meta-analysis. Results: Seven studies were included to address the primary and the secondary outcomes. No statistical difference was found in the incidence of non-anastomotic biliary strictures(OR = 0.40; P = 0.14), regardless of reperfusion technique. The pooled estimate of the Clavien-Dindo grading of complications was not significantly different between the techniques, though Clavien-Dindo II complications were higher in the simultaneous or initial artery reperfusion group than the initial portal reperfusion group(OR = 2.73; P = 0.01). Similarly, there was no difference in the operative time, hospital stay and other outcomes addressed in this report. Conclusions: The available evidence suggests that there is no significant difference demonstrated in the rate of non-anastomotic biliary strictures or other complications, between the two techniques, except for Clavien-Dindo II complications.

Dietary effects of A zolla pinnata combined with exogenous digestive enzyme(Digestin^(TM)) on growth and nutrients utilization of freshwater prawn, Macrobrachium rosenbergii(de Man 1879)

The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of either individual or combined wheat bran(WB) replacement with Azolla pinnata supplemented with Digestin^(TM) in the diet of freshwater prawn, Macrobrachium rosenbergii Postlarvae(PL) on growth performance, nutrient utilization, chemical body composition and survival(%). Experimental diets were a wheat bran-soybean based diet with no Azolla and Digestin^(TM)(control, T_1), and diets containing 17% Azolla supplemented with Digestin^(TM) 0%(T_2), 1%(T_3), 2%(T_4) and 3%(T 5). Each experimental diet was allocated into three tanks(6 m^3/tank) fed for 12 wks. Each tank was subdivided into three equal pens by nets(2 m^3) and stoked with 84 PL/m^2. The experimental diets were readily consumed by prawns PLs where both high growth and good feed efficiency were achieved for all diets. The results showed that the diets containing A. pinnata supplemented with Digestin? at the level up to 3% have the higher growth and better nutrient utilization than the control diet. No differences were observed for moisture and protein content among the experimental diets. However, the highest protein content was observed on prawns fed on diets T_1 and T 5 respectively, while the lowest value was recorded for T_4 diet. The results also show that prawn PLs fed the diets contain A. pinnata and supplemented with Digestin^(TM) recorded the highest values of body lipid content compared to the control diet. Feed efficiency and economic conversion rate(ECR) values show that economic performance and the cost-effectiveness of the A. pinnata supplemented with up to 3% Digestin^(TM) recorded the highest net return, and therefore it is recommended for prawn, M. rosenbergii PL's. These results are clearly indicating that A. pinnata have a good potential for use in prawn diets at reasonable levels than other conventional diets.

Safety and efficacy of photodynamic therapy using BCECF-AM compared to mitomycin C in controlling post-operative fibrosis in a rabbit model of subscleral trabeculectomy

AIM： To evaluate the safety and efficacy of cellular photoablation using BCECF-AM [2, T-bis-（2-carboxyethyl） -5-（and-6）-carboxyfluorescein, acetoxymethyl ester mixed isomersl as a method to control postoperative fibrosis in subscleral trabeculectomy （SST） compared to mitomycin C （MMC） in a rabbit model. METHODS： A comparative prospective case-control animal study was conducted. Fourteen rabbits were subjected to SST with intraoperaUve use of wound modulating agents （MMC or BCECF-AM） of the right eye （study groups I and II respectively） and SST without use of intraoperative wound modulating agents for the left eye （control group II）. Two rabbits 4 eyes were considered as control group I with no surgical intervention. BCECF-AM was injected subconjunctivally 30min before surgery followed by intraoperative illumination with diffuse blue light for 10min. Antifibrotic efficacy was established by clinical response and histological examination. Clinical response was assessed by measuring intraocular pressure （lOP） at day 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21 postoperatively, Success was defined by 〉20.0% reduction in lOP from the preoperative values without anti-glaucoma medications. RESULTS： The mean percentage of reduction was 35.0% in the study group I with only one eye （14.3%） had 12.5% reduction. The mean percentage of reduction was 28.0% in the study group U with two eyes （28.6%） in study group II had 14.2% reduction each. Regarding the control group II, the mean percentage of reduction was 14.3% with 64.3% eyes had 〈20.0% reduction. There was a highly statistically significant difference between each of the study groups （right eyes） and the corresponding control group II （left eyes） as regards the mean postoperative lOP values started from day 5 in both study groups and this highly significant difference remained so till the end of the follow up period. Can miRNA712＿3p be a promising biomarker for early diagnosis of toxoplasmosis?

Objective: To assess the role of miRNA712_3p as a specific biomarker in early detection of toxoplasmosis in plasma of mice acutely infected with Toxoplasma gondii. Methods: Real-time PCR was used to measure the level of miRNA712_3p in plasma of infected mice. Immunecompetent and immune-suppressed mice were examined, three and five days post-infection. Results: Results revealed significant up-regulation of plasma miRNA712_3p in both immunecompetent and immune-compromised groups in comparison to the control non-infected group. Additionally, an increase in the level of miRNA712_3p was noticed correspondently in the parasite density detected in liver impression smears. Conclusions: miRNA712_3p can be used as a novel biomarker for the detection of Toxoplasma gondii infection in both immunecompetent and immune-compromised host.

From a mixture of α-,β-and y-himachalenes extracted from waste wood of Atlas cedar(Cedrus atlantica),cadalene(1,6-dimethyl-4-isopropylnaphthalene)and iso-cadalene(1,6-dimethyl-3-isopropylnaphthalene)were produced in two steps with up to 71%±5%yield through the ar-himachalene intermediate using I2 and/or AlCl3 as *** selectivity is shown to sharply depend on the operating conditions:while I2/AlCl3 in dichloromethane promotes the formation of cadalene,the formation of iso-cadalene is favored in the presence of AlCl3 in *** bicyclic aromatic compounds were thus obtained through unique rearrangements involving sequential C—C bond cleavage/fo rmation and hydride transfer *** the absence of AlCl3 or I2,dihydrocurcumene was also found to be formed with up to 70%selectivity.A tentative mechanism is proposed and discussed.

Composite Solid Rocket Propellant Based on GAP Polyurethane Matrix with Different Binder Contents

Different GAP-based CSRP samples with different binder contents were prepared and compared with that of conventional HTPB *** crosslinker mixture of trimethylol propane(TMP)and butane diol(BD)was used in the GAP matrix beside the addition of dibutyltin dilaurate(DBTDL)to ensure cross-linking and curing completion of the prepared *** viscosity and hardness of all prepared formulations were monitored continuously during the curing *** mechanical characteristics of cured samples were *** burning rate at operating pressure and specific impulse were measured,while the theoretical specific impulse(I sp)was calculated by ICT code and compared with the measured *** to the results,DOA was found to be a suitable plasticizer for GAP when using in *** mechanical properties of CSRP with 25%GAP can produce the optimum mechanical behavior,which is close to that of HTPB-based *** optimum GAP-based formulation is one candidate to replace the traditional HTPB-based CSRP with high burning rate for some applications.
