Herein,iron oxide/hydroxides deposits(gossans)were utilized,for the first time,in the fabrication of magnetite nanoparticles(MNPs)to load modified coal(MC).The as-synthesized MNPs@MC composite was characterized via different techniques and utilized for the Cr(Ⅵ)*** studies supported by theoretical treatment were applied to offer a new overview of the Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption geometry and mechanism at 25-45℃.Experimental results suggested that the Cr(Ⅵ)uptake was mainly governed by adsorption-reduction coupled *** Langmuir model fitted well the Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption data with maximum adsorption capacities extended from 115.24 to 129.63 mg·g^(-1).Theoretical calculations indicated that Cr(Ⅵ)ions were adsorbed on the MNPs@MC following the theory of the advanced monolayer statistical *** number of ions removed per site ranged from 1.88 to1.23 suggesting the involvement of vertical geometry and multi-ionic mechanism at all *** increment of the active sites density and the adsorption capacity at saturation with improving temperature reflected an endothermic ***,the Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption was controlled by physical forces as the adsorption energies were less than 40 kJ·mol^(-1).The calculated free enthalpy,*** internal energy explained the spontaneous nature and the viability of Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption on the MNPs@MC *** results offer a new approach in utilizing the iron-rich deposits as gossans in the preparation of magnetic and low-cost adsorbents for wastewater remediation.

Study of Thermal Reactivity and Kinetics of HMX and Its PBX by Different Methods

Vacuum Stability Test(VST)was used to determine the thermal behavior and kinetic parameters of 1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine(HMX)and its mixture with hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)as a binder coded as HMX/*** fitting and isoconversional method were applied to determine the kinetic parameters based on VST *** comparison,non-isothermal thermogravimetry analysis data(TGA)was also used to calculate the kinetic parameters by using Kissinger,OFW(Ozawa,Flynn,and Wall)and KAS(Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose)*** Kinetics and Technology Solution(AKTS)software was also used to determine the decomposition kinetics of the studied *** Scanning Calorimetry(DSC)was employed to determine the decomposition heat flow properties of the studied *** show that the activation energies obtained using VST results is 360.1kJ/mol for pure HMX and 186.9kJ/mol for HMX/*** activation energies obtained by the three different methods using TGA results are in the range of 360-368kJ/mol for pure HMX and 190-206kJ/mol for HMX/*** is concluded that values of kinetic parameters obtained by VST are close to that obtained by the different techniques using TG/DTG *** onset decomposition peak of HMX/HTPB is lower than that of HMX where the HTPB binder has negative effect on the thermal stability of *** results of all the applied techniques prove that HMX/HTPB has lower activation energy and heat release than the pure *** polymeric matrix has negative effect on the kinetic parameters of HMX.

Oil production estimation plays a critical role in economic plans for local governments and ***,many studies applied different Artificial Intelligence(AI)based meth-ods to estimate oil production in different *** Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS)is a well-known model that has been successfully employed in various applica-tions,including time-series ***,the ANFIS model faces critical shortcomings in its parameters during the configuration *** this point,this paper works to solve the drawbacks of the ANFIS by optimizing ANFIS parameters using a modified Aquila Optimizer(AO)with the Opposition-Based Learning(OBL)*** main idea of the developed model,AOOBL-ANFIS,is to enhance the search process of the AO and use the AOOBL to boost the performance of the *** proposed model is evaluated using real-world oil produc-tion datasets collected from different oilfields using several performance metrics,including Root Mean Square Error(RMSE),Mean Absolute Error(MAE),coefficient of determination(R2),Standard Deviation(Std),and computational ***,the AOOBL-ANFIS model is compared to several modified ANFIS models include Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)-ANFIS,Grey Wolf Optimizer(GWO)-ANFIS,Sine Cosine Algorithm(SCA)-ANFIS,Slime Mold Algorithm(SMA)-ANFIS,and Genetic Algorithm(GA)-ANFIS,***,it is compared to well-known time series forecasting methods,namely,Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average(ARIMA),Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM),Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average(SARIMA),and Neural Network(NN).The outcomes verified the high performance of the AOOBL-ANFIS,which outperformed the classic ANFIS model and the compared models.

