1 Introduction The release of the most recent volume of Congenital Heart Disease(CHD)(Issue 19,Volume 1,2024)coincides with my assumption of the role of Co-Editor-In-Chief for CHD.I would like to express my appreciation to CHD for providing me with the opportunity to use the Editorial page.I took on this responsibility on November 18,2023.I would like to take this opportunity to share reflections and convey my *** in 2006,CHD stands as the pioneering professional periodical exclusively dedicated to the exploration and treatment of congenital cardiac abnormalities across all age *** paramount goal is to elevate the scholarly and educational dimension of CHD,driven by an unwavering commitment to provide optimal,holistic cardiac care to patients spanning infancy to *** commitment remains steadfast,with a focus on community service,research,and education quality,regardless of the patient’s financial situation.

This paper deals with the problem of the stabilization for multi-input polytopic nonlinear systems. Based on the robust control Lyapunov function, a sufficient condition for the existence of time-invariant, continuous, asymptotically stabilizing state feedback controller is derived. It is shown that the obtained sufficient condition is also necessary if there exists a state feedback controller such that the closed-loop system has a robust Lyapunov function for all possible uncertainties. moreover, a universal formula for constructing stabilizing controller is proposed and the existence of the corresponding Lyapunov function is proven. Particularly, a Lyapunov function is constructed for the polytopic nonlinear system in canonical form. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed control law is verified by a numerical example.

在水库管理中,准确评估水质至关重要。然而,数据收集的不确定性和水质因子权重分配的局限性均会对评估结果产生影响。为了解决这一问题,以大伙房水库为研究对象,开发了一种新的水质综合评价方法,该方法结合了随机森林算法(RF)、优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)和蒙特卡洛模拟(MCS)。首先根据实测的月均水质数据,通过MCS生成了一组正态分布的数据集。然后,利用RF赋权为TOPSIS方法分配权重,并借助隶属函数对水质进行综合评价。通过计算分析,得出的结果与辽宁省的月度水环境质量状况报告提供的水质等级相符,这表明此方法能为大型水库的水质评估提供有力的技术支持。

Circular RNAs(circRNAs) play pivotal roles in the development and progression of various diseases, including malignant tumors. However,the biological functions and the underlying mechanisms of many circRNAs remain elusive. In this study, we identified a novel circRNA,circTP63-N, generated through the splicing of exons 2–4 of the TP63 gene in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). circTP63-N was found to be downregulated in clinical samples of NPC. Both in vitro and in vivo experiments unequivocally demonstrated that circTP63-N inhibits the proliferation and metastasis of NPC cells. Further investigations revealed that circTP63-N interacted with the HSP90AB1 protein, leading to the recruitment of LATS/YAP1 proteins. This, in turn, induced phosphorylation and ubiquitination-dependent degradation of YAP1, resulting in reduced nuclear translocation of YAP1 and inhibition of the transcriptional activation of downstream oncogenic genes, including INHBA, MMP3, and CCNE2. Our findings highlight the identification of circTP63-N, a novel circRNA encoded by an important tumor-relevant gene TP63 and elucidate its molecular mechanism as a tumor suppressor in NPC. These insights offer novel potential molecular markers and therapeutic targets for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of NPC.

