Although inorganic anion templates are highly appreciated in the synthesis of nanosized silver clusters,supramolecular clusters used as templates to mold silver nanoclusters remain as-yet-unknown due to their existence as volatile forms in ***,we report the synthesis of a novel silver-thiolate nanocluster(SD/Ag58a),comprising an outer tetrahedral cage of 58 silver atoms and a central supramolecular cluster[CH_(3)OH@(SO_(4))_(4)(H_(2)O)6]8−(hereafter abbreviated as CS_(4)H_(6)).Ternary CS_(4)H_(6) cluster was constructed from an(SO_(4))_(4) tetrahedron encaging one CH_(3)OH molecule inside and six water molecules sitting between paired SO_(4)^(2−)ions to form the[SO_(4)…H_(2)O…SO_(4)]hydrogen bonds(H-bonds).Also,the CS4H6 could coordinate to the inner wall of the Ag58 cage by forming Ag-O bonds,exerting templating effect on the formation of SD/***,SD/Ag58a showed a photocurrent response upon visible light irradiation and emitted luminescence in the near-infrared(NIR)region at a cryogenic *** work exemplifies the ternary supramolecule templating effect in the construction of silver nanocluster and facilitates understanding of the structure of complex solvated anion cluster in atomic precision.

Dysregulation of neurotransmitter metabolism in the central nervous system contributes to mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and post–traumatic stress disorder. Monoamines and amino acids are important types of neurotransmitters. Our previous results have shown that disco-interacting protein 2 homolog A(Dip2a) knockout mice exhibit brain development disorders and abnormal amino acid metabolism in serum. This suggests that DIP2A is involved in the metabolism of amino acid–associated neurotransmitters. Therefore, we performed targeted neurotransmitter metabolomics analysis and found that Dip2a deficiency caused abnormal metabolism of tryptophan and thyroxine in the basolateral amygdala and medial prefrontal cortex. In addition, acute restraint stress induced a decrease in 5-hydroxytryptamine in the basolateral amygdala. Additionally, Dip2a was abundantly expressed in excitatory neurons of the basolateral amygdala, and deletion of Dip2a in these neurons resulted in hopelessness-like behavior in the tail suspension test. Altogether, these findings demonstrate that DIP2A in the basolateral amygdala may be involved in the regulation of stress susceptibility. This provides critical evidence implicating a role of DIP2A in affective disorders.

Flexible wearable optoelectronic devices fabricated fromorganic–inorganic hybrid perovskites significantly accelerate the developmentof portable energy,biomedicine,and sensing fields,but their poor thermal stabilityhinders further ***,all-inorganic perovskites possessexcellent thermal stability,but black-phase all-inorganic perovskite filmusually requires high-temperature annealing steps,which increases energy consumptionand is not conducive to the fabrication of flexible wearable *** this work,an unprecedented low-temperature fabrication of stable blackphaseCsPbI3perovskite films is demonstrated by the in situ hydrolysis reactionof diphenylphosphinic chloride *** released diphenyl phosphateand chloride ions during the hydrolysis reaction significantly lower the phasetransition temperature and effectively passivate the defects in the perovskitefilms,yielding high-performance photodetectors with a responsivity of 42.1 AW−1 and a detectivity of 1.3×10^(14)***,high-fidelity imageand photoplethysmography sensors are demonstrated based on the fabricated flexible wearable *** work provides a newperspective for the low-temperature fabrication of large-area all-inorganic perovskite flexible optoelectronic devices.
