Jujube witches’broom(JWB)phytoplasmas parasitize the sieve tubes of diseased phloem and cause an excessive proliferation of axillary shoots from dormant lateral buds to favour their *** previous research,two JWB effectors,SJP1 and SJP2,were identified to induce lateral bud outgrowth by disrupting ZjBRC1-mediated auxin ***,the pathogenesis of JWB disease remains largely ***,tissue-specific transcriptional reprogramming was examined to gain insight into the genetic mechanisms acting inside jujube lateral buds under JWB phytoplasma *** phytoplasmas modulated a series of plant signalling networks involved in lateral bud development and defence,including auxin,abscisic acid(ABA),ethylene,jasmonic acid,and salicylic ***-induced bud outgrowth was accompanied by downregulation of ABA synthesis within lateral *** application rescued the bushy appearances of transgenic Arabidopsis overexpressing SJP1 and SJP2 in Col-0 and ZjBRC1 in the brc1-2 ***,the expression of ZjBRC1 and ABA-related genes ZjHB40 and ZjNCED3 was negatively correlated with lateral main bud outgrowth in decapitated healthy *** evidence showed that ZjBRC1 interacted with ZjBRC2 via its N-terminus to activate ZjHB40 and ZjNCED3 expression and ABA accumulation in transgenic jujube *** addition,ZjBRC1 widely regulated differentially expressed genes related to ABA homeostasis and ABA signalling,especially by binding to and suppressing ABA ***,these results suggest that JWB phytoplasmas hijack the ZjBRC1-mediated ABA pathways to stimulate lateral bud outgrowth and expansion,providing a strategy to engineer plants resistant to JWB phytoplasma disease and regulate woody plant architecture to promote crop yield and quality.

With distributed transceivers and scalable cooperative transmission, cell-free massive multipleinput multiple-output(CF-m MIMO) technology eliminates the “cells” of traditional mobile communications,thereby significantly improving the performance of wireless networks. CF-m MIMO is considered as a major technical tool for achieving the key performance indicators of sixth generation(6G) mobile communication systems. In this paper, a scalable implementation architecture for CF-m MIMO is proposed, based on which potential key technologies such as channel information acquisition, transceiver design, dynamic user and access point association, and novel duplexing are introduced. Finally, based on low-cost commercial access points, a CF-m MIMO testbed with 64 transmit and receive antennas is developed, and the performance of the distributed receiver design is evaluated.

Human infection with Chlamydia psittaci is rare but difficult to *** report an outbreak of psittacosis among poultry processing workers in *** applied metagenomic next-generation sequencing and identified Chlamydia psittaci reads from samples of all seven patients,four of which were subsequently confirmed by *** results suggested that the poultry processed in the factory was the possible source of human infection.

[Objectives]This study was conducted to obtain the best formula for alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide tough biscuits.[Methods]Based on low-gluten flour as the main raw material and alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide,baking soda,salt,butter and sugar as auxiliary materials,single-factor test and orthogonal optimization of the addition amounts of alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide,salt and white sugar were carried out,and the prepared biscuits were subjected to sensory evaluation to get the best formula.[Results]The optimal process parameters of the alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide tough biscuits were:alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide addition amount 12%,salt addition amount 1.5%,white sugar addition amount 14%,and the sensory evaluation score obtained under this condition was 88.7.[Conclusions]The alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide biscuits prepared according to the best formula had the characteristics of neat shape,uniform thickness,fine internal structure,obvious layers,and crisp,rosy and sweet *** study increases the flavor and nutritional value of biscuits,enriches the types of biscuits,and provides a certain theoretical basis for the production of alkali-soluble Poria polysaccharide tough biscuits.