Influence of host age and host deprivation on longevity, egg load dynamics and oviposition rate in Microplitis rufiventris

Adult size, longevity, egg load dynamics and oviposition ofMicroplitis rufiventris Kok. which began their development in the first, second, third （preferred hosts） or fourth （non-preferred hosts） instar larvae of Spodoptera littoralis （Boisd.） were studied. The parasitoid size was largely determined by the initial host size at parasitism. Non-ovipositing females derived from older hosts lived for longer periods than those derived from younger ones. However, the ovipositing females, irrespective of their size, lived for almost the same periods. At emergence, the oviducts of adult females contain a significant amount of mature eggs available for oviposition for a few hours on eclosion day. Egg load increases during the early phase of adult life. The amount of additional mature eggs and rate of egg maturation per hour was greater for wasps derived from preferred hosts compared with those in females derived from non-preferred hosts. The pattern of egg production in M. rufiventris females depended on the availability of hosts for parasitization. Host-deprived females depleted the egg complement with aging; the longer the host deprivation, the lower the oviduct egg load. Marked reduction in both realized or potential fecundity of host-deprived females was observed following host availability. Host privation for more than 3 days induced a marked deficit fecundity pattern through the female＇ s life. The realized fecundity was determined by the interaction among host availability, the number of eggs that are matured over the female＇ s life span, oviposition rate and host size from which the female was derived. These results suggest that：（i） M. rufiventris wasp is a weak synovigenic species; （ii） the maturation of additional eggs is inhibited once the maximum oviduct egg load is reached; （iii） the egg load of the newly emerged female is significantly less than the realized fecundity; and （iv） because M. rufiventris females oviposit fewer eggs when they begin depleting their

Induction of sub-G0 arrest and apoptosis by seed extract of Moringa peregrina（Forssk.） Fiori in cervical and prostate cancer cell lines

Objective: This study investigated cytotoxicity and induction of apoptosis in human cervical cancer cells(HELA) and prostate cancer cells(PC-3) using the most active fraction of Moringa peregrina seed ***: Dried and powdered seeds were extracted using 95% ethanol. The total ethanolic extract was further dissolved in distilled water and separated into petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and aqueous extracts. Based on the results of in vitro anticancer studies of all extracts, the most highly active extract was selected for evaluation of apoptosis induction and cell cycle analysis on HELA and PC-3 cells at its half maximal inhibitory concentration using flow cytometry;DNA fragmentation by agarose gel electrophoresis and the expression of protein were measured by Western ***: The chloroform fraction from the ethanolic extract of M. peregrina(CFEE) was the most active antitumor fraction. The selectivity index, determined using the normal Vero cell line, indicated that CFEE had a high degree of selectivity against HELA and PC-3 cells. CFEE induced apoptosis, confirmed by cell cycle arrest at sub-G0 phase and DNA fragmentation. CFEE induced an increase in mRNA expression of caspase-3, a decrease in Bcl-2 mRNA expression, and decreased ATP levels. CFEE increased protein expression of caspase-3 and decreased protein expression of poly-ADP-ribose polymerase-1(PARP-1).Flow cytometric analysis showed an appreciable increase in the number of cells in the early apoptotic stage in CFEE-treated HELA and PC-3 cells. CFEE treatment significantly increased lipid peroxidation(malondialdehyde level) in HELA and PC-3 ***: Seed extract of M. peregrina displayed a significant antitumor effect through apoptosis induction in HELA and PC-3 cells.

A recent study by Zoufaly et *** in The Lancet Respiratory Medicine describes encouraging data from the first severe COVID-19 patient successfully treated with human recombinant soluble angiotensin-converting enzyme-2(hrsACE2).1 The published data document upon treatment of an adaptive immune response,the disappearance of the virus swiftly from the serum,the nasal cavity and lungs,and a reduction of inflammatory cytokine levels that are critical for COVID-19 ***,the use of hrsACE2 did not impede the generation of neutralizing antibodies,leading to a significant clinical improvement of the treated patient.

Response of seed yield and fatty acid compositions for some sunflower genotypes to plant spacing and nitrogen fertilization

A field experiment was conducted at the experiment Farm of Kafr-El-Hamam Research Station,Zagazig,Sharkia Governorate,Agricultural Research Center,Egypt during the two successive summer seasons of 2015 and 2016 to achieve the highest yield and good oil quality of three tested sunflower *** both seasons,the experiment was conducted using the split split plot design in randomized complete block design with three replicates arrangement keeping plant spaces(15,20 and 25 cm apart between hills)in main plots,nitrogen fertilization levels(15,30 and 45 N fad.^-1)in sub plots and sunflower genotypes(Giza 102,Sakha 53 and promising line of L120)in sub sub *** and quality traits were significantly influenced by plant spaces,nitrogen fertilization levels and genotypes as well as interactions in both seasons and their combined *** wider plant spacing of 25 cm seems to be a good compromise between the highest seed yield fad.^-1 and good acid composition of *** increasing of nitrogen fertilization level had a positive reflected on yield and desirable acid composition of *** 53 was ranked in the first order in stem diameter,head diameter,100-seed weight,seed weight plant^-1,flowered late and hence seed yield fad.^-1 as well as seed oil content whereas,Giza 102 characterized with its contained the highest proportion of oleic and linoleic unsaturated fatty *** highest values of head diameter,100-seed weight,seed weight plant^-1 and hence seed yield fad.^-1 as well as the highest proportion of oleic and linoleic unsaturated fatty acids composition were obtained by grown sunflower *** 53 at wider spacing of 25 cm with application of nitrogen fertilization levels of 45 N fad.^-*** and path analyses revealed that 100-seed weight and head diameter had the highest direct and indirect influence on seed weight plant1,at the same time also,oleic acid content and linoleic acid content had the highest direct and indirect effect inf

