Industrial CO_(2)electroreduction has received tremendous attentions for resolution of the current energy and environmental crisis,but its performance is greatly limited by mass transport at high current *** this work,an ion‐polymer‐modified gas‐diffusion electrode is used to tackle this proton *** is found that gas diffusion electrode‐Nafion shows an impressive performance of 75.2%Faradaic efficiency in multicarbon products at an industrial current density of 1.16 A/cm^(2).Significantly,in‐depth electrochemical characterizations combined with in situ Raman have been used to determine the full workflow of protons,and it is found that HCO_(3)^(−)acts as a proton pool near the reaction environment,and HCO_(3)^(−)and H_(3)O^(+)are local proton donors that interact with the proton shuttle−SO_(3)^(−)from *** rich proton hopping sites that decrease the activation energy,a“Grotthuss”mechanism for proton transport in the above system has been identified rather than the“Vehicle”mechanism with a higher energy ***,this work could be very useful in terms of the achievement of industrial CO_(2)reduction fundamentally and practically.

华莱士是19世纪杰出的博物学家和人类学家,本文旨在回顾、重估并挖掘他的人类学思想及其当代价值。本文以质性研究方法为主,尤其是档案分析与生命史研究。数据来自华莱士在不同时期发表的论文、专著和自传。通过对文献的细致梳理,提出华莱士的人类进化理论以自然选择为基础,融合了目的论,是解决当时人类起源单一论与多源论冲突的方案之一。华莱士对田野调查研究方法的贡献良多,既大大提高了经验数据的准确性和可靠性,强调了田野调查方法在科学研究中的重要性,还提升了从事野外考察的博物学家的社会地位。华莱士具有一种谦恭的方法论态度,它可以进一步生发出非人类中心论的自然哲学、系统协同共生的科学哲学和道义高于经济的政治哲学,这些思想对于如何应对当下生态环境危机深有启示。

Analysis of a new 5-phase bearingless induction motor

This paper addresses the bearingless motor with a single set of multiphase windings. The interaction between M and M±1 pole-pair magnetic fields produces radial force. Based on this principle,a bearingless machine is obtained. Conventional bearingless machine has dual windings,levitation windings and torque windings,which produce the two magnetic fields. In the proposed bearingless motor,the two needed magnetic fields are produced by feeding two groups of currents to a single set of multiphase windings. Taking a 5-phase induction motor as example,the inductance matrices,considering air gap eccentricity,are calculated with the modified winding function method. The radial force analytical model is deduced by virtual displacement,and its results are validated by FEA. The mathematical model of the new bearingless machine is set up,and the simulation results verified the feasibility of this novel bearingless motor.

A few weak and strong convergence theorems of the modified three-step iterative sequence with errors and the modified Ishikawa iterative sequence with errors for asymptotically non-expansive mappings in any non-empty closed convex subsets of uniformly convex Banach spaces are established. The results presented in this paper substantially extend the results due to Chang (2001), Osilike and Aniagbosor (2000), Rhoades (1994) and Schu (1991).

To understand the mechanism of the interfacial reaction between high-Mn and high-Al steel and MgO refractory,a series of laboratory experiments as well as thermodynamic calculations were *** effects of Mn and Al contents in the steel and the reaction time on the interfacial reaction were *** was observed that the erosion of the MgO refractory is caused by the reaction of Al and Mn in the steel with MgO in the refractory,which would lead to the formation of(Mn,Mg)O·Al_(2)O_(3) spinel and(Mn,Mg)O solid *** formation mechanism of the spinel and solid solution is as *** Al in the steel firstly reacts with MgO in the refractory to generate MgO·Al_(2)O_(3) spinel,and then,the spinel reacts with Mn in the steel to form(Mn,Mg)O·Al_(2)O_(3) ***,the MnO in the spinel reacts with the MgO in the inner refractory to form(Mn,Mg)O solid *** addition,only(Mn,Mg)O·Al_(2)O_(3) spinel is present in the interfacial reaction layer of the refractory when the Al content in the steel is sufficient.

Background This work aimed to investigate the potential benefits of administering Prevotella and its primary metabolite succinate on performance,hepatic lipid accumulation and gut microbiota in laying *** One hundred and fifty 58-week-old Hyline Brown laying hens,with laying rate below 80%and plasma triglyceride(TG)exceeding 5 mmol/L,were used in this *** hens were randomly allocated into 5 groups and subjected to one of the following treatments:fed with a basal diet(negative control,NC),oral gavage of 3 mL/hen saline every other day(positive control,PC),gavage of 3 mL/hen Prevotella melaninogenica(10^(7)CFU/mL,PM)or 3 mL/hen Prevotella copri(10^(7)CFU/mL,***)every other day,and basal diet supplemented with 0.25%sodium succinate(Succinate).The results showed that PM and *** treatments significantly improved laying rate compared to the PC(P0.05).PM treatment increased(P<0.05)the mRNA levels of genes PGC-1βand APB-5B at week 4,and ACC and CPT-1 at week *** results indicated enhanced antioxidant activities at week 8,as evidenced by reduced hepatic malondialdehyde(MDA)level and improved antioxidant enzymes activities in PM and Succinate groups(P<0.05).Supplementing with Prevotella or succinate can alter the cecal ***,the abundance of Prevotella in the Succinate group was significantly higher than that in the other 4 groups at the family and genus levels(P<0.05).Conclusions Oral intake of Prevotella and dietary supplementation of succinate can ameliorate lipid metabolism of laying *** beneficial effect of Prevotella is consistent across different *** finding highlights that succinate,the primary metaboli

目的探讨(-)-表儿茶素[(-)-Epicatechin, EC]通过联合放疗(Radiotherapy, RT)改善非小细胞肺癌细胞放疗敏感性的作用机制。方法体外培养A549人非小细胞肺癌细胞,构建放疗抵抗株A549R。通过细胞计数试剂盒8(Cell Counting Kit-8,CCK-8)检测细胞增殖活力,脱氧核苷酸末端转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记(terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling, TUNEL)染色观察细胞凋亡情况,Transwell实验检测细胞迁移能力。蛋白质免疫印迹(Western blot)检测凋亡相关蛋白(Bcl-2、Bax、Cleaved Caspase-3)和自噬相关蛋白(Beclin、LC3II/I)的表达。免疫荧光染色检测Cleaved Caspase-3和LC3的表达。单丹磺酰尸胺(Monodansylcadaverine, MDC)染色检测自噬体的形成。结果 EC联合RT抑制细胞增殖和迁移能力、诱导细胞凋亡和自噬、下调Bcl-2的表达、上调Bax、Cleaved Caspase-3、Beclin和LC3Ⅱ/I的表达,而加入自噬抑制剂(Chloroquine, CQ)或mTOR信号通路激活剂MHY1485处理后部分减弱了EC联合RT处理对细胞的作用。结论 EC可作为放疗增敏剂,通过抑制mTOR信号通路诱导A549R细胞自噬和凋亡改善放疗敏感性。
