The piezoelectric method to atomize fluids in aeroponic systems is known as a new *** the current study,the effects of four independent variables on the misting rate were *** variables were Dosage of Chemical Fertilizer(DCF),the Height of Solution above Piezoelectric Ceramic(HSPC),Piezoelectric Location at the Bottom of the Container(PLBC),and the Container Geometry(CG).Physical properties such as fluid density,viscosity,surface tension,Total Dissolved Solids(TDS),and Electrical Conductivity(EC)of the solutions were ***,optimization was performed to determine suitable ranges of independent variables to get the optimum value of the misting *** showed that the HSPC,PLBC,and CG significantly affect the total misting rate(Pmperature of 25℃and for different concentrations of fertilizer,the density,viscosity,surface tension,TDS,and EC varied between 1002-1006.5 kg/m^(3),1.009-1.395 mPas,0.07182-0.07298 N/m,253-3397 mg/L,502-6795 mS/cm,*** misting rate ranged between 0.499 and 5.720 g/*** the outlet of the mist generation container,mass flow rate was in the range of 59.895 to 65.116 g/***,theoretically calculated mist average droplet size was in the range of 2.90 to 2.92 mm for different fertilizer *** present study is the first research on the factors affecting the ultrasonic mist production rate in an aeroponic *** future developments,effect of voltage,frequency,and using horn should be ***,similar research should be done in the field of gas-phase bioreactors(mist bioreactors).

myzus persicae(***)is now considered a threat to agricultural crops due to economic *** synthetic insecticides applied every year against ***,are reported to be unsafe for environment,humans,and beneficial ***,several species of myzus have been found to develop resistance due to over application of these ***,it is required to find some novel insecticide that would be safe for the environment as well as for *** the current study,two major pure constituentsα-pinene andβ-caryophyllene were evaluated for their insecticidal potential against *** using a fumigant toxicity ***,impact ofα-pinene andβ-caryophyllene on expression of five different genes,e.g.,HSP 60,FPPS I,OSD,TOL and ANT responsible for reproduction,dispersion,and growth of *** has also been *** perform fumigant toxicity assay,five different concentrations(3.5,4,4.5,5 and 6μL L−1)ofα-pinene andβ-caryophyllene were *** concentration(LC)was calculated,and gene expression studies were executed through qRT PCR at LC30 ofα-pinene andβ-*** constituents demonstrated excellent fumigant toxicity effects against *** at all five ***,α-pinene shows significantly better results(98%)as compared toβ-caryophyllene(80%)after 72 h at 6μL L−1 of *** highest upregulation in expression was demonstrated at LC30 dose ofα-pinene in five in three out of five genes understudy(TOL,ANT,and FPPS I).Conversely,two genes HSP 60 and OSD demonstrated downregulation at LC30 dose ofβ-***,our results highlighted the promising insecticidal potential of both compoundsα-pinene andβ-caryophylleneby interfering with the reproduction and development related processes in ***,allowing us to recommend the phytoconstituents under investigation as an ecofriendly alternative to synthetic insecticides.

Dipper throated optimization(DTO)algorithm is a novel with a very efficient metaheuristic inspired by the dipper throated *** has its unique hunting technique by performing rapid bowing *** show the efficiency of the proposed algorithm,DTO is tested and compared to the algorithms of Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO),Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA),Grey Wolf Optimizer(GWO),and Genetic Algorithm(GA)based on the seven unimodal benchmark ***,ANOVA and Wilcoxon rank-sum tests are performed to confirm the effectiveness of the DTO compared to other optimization ***,to demonstrate the proposed algorithm’s suitability for solving complex realworld issues,DTO is used to solve the feature selection *** strategy of using DTOs as feature selection is evaluated using commonly used data sets from the University of California at Irvine(UCI)*** findings indicate that the DTO outperforms all other algorithms in addressing feature selection issues,demonstrating the proposed algorithm’s capabilities to solve complex real-world situations.

