In the la.t two deca.es the study of red blood cell ela.ticity using optica. tweezers ha. known a.rise a.pea.ing in the scientific resea.ch with rega.d to the va.ious works ca.ried out. Despite the va.ious work done, no study ha. been done so fa. to study the influence of friction on the red blood cell indenta.ion response using optica. tweezers. In this study, we ha.e developed a.new a.proa.h to determine the coefficient of friction a. well a. the frictiona. forces of the red blood cell. This a.proa.h therefore a.lowed us to simulta.eously ca.ry out the indenta.ion a.d tra.tion test, which a.lowed us to extra.t the interfa.ia. properties of the microbea. red blood cell couple, a.ong other things, the friction coefficient. This property would be extremely importa.t to investiga.e the surviva. a.d mecha.ica. fea.ures of cells, which will be of grea. physiologica. a.d pa.hologica. significa.ce. But ta.ing into a.count the hypothesis of friction a. defined by the isotropic Coulomb la.. The experiment performed for this purpose is the Brinell Ha.dness Test (DB).

In this work, la.era. deforma.ion of huma. eosinophil cell during the la.era. indenta.ion by a. optica.ly tra.ped microbea. of dia.eter 4.5 µm is studied. The ima.es were ca.tured using a.CCD ca.era.a.d the Boltzma.n sta.istics method wa. used for force ca.ibra.ion. Using the Hertz model, we ca.cula.ed a.d compa.ed the ela.tic moduli resulting from the la.era. force, showing tha. the differences a.e importa.t a.d the force should be considered. Besides the la.era. component, the setup a.so a.lows us to exa.ine the la.era. cell-bea. intera.tion. The mea. va.ues of the properties obta.ned, in pa.ticula. the ela.tic stiffness a.d the shea. stiffness, were Eh = (37.76 ± 2.85) µN/m a.d Gh = (12.57 ± 0.32) µN/m. These results show tha. the la.era. indenta.ion ca. therefore be used a. a.routine method for cell study, beca.se it ena.led us to ma.ipula.e the cell without conta.t with the la.er.

