The Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology considers the representation of the building as a virtual BIM model and its main concept is to centralize all the information generated throughout the development of the project. Structural design involves a set of tasks, namely, structure definition, structural analyses, and after the generation of drawings and technical documentation. In all processes, it is required confidence in data transferred between the BIM systems used, and to support this, a high level of interoperability is claimed. The present study aims to evaluate the degree of interoperability between the BIM-based platforms, ArchiCAD (Graphisoft), Revit (Autodesk), and ETABS (CSI). Two-way data flows between these systems were explored using distinct transfer strategies: add-in applications;Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) standard data format. The research made allows identifying the most appropriate procedure to be adopted by structural engineers, given the interoperability limitations verified, enabling the establishment of a practical guide of sequential procedures on the development of structural designs using BIM tools.

Objective:To study the digenean parasites of the prosobranch gastropods,Littorina littorea(***)and Gibbula umbilicalis(***)from rocky shores of the Northern Atlantic coast of ***:A total of 413 *** and 2603 *** were collected from rocky shores,at Aveiro estuary,Aguda Beach,and Foz Beach at Porto(Northern Atlantic coast of Portugal)from January to July 2014 and February 2014 to January 2015,*** and digestive glands of the gastropods were examined under light microscopy for the presence of *** gonads of *** were prepared for histological observation,whereas digeneans found in *** were studied and identified with the aid of light and scanning electron ***:Two species of digeneans were found infecting the digestive gland and gonads of ***,namely,Cainocreadium labracis and Lecithochirium furcolabiatum with a combined prevalence of 3%.Histological observations of gonads of *** revealed the infection with digeneans,with considerable replacement of gonadal *** digeneans were not identified to species *** prevalence of digeneans in this snail host was 0.7%.Conclusions:The present study adds *** as another first intermediate host for Cainocreadium labracis and extends its geographical range to the Portuguese Atlantic *** of Lecithochirium furcolabiatum were previously reported from ***.A literature review of digeneans occurring in the gastropod genera Gibbula and Littorina is given.

This study aims to determine the morphometric characteristics and reproductive performance of Pasundan cows which are extensively reared on smallholder farms in the coastal areas of the south(Garut,Cianjur,and Sukabumi)and North Priangan(Bogor,Purwakarta,and Sumedang).This research is descriptive research with a qualitative *** characterization was carried out using a simple method,namely by measuring the body surface including shoulder height,chest circumference,body length,and bodyweight of Pasundan ***,the reproductive characteristics discuss puberty,service per conception(S/C),conception rate(CR),calving rate,postpartum estrus,postpartum mating,days open(DO),calving interval(CI),calving birth weight,calving rate,and calves weight *** were collected by survey,and the location was determined by purposive sampling in the area of the seed source with the largest population and the random sampling of livestock was determined purposively as many as 30 Pasundan cows from each *** were analyzed using quantitative descriptive *** results showed that the morphometric characteristics of Pasundan cattle included mean shoulder height of 123.00±3.06a cm VS 121.34±2.82a in males and 110.34±2.78 vs 108.00±2.14a in *** length 115.74±3.30 cm VS 115.34±2.97acm in males and 112.67±2.97cm VS 109.67±1.82 cm in *** circumference 145.67±2.97cm VS 142.67±2.67cm bulls and 136.00±2.95cm VS 131.00±2.92cm in females,Bodyweight 268.0±17.00 kg VS 246.00±7.00a for males and 215.0±15.00 kg VS 194.00±54.00kg in *** for reproductive characteristics,it shows puberty of 20-24 months.,S/C 1.4-1.6,Conception rate 65-70%,calving rate 62.5-65%,Postpartum Estrus 50-60 days,postpartum mating 72-104 days,day-open 94-126 days and a calving interval of 12-14 ***'birth weight was 18.0-18.5 kg and daily body weight gain ranged from 0.48 to 0.50 *** was concluded that the morphometric characteristics and reproductive pe

精心设计的异质结光催化剂已经被证明能够有效地促进电荷转移,从而实现特定的迁移路径和长的载流子寿命,这在进一步提高性能方面具有巨大的潜力.然而,传统二元异质结光催化剂的光催化性能仍然受到其较低的载流子分离效率的影响.本文报道了一种通过原位面对面生长直接合成双Ⅱ型SnO_(2)@ZnS-ZHS(ZHS=ZnSn(OH)_(6))三元异质结的策略.基于可靠的实验和理论计算,揭示了双Ⅱ型SnO_(2)@ZnSZHS的载流子动力学提升机制.SnO_(2)的光生空穴(h+)能够分别迁移到ZHS和ZnS的价带,确保了SnO_(2)@ZnS-ZHS可以保持双氧化电位来产生足够的羟基自由基(·OH)参与NO氧化反应.这种独特的双Ⅱ型SnO_(2)@ZnS-ZHS三元结构在光照30 min后对NO去除率高达44.5%,活性分别是ZHS的23.5倍、SnO_(2)的29.7倍和ZnS的15.9倍.光催化活性提升与独特的双Ⅱ型反应机理反映了SnO_(2)@ZnS-ZHS异质结构的优势,本工作有望为三元异质结的设计提供可行的思路.

