The accurate prediction of energy consumption has effective role in decision making and risk management for individuals and ***,the accurate prediction can be realized using the recent advances in machine learning and predictive *** research proposes a novel approach for energy consumption forecasting based on a new optimization algorithm and a new forecasting model consisting of a set of long short-term memory(LSTm)*** proposed optimization algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the LSTm-based model to boost its forecasting *** optimization algorithm is based on the recently emerged dipper-throated optimization(DTO)and stochastic fractal search(SFS)algo-rithm and is referred to as dynamic *** prove the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed approach,five standard benchmark algorithms,namely,stochastic fractal search(SFS),dipper throated optimization(DTO),whale optimization algorithm(WOA),particle swarm optimization(PSO),and grey wolf optimization(GWO),are used to optimize the parameters of the LSTm-based model,and the results are compared with that of the proposed *** results show that the proposed DDTOSFS+LSTm can accurately forecast the energy consumption with root mean square error RmSE of 0.00013,which is the best among the recorded results of the other *** addition,statistical experiments are conducted to prove the statistical difference of the proposed *** results of these tests confirmed the expected outcomes.

The proper selection of the atomizer(droplet size)and nutrient solution spray interval is one of the most important factors to be investigated in aeroponics system for sustainable *** aim of this study was to research the effects of four aeroponics atomizing nozzles(one air-assisted;A_(1),two air-less;A_(2) and A_(3),and one ultrasonic fogger;A_(4))with droplet sizes of 11.24μm,26.35μm,17.38μm,and 4.89μm,respectively,four spray intervals(15 min(I_(1)),30 min(I_(2)),45 min(I_(3))and 60 min(I_(4)))at a 5 min of constant spray time by atomizing the Hoagland’s nutrient solution on growth,root-to-shoot ratio,photosynthesis characteristics,pigments,and nutritional quality of the aeroponically grown *** experimental results demonstrated that in A_(1) atomizer and I_(2) interval,the growth,photosynthesis efficiency,chlorophyll,carotenoids,and nutritional values of the lettuce were significantly higher compared to that grown in A_(2) and A_(3) atomizers at all spray *** shoot developments were more constrained than root,prominent to the alteration of root-to-shoot ratio(fresh and dry)in the influence of different droplet sizes and spray ***,the plants did not grow well in A_(4) atomizer associated with proposed spray *** results disclosed that there was an obvious interaction between droplet sizes(atomizers)and spray intervals for growth,the ratio of root to shoot,photosynthesis efficiency,pigments,and nutritional quality of the aeroponically grown *** research study increases the awareness of the proper droplet size(atomizer)and the regulation of nutrient solution spray interval for leafy vegetables grown in an aeroponics system.

This study reports the morphological characteristics of anomalous variations in Global Navigation Satellite System Total Electron Content(GNSS-TEC) prior to the strong local earthquakes(EQ) that occurred during the period of *** have analyzed 20 earthquakes of magnitude m> 5.6.A statistical technique is implemented on the data of six GNSS stations located in Tashkent,Kitab,and maidanak in Uzbekistan,and Islamabad,multan,Quetta in *** results show continuous anomalous variations in TEC during 24 h befo re the occupancy of local *** is shown that the precursors before the occurrence of strong earthquakes,in particular of magnitude 5.7,7.7,7.5,7.8 and 7.3 are detected near Eastern Uzbekistan(26 may 2013),Southwestern Pakistan(24 September 2013),Hindukush region of Afghanistan(26 October 2015),and Central Nepal(25 April 2015) and(12 may 2015),*** ionospheric anomalies appearing before the strong earthquakes at six GNSS stations are registered in 14cases(70%) out of 20 selected *** is depicted that anomalies referred to as ionospheric precursors appeared about 1-7 days prior to the occurrence of strong earthquakes.

This study aimed to evaluate the anti-hyperglycemic and antioxidant role of Actinidia deliciosa(kiwifruits)aqueous extract in streptozotocin-treated *** were distributed into;control,*** aqueous extract(ADAE;1 g/kg orally),streptozotocin(STZ;50 mg/kg,i.p,single dose),and STZ plus ADAE,*** showed that ADAE had high antioxidant and radical scavenging *** in blood sugar level,lipid peroxidation(LPO),kidney function biomarkers,and perturbations in hematological parameters were observed in diabetic ***,enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants,protein content,and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity ***,histological,immunohistochemical alpha-smooth muscle actin immunoreactivity(α-SmA-ir)and histochemical(collagen,total protein,DNA,and RNA)alterations were observed in rat ***,STZ produced upregulation of inflammatory associated genes(tumor necrosis factor-alpha;TNF-αand transforming growth factorβ1;TGF-β1)and triggered apoptosis by upregulating apoptotic related gene[Bcl2-associated X protein(Bax)]and downregulating anti-apoptotic related gene B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)based on real-time PCR ***,diabetic rats administered with ADAE showed significant restoration in LPO,antioxidant status,and biochemical indices besides tissue architecture,and genes improvement regarding STZ ***,*** has a valuable ameliorative infl uence and can restore glucose levels and improve kidney dysfunction in diabetic rats.

Searching for rare astronomical objects based on spectral data is similar to finding needles in a haystack owing to their rarity and the immense data volume gathered from large astronomical spectroscopic *** this paper,we propose a novel automated approximate nearest neighbor search method based on unsupervised hashing learning for rare spectra *** proposed method employs a multilayer neural network using autoencoders as the local compact feature *** are trained with a non-gradient learning algorithm with graph Laplace *** algorithm also simplifies the tuning of network architecture hyperparameters and the learning control ***,the graph Laplace regularization can enhance the robustness by reducing the sensibility to *** proposed model is data-driven;thus,it can be viewed as a general-purpose retrieval *** proposed model is evaluated in experiments and real-world applications where rare Otype stars and their subclass are retrieved from the dataset obtained from the Large Sky Area multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(Guo Shoujing Telescope).The experimental and application results show that the proposed model outperformed the baseline methods,demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed method in rare spectra retrieval tasks.

One of the most effective ways of transmitting daylight into deep-plan buildings is to generate light-well for spaces away from the facade and window-less *** the limited methods of improving daylight efficiency in light-wells are reflectors that,as a surplus member of the wells,can aid in this improvement.A scrutiny of the light-well’s configuration can give a correct perception of the performance of the well’s walls with increasing the reflection coefficient to the designers in deciding where to install the openings,selecting the transmittance coefficient of glass,*** this paper,the main focus is designing and optimizing daylight assist devices on light-wells that can hierarchically reflect light from the sky to the bottom of the well(Device 1)and then emit into the desired space(Device 2).The research highlights that it is necessary to find a proper strategy for the devices regarding to the optimization *** research design results in a comprehensive standard solution for different *** simulations were performed by Honeybee Plus version 0.0.06 and Honeybee-Ladybug version 0.0.69-0.0.66,which has the ability to simulate annual daylight performance at certain *** to the maximum and minimum altitudes at any latitude,the study required time-criteria throughout the *** a result,a cross-sectional study was carried out at two critical times:the first period(P1)and the second period(P2).Daylight metrics for analyzing configuration as well as evaluating devices are E’max,avg(illumination)and SHA(hour/m2).The DA’300 and DA’max2000 metrics were selected to measure daylight efficiency and glare risk,respectively,and the sDA is for the amount of floor area that uses enough ***,to better percept how to prepare improved-daylight at lower levels(especially for the performance of devices),the daylight autonomy has been reduced from 50%to 40%and a metric such as sDA’t40 has been created.