Facies Analysis and Biostratigraphy of the Miocene Sequence,Cairo-Suez District,Egypt

Miocene siliciclastic-carbonate deposits are widely exposed in Cairo-Suez District, Egypt. These deposits are underlain and overlain by continental sediments of Oligocene and post Miocene, respectively. Three stratigraphic sections were investigated at Gabals Geneife, Homeira and Gharra. Lithostrtigraphically, the Miocene sequence could be differentiated into two main rock units representing shallow deposits with relatively intermittent deep marine incursions. These are from base to top, Gharra Formation and Genefe Formation. Detailed macrofossils investigations led to the recognition of four macrofossil zones, namely Alectryonella plicatula-Crassostrea frondosa Range Zone, Echinolampas amplus-Scutella ammonis Range Zone, Chlamys（Macrochlamys） sardoa-Chlamys（Argopecten） submalvinae Range Zone, and Chlamys gentoni-Pecten（Oppenheimopecten） benedictus-Pecten（P.） ziziniae Assemblage Zone. Microfacies analysis and identified taxa indicated that the Miocene sequence was deposited in transgressive-regressive cycles ranged from near shore, warm shallow inner to middle shelf marine environments with storm influence during the accumulation of the oyster banks.

个人道路事故最常见的原因是人为错误,通常是由于一名或多名司机在驾驶时的不当行为造成的。当预期的机动动作不能很好地适应当前的交通状况以使自动驾驶车辆的导航系统在城市环境中更加稳健和安全时,就会发生危险。为了识别驾驶员在驾驶车辆过程中的基本意图,本文研究了驾驶员驾驶意图识别领域,在直行、左转、右转、左转五种车况下进行驾驶员意图识别。,并研究了准确改变车道。为了采集驾驶员在行驶过程中产生的特征,本文首先设计了一个分布式智能驾驶仿真平台,包括Carla、ROS、Carsim、Lab View、NI Real-time系统等软硬件。分布式结构的设计解决了多个软件接口之间的强耦合和软硬件扩展问题,通过多软件联合仿真提高了仿真精度和可靠性。本文设计的智能驾驶仿真平台具备场景与传感器仿真、算法仿真、动态仿真等能力,能够完成驾驶员驾驶数据的采集。在驾驶员驾驶意图识别模型的设计中。本文建立了分布式智能驾驶仿真平台,设计了智能驾驶分布式仿真平台的总体系统框架,以实现可扩展性和分布式架构的设计目标。设计通信协议和通信组件、动态硬件在环仿真系统和系统时钟同步机制,并通过通信网络集成各组件构建仿真平台,建立驾驶员意图识别数据集,建立驾驶员意图识别模型设计,包含直行、左转、右转、左变道和右变道五种不同的驾驶意图。设计了包括CNN模型和LSTM模型的驾驶员意图识别模型,并可在智能驾驶仿真平台上对模型进行验证。本文设计了三种递归神经网络算法RNN、LSTM和GRU,根据实际意图和识别结果的对比分析,最终选择LSTM算法作为驾驶员意图识别模型,意图的准确率识别度约为0.97。因此,本文提出的基于LSTM的驾驶员意图识别模型可以有效地用于驾驶员意图识别。

Effective Mass Model Reduced to Ordinary Mass Using Newton’s, Quantum and Generalized Special Relativity

The concept of the effective mass in crystals shows that the electron mass is affected by the crystal field and was experimentally verified. A useful expression for effective mass was obtained. Unfortunately this expression showed that the effective mass vanishes in the ab-sence of the external field. This is in conflict with observations which show that it reduces to the ordinary mass. To cure this defect a new model is developed assuming the existence of vacuum force as verified experimentally as shown by Casimir effect. Using Newton’s second law and the quantum expression of momentum, useful expressions were found. The same expression was found using generalized special relativity. Strikingly the three models reduced to the conventional one in the absence of vacuum, they also reduced to the ordinary electron mass in the absence of all forces.
