Their structures were confirmed by elementa. a.a.yses, therma. a.a.yses, spectra. a.d ma.netic da.a. The IR a.d 1H NMR spectra.indica.ed tha. HL1 a.d HL2 coordina.ed to the meta. ions a. bidenta.e monoba.ic liga.ds via.the hydroxyl O a.d a.o N a.oms. The UV-Vis, ESR spectra.a.d ma.netic moment da.a.revea.ed the forma.ion of octa.edra. complexes [MnL1（a.O）（H2O）3] （1）, [CoL1（a.O）（HzO）3]·H2O （2）, [MnL2- （a.O）（H20）3] （6） a.d [CoL2（a.O）（H2O）3] （7）, [NiL1（a.O）（H2O）] （3）,[ZnLI（a.O）（HzO）]·H2O （5）, [NiL2- （a.O）（H2O）] （8）, [ZnL2（a.O）（H2O）]·H2O （10） ha.e tetra.edra. geometry, wherea. [CuLI（a.O）（H2O）2] （4） a.d [CuL2（a.O）（H2O）2]·5H2O （9） ha.e squa.e pyra.ida. geometry.. The ma.s spectra.of the complexes under EI-con- ditions showed the highest pea.s corresponding to their molecula. weights, ba.ed on the a.omic weights of 55Mn, 59Co, 58Ni, 63Cu a.d 64Zn isotopes; besides, other pea.s conta.ning other isotopes distribution of the meta.. Kinetic a.d thermodyna.ic pa.a.eters of the therma. decomposition sta.es were computed from the therma. da.a.using Coa.s-Redfern method. HL2 a.d complexes 6--10 were found to ha.e modera.e a.timicrobia. a.tivities a.a.nst Sta.hylococcus＇ a.reus （gra. positive）, Escherichia.coli （gra. nega.ive） a.d Sa.monella.sp ba.teria. a.d a.tifunga. a.tivity a.a.nst Fusa.ium oxysporum, a.pergillus niger a.d Ca.dida.a.bica.s. a.so, in most ca.es, meta.la.ion increa.ed the a.tivity compa.ed with the free liga.d.

Objective: To a.sess the role of miRNa.12_3p a. a.specific bioma.ker in ea.ly detection of toxopla.mosis in pla.ma.of mice a.utely infected with Toxopla.ma.gondii. Methods: Rea.-time PCR wa. used to mea.ure the level of miRNa.12_3p in pla.ma.of infected mice. Immunecompetent a.d immune-suppressed mice were exa.ined, three a.d five da.s post-infection. Results: Results revea.ed significa.t up-regula.ion of pla.ma.miRNa.12_3p in both immunecompetent a.d immune-compromised groups in compa.ison to the control non-infected group. a.ditiona.ly, a. increa.e in the level of miRNa.12_3p wa. noticed correspondently in the pa.a.ite density detected in liver impression smea.s. Conclusions: miRNa.12_3p ca. be used a. a.novel bioma.ker for the detection of Toxopla.ma.gondii infection in both immunecompetent a.d immune-compromised host.

Ba.kground: Breast cancer (BC) is considered the most common women cancer worldwide. The main clinicopathological prognostic factors are tumor size, lymph node status and estrogen/progesterone (ER/PR) receptor status. In addition, some factors are both prognostic and predictive as ER/PR receptors and HER2/neu overexpression. Axillary lymph node status is the most important prognostic factor for breast cancer. Node negative breast cancer patients had the best 5-year overall survival (OS) of 82.8% compared to 73%, 45.7%, and 28.4% for patients with 1 - 3, 4 - 12, and ≥13 positive nodes, respectively. Introduction: High-riding nipple following reduction ma.mopla.ty is a.cha.lenging problem for the pla.tic surgeons. To a.oid such problem, ma.y methods ha.e been described for ma.king the correct nipple position but still controversia.. We a.med in this study to present our experience in preventing excessive nipple eleva.ion a.ter reduction ma.mopla.ty by using the upper footprint to set the new nipple position. Ma.eria. a.d Methods: From Ma.ch 2019 to Ma.ch 2022, 25 fema.e pa.ients a. a.mea. a.e of 38.3 yea.s were included in this prospective study. They underwent reduction ma.mopla.ty with inverted T sca. a.d a.combina.ion of inferior pedicle a.d Würinger’s septum techniques. Resection weights, pre- a.d postopera.ive a.thropometric mea.ures were recorded. a.l pa.ients were photogra.hed a. the follow-up visits a.d eva.ua.ed for complica.ions if a.y, the nipple-a.eola.complex (Na.) sensa.ion, a.d subjective pa.ient sa.isfa.tion using “The Brea.t Eva.ua.ion Questionna.re”. Results: The mea. preopera.ive midcla.icula. point to nipple dista.ce wa. 37.40 a.d 37.18 cm for the right a.d left brea.ts, respectively. The mea. resection weight wa. 1270 a.d 1242 g from the right a.d left sides, respectively. None of our pa.ients experienced Na. necrosis, while 2 brea.ts ha. minor wound dehiscence trea.ed conserva.ively. a.ter a.mea. follow-up period of 12 months, the Na. descended by a. a.era.e of 1.40 cm, the dista.ce from the IMF to nipple ha. a. a.era.e increa.e of 2.24 cm, a.d a.l of pa.ients were sa.isfied with the esthetic outcomes a.d convinced with their brea.t sha.e. Conclusion: The upper footprint dependent nipple position seems to ha.e a.rea. role in preventing high-riding nipple a.ter brea.t reduction in hypertrophic a.d giga.toma.tic brea.ts. Moreover, it ca. be a.plied ea.ily a.d a.low for more sa.isfying outcomes tha. other methods for setting the new nipple position.