The study addresses the integration of the Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodology with Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies in the context of the development of a multidisciplinary project, involving architecture, structures, water network and electrical system components. In order to cover in detail the various design features, the case study was limited to a specific area of a house, the sanitary rooms, as it presents sufficient complexity in modeling and the application of VR and AR software. The VR/AR functionalities applied over the BIM model increase the potential of BIM in the construction sector, contributing to the achievement of a high level of collaboration and control of the project based on an immersive and interactive environment. The elaboration of the different phases of a BIM design requires the transfer of models between BIM and VR/AR systems, allowing us to analyze the main advantages that BIM/VR/AR integration can introduce in the construction industry. The study contributes positively to achieving new knowledge in BIM, being disseminated in an academic research work and illustrated in a practical context.

Resin infiltrants have been effectively applied in dentistry to manage non-cavitated carious lesions in proximal dental ***,the common formulations are composed of inert methacrylate *** this study,we developed a novel resin infiltrant with microcapsules loaded with an ionic liquid(MC-IL),and analyzed the physical properties and cytotoxicity of the dental ***,the ionic liquid 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide(***2)was ***2 has previously shown antibacterial activity in a dental ***,MC-IL were synthesized by the deposition of a preformed *** MC-IL were analyzed for particle size and de-agglomeration effect via laser diffraction analysis and shape via scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The infiltrants were formulated,and the MC-IL were incorporated at 2.5%,5%,and 10 wt%.A group without MC-IL was used as a *** infiltrants were evaluated for ultimate tensile strength(UTS),contact angle,surface free energy(SFE),and *** MC-IL showed a mean particle size of 1.64(±0.08)μm,shriveled aspect,and a de-agglomeration profile suggestive of nanoparticles’presence in the synthesized *** were no differences in UTS among groups(p>0.05).The incorporation of 10 wt%of MC-IL increased the contact angle(piability was above 90%for all groups(p>0.05).The incorporation of microcapsules as a drug-delivery system for ionic liquids may be a promising strategy to improve dental restorative materials.

In this article,a radiography of the agricultural sector is presented,specifically in the production of maize in the district of Malema,considering that the product is one of the most produced and consumed crops by the population in the province of *** agriculture productivity is attributed to inadequate access to production technology and inputs and to“weak”markets for agricultural products,due to poor infrastructure and inadequate access of agricultural producers to financial services(example credit).In general,several documents analyze on how small-scale agriculture has lacks of conditions,and factors necessary for high productivity and *** contrast,there is little information that gives an idea of the situation of agricultural maize production and existing agricultural markets and how this production and these markets are changing in Mozambique *** is,for example,a complete absence of references to large-scale investments in agriculture currently agreed with domestic and foreign trading *** to this omission,the author presents a partial analysis of the current context,and,therefore,it is not well explained how the greater investment can be directed to obtain greater use of productive technology and better access to the market,among small-scale *** seeks to analyze in more detail the situation“diagnosis”that is intended to be made on agriculture,specifically in the maize crop,and as a way to identify the specific aspects that can be considered starting points to work in the government intervention,in order to achieve the goals and increase agricultural productivity.

Primary malignant melanoma of the esophagus:A case report

The authors present the clinical case of an 87-year-old Caucasian male admitted to the emergency room with hematemesis. He had a history of intermittent dys-phagia during the previous month. Endoscopic evaluation revealed an eccentric,soft esophageal lesionlocated 25-35 cm from the incisors,which appeared asa protrusion of the esophagus wall,with active bleeding. Biopsies were acquired. Tissue evaluation wascompatible with a melanoma. After excluding other sites of primary neoplasm,the definitive diagnosis of Primary Malignant Melanoma of the Esophagus(PMME) was made. The patient developed a hospital-acquired respiratory infection and died before tumor-directed treatment could begin. Primary malignant melanoma represents only 0.1% to 0.2% of all esophageal ma-lignant tumors. Risk factors for PMME are not defined.A higher incidence of PMME has been described in Japan. Dysphagia,predominantly for solids,is the most frequent symptom at presentation. Retrosternal orepigastric discom fort or pain,melena or hemate mesishave also been described. The characteristic endoscopic finding of PMME is as a polypoid lesion,with variablesize,usually pigmented. The neoplasm occurs in thelower two-thirds of the esophagus in 86% of *** metastasizes via hematogenic and lymphatic pathways. At diagnosis,50% of the patients present with distant metastases to the liver,the mediastinum,the lungs and the brain. When possible,surgery(curative or palliative) ,is the preferential method of treatment. There are some reports in the literature where chemotherapy,chemohormon otherapy,radiotherapy and immunotherapy,with or without surgery,wereused with variable efficacy. The prognosis is poor;themean survival after surgery is less than 15 mo.