目的探讨纤维蛋白原(FIB)及血管内皮功能指标与下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(LEASO)患者血管腔内介入治疗后发生血管再狭窄的关系。方法回顾性选取2021年5月—2022年9月河北大学附属医院收治的116例LEASO患者为研究对象,收集患者的临床资料,根据患者是否发生血管再狭窄将其分为再狭窄组(n=51)和非再狭窄组(n=65)。采用多因素Logistic回归分析探讨LEASO患者血管腔内介入治疗后发生血管再狭窄的影响因素;采用限制性立方样条回归分析探讨FIB、内皮素1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)与LEASO患者血管腔内介入治疗后发生血管再狭窄风险的剂量-反应关系。结果再狭窄组肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、C反应蛋白/白蛋白比值(CAR)、FIB、ET-1高于非再狭窄组,白蛋白、NO低于非再狭窄组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,TNF-α、CRP、白蛋白、CAR、FIB、ET-1、NO是LEASO患者血管腔内介入治疗后发生血管再狭窄的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。限制性立方样条回归分析结果显示,FIB、ET-1、NO与LEASO患者血管腔内介入治疗后发生血管再狭窄风险均具有非线性剂量反应关系(P=0.614,P_(非线性)=0.012;P=0.285,P_(非线性)=0.003;P=0.417,P_(非线性)=0.005),随着FIB、ET-1的升高、NO的降低,LEASO患者血管腔内介入治疗后发生血管再狭窄风险呈非比例的增加。结论FIB、ET-1升高是LEASO患者血管腔内介入治疗后发生血管再狭窄的危险因素,NO升高是LEASO患者血管腔内介入治疗后发生血管再狭窄的保护因素;FIB、ET-1、NO与LEASO患者血管腔内介入治疗后发生血管再狭窄风险均具有非线性剂量反应关系。

La-doped Li2mo0.9La0.2O4 was synthesized as an active anode material via the sol-gel process. The structural and morphological characteristics of the target product and the precursor were analyzed by XRD, SEM, and TG-DTA. Crystal started to format at 300℃ and the optimum crystal structure was obtained at 700℃. By detecting battery performance, the charged and discharged platform was over 3.6 V; the anode exhibited a discharge capacity decay of 2% from its initial capacity （165 mA·h/g） after 20 cycles. Therefore, it was a perfect anode material.

The multiple metal catalyst as a promising nanomaterial has shown excellent activity in the peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation for pollutant ***,the role of special sites and in-depth understanding of the PMS activation mechanism are not fully *** this study,a Cu-doped CoFe_(2)O_(4)nanocatalyst(0.5CCF)was synthesized by a sol-gel and calcination method,and used for PMS activation to remove Rhodamine B(RhB).The results showed that the Cu doping obviously enhanced the catalytic performance of CoFe_(2)O_(4),with 99.70%of RhB removed by 0.5CCF while 74.91%in the CoFe_(2)O_(4)within 15 *** on the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electrochemical analysis,this could be ascribed to the more low valence of Co and Fe species generated on the 0.5CCF and faster electron transfers occurred in the 0.5CCF due to the Cu *** addition,Cu doping could provide more reaction sites for the 0.5CCF to activate PMS for RhB *** metal species and the surface hydroxyl were the reaction sites of PMS activation,and the surface hydroxyl played an important role in surface-bound reactive species *** the PMS activation,the Cu not only activated PMS to produce reactive oxygen species(ROS),but also regenerated Co^(2+)and Fe^(2+)to accelerate the PMS *** non-radical of ^(1)O_(2)was the main ROS with a 99.35%of contribution rate,and the SO_(5)^(·–)self-reaction was its major *** study provides a new insight to enhance the PMS activation performance of multiple metal catalysts by Cu doping in wastewater treatment.

There has been a surge of interests in the security of cyber-physical systems(CPSs), yet it is commonly assumed that the adversary has a full knowledge of physical system models. This paper argues that such an unrealistic assumption can be relaxed: the adversary might still be able to identify the system model by passively observing the control input and sensory data. In such a setup, the attack with knowledge of input-output data can be categorized as a Known-Plaintext Attack. A necessary and sufficient condition has been provided, under which the adversary can uniquely obtain the knowledge of the underlying physical *** the defender's perspective, a secure controller design—which exhibits a low rank structure—is proposed which renders the system unidentifiable to the adversary, while trading off the control system's performance. Finally, a numerical example has been provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed secure controller design.

Bokut, Chen and Huang proved that every countably generated L-algebra over a cou nt able field can be embedded into a simple t wo-generated L-algebra. In this paper, we prove that every countably generated L-algebra can be embedded into a simple two-generated L-algebra. We also prove that every anti-commutative algebra can be embedded into a simple anti-commutative algebra, and that every countably generated anti-commutative algebra can be embedded into a simple two-generated anti-commutative algebra. Finally, we prove that every anti-commutative algebra can be embedded into its universal enveloping non-associative algebra.