Acute kidney injury(AKI)leads to unacceptably high mortality due to difficulties in timely intervention and less efficient renal delivery of therapeutic ***,a series of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)-curcumin nanoparticles(PCurNP)are designed to meet the renal excretion threshold(~45 kDa),presenting a controllable delivery nanosystem for kidney *** accumulation of the relatively small nanoparticles,^(89)Zr-PCurNP M10 with the diameter between 5 and 8 nm,is found to be 1.7 times and 1.8 times higher than the accumulation of^(89)Zr-PCurNP M29(20-50 nm)and M40(20-50 nm)as revealed by PET ***,serum creatinine analysis,kidney tissues histology,and tubular injury scores revealed that PCurNP M10 efficiently treated cisplatin-induced ***,PCurNP offers a novel and simple strategy for precise PET image-guided drug delivery of renal protective materials.

Epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)is reportedly overexpressed in most esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)patients,but anti-EGFR treatments offer limited survival *** preclinical data showed the promising antitumor activity of afatinib in EGFR-overexpressing *** proof-of-concept,phase II trial assessed the efficacy and safety of afatinib in pretreated metastatic ESCC patients(n=41)with EGFR overexpression(NCT03940976).The study met its primary endpoint,with a confirmed objective response rate(ORR)of 39%in 38 efficacy-evaluable patients and a median overall survival of 7.8 months,with a manageable toxicity *** analysis of pretreatment tumors revealed that neurotrophic receptor tyrosine kinase 2(NTRK2)was negatively associated with afatinib sensitivity and might serve as a predictive biomarker,irrespective of EGFR ***,knocking down or inhibiting NTRK2 sensitized ESCC cells to afatinib *** study provides novel findings on the molecular factors underlying afatinib resistance and indicates that afatinib has the potential to become an important treatment for metastatic ESCC patients.

氢氧燃料电池和电解水是实现氢能循环利用的两个重要系统,其中氢氧化反应(HOR)和析氢反应(HER)因在碱性介质中的反应速率较酸性介质中慢2至3个数量级,成为阻碍碱性燃料电池与电解水制氢发展的主要瓶颈。深入研究碱性介质中的HOR/HER机理,探究碱性与酸性电解质中HOR/HER活性差异之根本原因,对发展低温碱性能源转化器件具有重要意义。据此,本文综述了近年来碱性介质中HOR/HER机理的相关解释与推论,如双功能机理、氢结合能(HBE)理论与电子效应,及各观点间存在的争议;并从理论计算的角度,介绍了目前电化学界面的理论模拟方法及其在HOR/HER研究中的应用。由于电化学反应系统的复杂性,实验与理论计算的结合有助于理清HOR/HER的机理以及pH效应,并有望应用于指导设计高活性、高稳定性的HOR/HER催化剂。

为打破单机版经编CAD软件的使用局限性,实现快速设计、快速仿真、虚拟展示、工艺计算、数据实时交互等功能,开发了一款基于互联网的经编针织物CAD系统。根据经编组织的编织规律和垫纱数码,建立垫纱图绘制及穿纱绘制的三维矩阵模型和数学模型;利用计算机图形学技术实现对仿真图的花型提取及循环处理,利用数据库技术实现送经量的估算等功能;最后利用VS开发环境将其转换成计算机语言。根据互联网技术原理,构建浏览器/服务器(B/S)结构完成交互设计,利用云服务平台实现大数据的存储与调用。最后利用发布后的系统进行简单经编方格织物的工艺设计,验证基于互联网的CAD系统的实用性和稳定性。

为方便快捷并准确地设计纬编提花织物,根据纬编提花织物的组织结构特点,通过数学建模的方法建立包括花型意匠图和工艺编织图的二维矩阵,分别对该类织物的花型意匠信息以及工艺编织信息进行数学描述,并根据不同种类提花织物的结构特点和形成原理总结出了由花型意匠信息向工艺编织信息转换的相应算法,包括单面均匀提花织物、横条反面双面提花织物、竖条反面双面提花织物、芝麻点反面双面提花织物以及空气层提花织物,并给出详细的转化算法。以芝麻点双面提花组织为例进行大量实验,结果表明本文算法实现了纬编提花织物的快速准确设计,为提花织物软件的开发奠定了基础。