The extent of the peril associated with cancer can be perceivedfrom the lack of treatment, ineffective early diagnosis techniques, and mostimportantly its fatality rate. Globally, cancer is the second leading cause ofdeath and among over a hundred types of cancer;lung cancer is the secondmost common type of cancer as well as the leading cause of cancer-relateddeaths. Anyhow, an accurate lung cancer diagnosis in a timely manner canelevate the likelihood of survival by a noticeable margin and medical imagingis a prevalent manner of cancer diagnosis since it is easily accessible to peoplearound the globe. Nonetheless, this is not eminently efficacious consideringhuman inspection of medical images can yield a high false positive rate. Ineffectiveand inefficient diagnosis is a crucial reason for such a high mortalityrate for this malady. However, the conspicuous advancements in deep learningand artificial intelligence have stimulated the development of exceedinglyprecise diagnosis systems. The development and performance of these systemsrely prominently on the data that is used to train these systems. A standardproblem witnessed in publicly available medical image datasets is the severeimbalance of data between different classes. This grave imbalance of data canmake a deep learning model biased towards the dominant class and unableto generalize. This study aims to present an end-to-end convolutional neuralnetwork that can accurately differentiate lung nodules from non-nodules andreduce the false positive rate to a bare minimum. To tackle the problem ofdata imbalance, we oversampled the data by transforming available images inthe minority class. The average false positive rate in the proposed method isa mere 1.5 percent. However, the average false negative rate is 31.76 *** proposed neural network has 68.66 percent sensitivity and 98.42 percentspecificity.

Oxidative degradation of sunflower oil blended with roasted sesame oil during heating at frying temperature

The efficacy of roasted sesame oil(SO)on the oxidation deterioration of sunflower oil(SFO)during heating was *** concentrations of SO in the SFO were 0,10%,20%,and 30%by *** oxidation profile of oil samples was monitored by evaluating the generation of oxidation products and chemical alterations in the oils'composition during heating at frying temperature(180℃).The results showed that the oxidation parameters(free fatty acid,peroxide value,p-anisidine value,total oxidation status,thiobarbituric acid value,and color index)increased significantly in SFO compared to blends or SO during thermal *** heating,the concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA)was reduced with increased level of saturated fatty acids;these results were observed more in SFO than those of SO or blend ***,the presence of SO in SFO reduced the decomposition of *** Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,the peak intensities were significantly altered in SFO compared to the blend oils during *** on the most analytical data,it may be agreed that the heating at frying temperature led to the generation of relatively higher contents of oxidative products in SFO compared to blend oils,showing a lower degree of oxidation occurred in *** best frying performance for the SFO was achieved by using 30%SO extracted from the roasted sesame *** study showed the proper blending of high polyunsaturated oil with SO can produce oil blends with high nutritional values and enhanced stability for daily cooking and deep-frying applications.

The existence of pulsating stars in eclipsing binaries has been known for *** types of objects are extremely valuable systems for astronomical studies as they exhibit both eclipse and pulsation *** eclipsing binaries are the only way to directly measure the mass and radius of stars with a good accuracy(≤1%),while the pulsations are a unique way to probe the stellar interior via oscillation *** are different types of pulsating stars existing in eclipsing *** of them is theδScuti ***,the known number ofδScuti stars in eclipsing binaries is around 90 according to the latest catalog of these *** increasing number of these kinds of variables is important to understand the stellar structure,evolution and the effect of binarity on the ***,in this study,we focus on discovering new eclipsing binaries withδScuti component(s).We searched within the northern Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite(TESS)field with a visual inspection by following some criteria such as light curve shape,the existence of pulsation like variations in the out-of-eclipse light curve and the T_(eff) values of the *** a result of these criteria,we discovered some *** orbital variations were first removed from the TESS light curves and frequency analysis was performed on the *** luminosity,and absolute and bolometric magnitudes of the targets were calculated as *** find how much of these parameters represent the primary(more luminous)binary component,we also computed the flux density ratio of the systems by utilizing the area of the *** addition,the positions of the systems in the H-R diagram were examined considering the flux density *** a consequence of the investigation,we defined 38 candidateδScuti stars and also one maia variable in eclipsing binary systems.

Characterization and corrosion behavior of Al-Co-rare earth(Ce-La)amorphous alloy

A new Al-based amorphous alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and high thermal stability was produced in the Al-Co-RE(Ce-La)*** this regard,two different amorphous-nanocrystalline ribbons:Al_(87.6)-Co_(6.4)-Ce_(3.8-)La_(2.2)(m_(1))and Al_(82.3)-Co_(10.1)-Ce_(4.8)-La_(2.8)(m_(2))were prepared using melt *** results reveal the supercooled liquid region(ATx)of 218℃which shows that the m2alloy has higher thermal stability in comparison to the *** m2ribbons present the superior corrosion resistance because of the formation of amorphous *** icorr,Ecorr,Epit,and Epit-Ecorrvalues of fully amorphous Al-Co-Ce-La metallic ribbons have a better trend of anti-corrosion performance compared to other crystalline and amorphous aluminum alloys.
