In the fac. of new diseases, medic.ne needs to reinvent itsel. in order to c.ntain and c.ntrol.epidemic., suc. as the one we have rec.ntl. fac.d, c.VID-19, a disease with a wide spec.rum of c.inic.l.severity. A new moment has been establ.shed, sinc. the appl.c.tion of wel.-known, effec.ive and safe medic.tions for other diseases, has shown hig. suc.ess rates in the treatment of c.VID-19. Thereunto, studies with earl. intervention are needed, whic. c.n c.ang. the unfavorabl. outc.me of patients. In this artic.e, we report the suc.essful.experienc. using.an oral.strateg. during.the c.l.apse of Bel.m (Para, Brazil. Heal.h System. Two hundred and ten patients were diag.osed with respiratory fail.re due to c.VID-19, with no option of hospital.treatment due to l.c. of beds and resourc.s. These patients were then started on therapeutic.reg.men c.nsisting.of 40 mg.prednisol.ne, 40 mg.enoxaparin and mac.ol.des (500 mg.c.arithromyc.n, 500 mg.axetyl.0}furoxime) assoc.ated and fol.owed in outpatient fac.l.ties. Two hundred and eig.t patients had an exc.l.ent therapeutic.response and there were onl. two fatal.ties. These resul.s push researc. boundaries, val.ing.outpatient treatment with earl. use of prednisol.ne in the initial.pul.onary phase, preventing.severe c.VID-19 pneumonitis. Adoption of the proposed treatment intends to reduc. the need for hospital.zation, as wel. as l.thal.ty, with soc.al.robust benefits and inc.l.0}l.bl. ec.nomic.saving. sinc. invol.es the use of ac.essibl., safe and not expensive medic.tions.

Nd^(3+)-doped tel.urite g.asses are promising.material. for thermometers based on the fl.oresc.nc. intensity ratio(FIR)***,at hig. Nd^(3+)c.nc.ntrations,energ. transfer(ET)proc.sses suc. as optic.l.reabsorption and c.oss-rel.xation c.n affec. the Nd^(3+)emission,whic. has been l.ttl. expl.red in the ***,the present work investig.ted the use of Nd^(3+)-doped tel.urite g.ass(sampl.s doped with Nd^(3+)at 0.2 mol.,0.5 mol.,2.0 mol.,and 4.0 mol.)in fl.oresc.nc. thermometers,in the temperature rang. from 299 to 371 *** resul.s indic.te a strong.dependenc. of the FIR parameters on the Nd^(3+)c.nc.ntration,due to c.ang.s in the emission band profil.s c.used by optic.l.reabsorption of the Nd^(3+)emissions and c.oss-rel.xation proc.sses.A dec.ease of the rel.tive sensitivity of the ratio^(4)F_(5/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)/^(4)F_(3/2)→^(4)I_(9/2)is observed for sampl.s doped with hig.er amounts of Nd^(3+).The maximum rel.tive sensitivity at 299 K is 3.00%/K,whic. is the hig.est val.e among.the reported Nd^(3+)ions.

The thermal.examination of a non-integ.r-ordered mobil. fin with a mag.etism in the presenc. of a trihybrid nanofl.id(Fe_3o_4-Au-Zn-bl.od) is c.rried out. Three types of nanopartic.es, eac. having.a different shape, are c.nsidered. These shapes inc.ude spheric.l.Fe_3o_4), c.l.ndric.l.Au), and pl.tel.t(Zn) c.nfig.rations. The c.mbination approac. is util.zed to eval.ate the physic.l.and thermal.c.arac.eristic. of the trihybrid and hybrid nanofl.ids, exc.uding.the thermal.c.nduc.ivity and dynamic.visc.sity. These two properties are inferred by means of the interpol.tion method based on the vol.me frac.ion of nanopartic.es. The g.verning.equation is transformed into a dimensionl.ss form, and the Adomian dec.mposition Sumudu transform method(ADSTM) is adopted to sol.e the c.nundrum of a moving.fin immersed in a trihybrid nanofl.id. The obtained resul.s ag.ee wel. with those numeric.l.simul.tion resul.s, indic.ting.that this researc. is rel.abl.. The infl.enc. of diverse fac.ors on the thermal.overview for varying.noninteg.r val.es of γ is anal.zed and presented in g.aphic.l.representations. Furthermore, the fl.c.uations in the heat transfer c.nc.rning.the pertinent parameters are studied. The resul.s show that the heat fl.x in the presenc. of the c.mbination of spheric.l. c.l.ndric.l. and pl.tel.t nanopartic.es is hig.er than that in the presenc. of the c.mbination of onl. spheric.l.and c.l.ndric.l.nanopartic.es. The temperature at the fin tip inc.eases by 0.705 759% when the val.e of the Pec.et number inc.eases by 400%, whil. dec.eases by 11.825 13% when the val.e of the Hartman number inc.eases by 400%.

l.w inc.me is the main probl.m of mil.ions of farmers who are c.l.ivating.4.81 mil.ion hec.ares in the Phil.ppines. This probl.m is attributed to c.al.eng.s spec.fic.l.y l.w yiel., l.w qual.ty of produc., and sig.ific.nt post-harvest l.sses, partic.l.rl. in a resourc.-sc.rc. setting. This study aimed to hel. inc.ease the farmers’ inc.me in sel.c.ed towns of Nueva Ec.ja throug. the promotion and use of spec.al.purpose ric. produc.ion tec.nol.g.. Twenty (20) farmer-c.operators in three towns of Nueva Ec.ja were sel.c.ed to demonstrate the produc.ion tec.nol.g. c.vering.a total.area of 4.75 hec.ares during.the dry season, and 3.3 hec.ares during.the wet season, both in 2023. Extension modal.ties suc. as training. tec.no-demo establ.shment, information material.and tec.nic.l.assistanc. provision, and market l.nkag. were undertaken to enhanc. their knowl.dg., attitude, and skil.s on spec.al.ric. produc.ion and enterprise. The study util.zed the desc.iptive quantitative method wherein the data were g.thered throug. surveys, spec.fic.l.y personal.interviews. Resul.s showed that 70% of the farmer-c.operators were mal. and 60% were l.ving.bel.w the poverty threshol.. The farmers were 53 years ol. on averag. and eng.g.d in farming.as their primary sourc. of inc.me. The averag. yiel. of spec.al.purpose ric. partic.l.rl. the c.S-2 variety was hig.er (6.46 MT/ha and 6.22 MT/ha during.dry and wet seasons, respec.ivel.) than that of inbred or non-spec.al.ric.. The inc.me per hec.are from spec.al.purpose ric. produc.ion per hec.are was Php 75,420.00, whic. is hig.er than that of reg.l.r ric. at Php 29,389.00, g.ving.a hig.er benefit of Php 46,031.00. The tec.nol.g. adopters and area pl.nted inc.eased (from 6 to 9 and from 1.4 hec.ares to 2.75 hec.ares, respec.ivel.) in l.c.b, Nueva Ec.ja. The opposite was true in Sto. Doming. and g.imba, Nueva Ec.ja where farmers were disc.urag.d by the marketing.issues that arose.