合成了9种3-(2-羟基萘基-1-偶氮)-1,2,4-三氮唑(HL1),3-(2,4-二羟苯基-1-偶氮)-1,2,4-三氮唑(HL2),3-(2-羟基-3-羧基萘基-1-偶氮)-1,2,4-三氮唑(HL3),3-(2-羟基-5-溴苯基-1-偶氮)-1,2,4-三氮唑(HL4)和3-(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基-1-偶氮)-1,2,4-1,2,4-三氮唑(HL5)的Zr(Ⅱ)配合物并用元素分析,摩尔电导,磁矩,IR,UV-Vis,1H-NMR以及热分析(TGa.DTa.对其进行了表征。结果表明HL1-HL5以二齿一元配体方式通过偶氮的氮原子和羟基基团的氧原子与Zr(Ⅱ)离子配位生成单核配合物。用4种革兰氏阴性菌,即大肠杆菌(Escherichia.coli),粘质沙雷氏菌(Serra.ia.ma.cescens),阴沟肠杆菌(Enteroba.ter cloa.a.)和普通变形杆菌(Proteus vulga.is),以及2种真菌,即白色念珠菌(Ca.dida.a.bica.s)和黑曲霉菌(a.pergillus niger)对配体及其配合物的生物学活性进行了研究。最小抑菌浓度(MICs)用纸上杯碟琼脂扩散法测定,结果表明在大多数情况下,金属化的配合物的抗微生物活性与自由配体相比有所增强。

a.a.ting resource ma.a.ement, for va.ue environments, in wireless communica.ion proved to be a.mea.ure point of resea.ch recently. In this pa.er we present a.system tha. is ca.a.le of a.a.ting some importa.t resources （type of modula.ion, code ra.e a.d number of subca.riers） for blurred cha.nel conditions. The system in this work is ma.nly designed for WiMa., which proved to be one of the prominent technologies in providing Broa.ba.d Wireless a.cess （BWa. in metropolita. a.ea. with a.simpler insta.la.ion a.d lower cost tha. the wired a.terna.ives. The a.proa.h depends on using cognitive ra.io for decision ma.ing which uses fuzzy logic for rea.oning. The cognitive engine controls the type of modula.ion, code ra.e a.d number of subca.riers in order to ma.nta.n a.good system throughput without wa.ting a.a.la.le ba.dwidth. Fuzzy logic rea.oning in the cognitive engine wa. chosen beca.se it is well suited for situa.ions of uncerta.nty, incompleteness a.d heterogeneity informa.ion, in the ca.e of fa.t cha.ging ra.io environments. The results showed tha. new combina.ions of modula.ion type, code ra.e a.d number of subca.riers should be considered in WiMa. since in most ca.es it outperforms the sta.da.d in error proba.ility a.d spectra. efficiency, especia.ly in a.fa.t cha.ging ra.io environment.

Sa.a.ium doped Yttrium a.uminum ga.net (Ya.) na.opowders with different concentra.ion (0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 5% a.d 8% mol) were prepa.ed by simple a.d low cost co-precipita.ion method. We found tha. the precursor begins converting to pure Ya. a. rela.ively low tempera.ure a.ound 900°C, a.d no intermedia.e pha.es were detected. The powders a.nea.ed a. 900°C a.d 1000°C in a.r with a.era.e pa.ticle size a.ound ≈30 nm were cha.a.terized by mea.s of X-ra. diffra.tion (XRD) a.a.ysis a.d infra.ed (IR) spectroscopy. The photoluminescent mea.urements showed tha. the reddish-ora.ge (RO) emission tra.sition 4G5/2:6H7/2 is more prominent. In a.dition, the optimum concentra.ion of doped Sm ions tha. lea. to ma.imum intensity wa. reported. a.so, fluorescence efficiencies a. pumping power dependence for different Sm3+ ions concentra.ions were explored.

Level structure, oscilla.or strengths, tra.sition proba.ilities a.d ra.ia.ive life times a.e eva.ua.ed for 1s2 2s2 2p63l, 4l, 5l (l = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4) sta.es in sodium like Co16+. The ca.cula.ions a.e ca.ried out using COWa. code. The ca.cula.ions ma.e were compa.ed with other results in litera.ure where a.good a.reement is found. We a.so report on some unpublished energy va.ues a.d oscilla.or strengths. Our results a.e used in the ca.cula.ion of reduced popula.ion of 21 fine structure levels over a.wide ra.g of electron density va.ues (1018 to 1020) a. va.ious electron pla.ma.tempera.ure. For those tra.sitions with positive popula.ion inversion fa.tor, the ga.n coefficients a.e eva.ua.ed a.d plotted a.a.nst the electron density.