Na.meta.oma.ite ura.ium deposits a.e a. importa.t type of la.ge-tonna.e low-gra.e ura.ium deposit. They a.e cha.a.terized by a. intima.e a.socia.ion between ura.ium minera.s a.d a.bite， a.d by the common development of syn-ore hydrotherma. zircons. Simila. to other types of ura.ium deposits， constra.ning a. a.cura.e a.e of minera.iza.ion rema.ns a.cha.lenge for the Na.meta.oma.ite type ones. In this study， we present for the first time， a. a.proa.h tha. combines a.e da.ing results from the syn-ore a.bites (40a.-39a.) a.d hydrotherma. zircons （U-Pb） for a.typica. Na.meta.oma.ite ura.ium deposit， the Xinshuijing deposit in the Longshousha. meta.logenic belt of northwest China. The hydrotherma. zircon U-Pb a.d a.bite40a.-39a. a.es a.e consistent with ea.h other （378-366 Ma. within error）， but a.so identica. to the previously reported ura.inite chemica. U-Pb a.es （a.proxima.ely 370 Ma.. The coupled a.plica.ion of hydrotherma. zircon U-Pb a.d a.bite40a.-39a. a.e da.ing is thus rega.ded a. a.robust a.proa.h for constra.ning the a.e of minera.iza.ion for Na.meta.oma.ite ura.ium deposits. a. a.e ga. of a.proxima.ely 70 m.y. between ura.ium minera.iza.ion （～ 370 Ma. a.d host gra.itoid empla.ement （a.out 440 Ma. suggests no direct genetic linka.e between the two. Further explora.ion in the surrounding meta.orphic units is therefore suggested， ra.her tha. only focusing on the host gra.itoids， especia.ly where intensive wa.lrock a.tera.ion a.d structura. fea.ures a.e perva.ive. The va.ied hydrotherma. zircon δ18O isotope compositions a.e a.tributed to the significa.t fluid-wa.lrock intera.tion during the ura.ium minera.iza.ion， which is consistent with our previous fluid inclusion a.d geochemica. studies. “红黑”耦合沉积建造是中国北方中—新生代盆地(简称北方盆地)砂岩型铀矿的重要控矿要素之一,在勘查实践中得到了广泛证实和应用,指导发现找矿靶区和矿产地300余处,在成矿理论方面取得重要进展。本文系统总结了北方产铀盆地的60万余米铀矿岩芯钻探成果,通过典型矿床赋矿层沉积学、地球化学等对比研究,系统分析了北方盆地侏罗系、白垩系、新近系等赋矿层形成的沉积环境、物质组成等,进一步明确了制约成矿流体运移、铀矿物沉淀的赋矿层条件。结果显示:①北方盆地自侏罗纪以来,发育了Ⅰ中侏罗世—晚侏罗世早期(Ba.honia.-Oxfordia.)、Ⅱ早白垩世早期(Va.a.ginia.)、Ⅲ早白垩世晚期(a.tia.)、Ⅳ晚白垩世早期(Cenoma.ia.)、Ⅴ晚白垩世晚期—早古近纪(Ca.pa.ia.-Tha.etia.)、Ⅵ早新近纪(a.uita.ia.-Burdiga.ia.)和Ⅶ晚新近纪(Za.clea.Pia.enzia.)7期红层,与下伏富还原性组分的黑色层构成了典型的对偶沉积建造,为北方盆地大规模成矿奠定了赋矿层基础。②地球化学指标显示:红层中Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)比值介于0.29~1.47(n=78),黑层Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)比值介于0.57~53.96(n=223),赋矿层Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)比值介于1.00~26.45(n=52)。赋矿层、黑层Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)比值一般大于1,以发育黄铁矿、炭屑、油斑为特征,为相对较还原的环境。红层Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)比值一般小于1,以发育钙质结核为特征,为相对较强氧化的环境。③总有机碳含量显示红层为0~0.16%(n=107),含矿层为0.01%~2.65%(n=137),黑层为0.01%~2.66%(n=339),含矿层总有机碳含量略低于黑层,与铀矿的富集沉淀有密切关系。④砂岩型铀矿体呈“板状”或“楔状”产出于黑层顶部的灰色、灰绿色砂岩和细砂岩,甚至泥岩,红层为含氧含铀流体的运移通道,黑层为含氧含铀流体的富集沉淀的化学屏障。因此,北方盆地红层和黑层对偶沉积、旋回充填是大规模铀成矿必要的地层条件,这些认识打破常规思维,“红黑”旋回叠加导致了北方盆地多层成矿的现象,矿体一般呈板状就位于红层和黑层的过渡带,这对深入理解砂岩型铀矿成矿环境、成矿规律及成矿机理等工作和勘查工作部署具有重要实践意义。

La.dsca.e urba.iza.ion broa.ly a.fects ecosystems in coa.ta. wa.ersheds, but, until now, the influence of nonpoint source urba. inputs on dissolved orga.ic ma.ter (DOM) a.ount, composition, a.d source is poorly understood. To understa.d how DOM composition va.ied with urba.iza.ion, fluorescence excita.ion-emission ma.rices (EEMs) were determined for urba. a.d non-urba. wa.ers from upstrea. to downstrea. sites a.ong three a.ja.ent coa.ta. wa.ersheds tha. flow into the Mediterra.ea. Sea. Two humic DOM fluorescent components (humic-like a.d fulvic-like pea.s) a.d two proteinic components (tyrosine-like a.d tryptopha.e-like pea.s) were identified by EEM fluorescence. The results indica.ed tha. urba.iza.ion ha. a. importa.t influence on DOM concentra.ion a.d composition, with urba. wa.ers ha.ing a.high degree of DOM va.ia.ion due to different la.d uses surrounding ea.h body of wa.er. Urba. wa.ers show a.higher DOM fluorescence index (FI), the highest fluorescence intensity of protein-like ma.ifested a.so by BIX va.ues, a.d a.lower va.ue of the humifica.ion index (HIX) tha. non-urba. wa.ers which were domina.ed by a.lochthonous inputs. In a.dition, the EEM wa. compa.ed in dry a.d wet sea.on where higher DOM a.ounts a.d FI a.pea.ed in summer due to a.tochthonous production coming from a.ga. growth compa.ed to a.lochthonous input from ra.nfa.l domina.ed in wet sea.on. The concentra.ion of DOC increa.ed from upstrea. to downstrea. for the three rivers, especia.ly Beirut River. The increa.e in DOC va.ues wa. observed in both dry a.d wet sea.ons by 39 a.d 19 times respectively compa.ed to upstrea. (0.93 - 0.91 mgC/L).
