DFT/BLYP method is used to theoretically investigate the electron transfer (ET) reactions between M (Li, Na, Mg)-C_6H_6 and M+-C_6H_6 complexes in the gas phase. The geometry optimization of the precursor complexes and the transition state in the process of ET reaction was performed at 6-31G basis set level. The activation energy. the coupling matrix element and the rate constant of the ET reaction are calculated at semi-quantitative level.

【目的】探讨疏肝健脾法治疗活动期甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)并发干眼症的疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据。【方法】将108例活动期TAO并发干眼症肝郁气滞证患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各54例。2组患者均给予维持Graves病的常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予激素冲击疗法(注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠静脉滴注)治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药疏肝健脾方治疗,疗程为12周并复诊随访至6个月。观察2组患者治疗前后临床活动性分级评分(CAS)、突眼度、眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分、泪液分泌试验(SIT)和泪膜破裂时间(BUT)的变化情况,并评估2组患者的临床疗效。【结果】(1)疗效方面,治疗6个月后,观察组的总有效率为94.44%(51/54),对照组为74.07%(40/54),组间比较(χ2检验),观察组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)活动性、突眼度和OSDI方面,治疗后,2组患者的CAS评分、OSDI评分和突眼度均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且观察组的降低幅度均明显优于对照组(P<0.1)。(3)泪液分泌功能方面,治疗后,2组患者的SIT、FL评分、BUT均较治疗前改善(P<0.01),且观察组的改善幅度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】疏肝健脾法治疗活动期TAO并发干眼症肝郁气滞证患者具有较好的临床疗效,可有效减轻突眼度,延长泪膜破裂时间,增加泪液分泌,促进角膜上皮修复,改善视功能,提高生活质量。

We previously demonstrated that overexpression of tropomyosin receptor kinase A(TrkA)promotes the survival and Schwann celllike differentiation of bone marrow stromal stem cells in nerve grafts,thereby enhancing the regeneration and functional recovery of the peripheral *** the present study,we investigated the molecular mechanisms underlying the neuroprotective effects of TrkA in bone marrow stromal stem cells seeded into nerve *** marrow stromal stem cells from Sprague-Dawley rats were infected with recombinant lentivirus vector expressing rat TrkA,TrkA-shRNA or the respective *** cells were then seeded into allogeneic rat acellular nerve allografts for bridging a 1-cm right sciatic nerve ***,8 weeks after surgery,hematoxylin and eosin staining showed that compared with the control groups,the cells and fibers in the TrkA overexpressing group were more densely and uniformly arranged,whereas they were relatively sparse and arranged in a disordered manner in the TrkA-shRNA *** blot assay showed that compared with the control groups,the TrkA overexpressing group had higher expression of the myelin marker,myelin basic protein and the axonal marker neurofilament *** TrkA overexpressing group also had higher levels of various signaling molecules,including TrkA,pTrkA(Tyr490),extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1/2(Erkl/2),pErk1/2(Thr202/Tyr204),and the anti-apoptotic proteins Bcl-2 and *** contrast,these proteins were downregulated,while the pro-apoptotic factors Bax and Bad were upregulated,in the TrkA-shRNA *** levels of the TrkA effectors Akt and pAkt(Ser473)were not different among the *** results suggest that TrkA enhances the survival and regenerative capacity of bone marrow stromal stem cells through upregulation of the Erk/Bcl-2 *** procedures were approved by the Animal Ethical and Welfare Committee of Shenzhen University,China in December 2014(approval ***-2014-001219).

This study was designed to investigate whether the Notch pathway is involved in the develop-ment of diffuse spinal cord astrocytomas. BALB/c nude mice received injections of CD133＋and CD133？ cell suspensions prepared using human recurrent diffuse spinal cord astrocytoma tissue through administration into the right parietal lobe. After 7–11 weeks, magnetic resonance imaging was performed weekly. Xenografts were observed on the surfaces of the brains of mice receiving the CD133＋ cell suspension, and Notch-immunopositive expression was observed in the xenografts. By contrast, no xenografts appeared in the identical position on the surfaces of the brains of mice receiving the CD133？ cell suspension, and Notch-immunopositive expres-sion was hardly detected either. Hematoxylin-eosin staining and immunohistochemical staining revealed xenografts on the convex surfaces of the brains of mice that underwent CD133＋ astro-cytoma transplantation. Some sporadic astroglioma cells showed pseudopodium-like structures, which extended into the cerebral white matter. However,it should be emphasized that the sub-cortex xenograft with Notch-immunopositive expression was found in the fourth mouse received injection of CD133？ astrocytoma cells. However, these ifndings suggest that the Notch pathway plays an important role in the formation of astrocytomas, and can be considered a novel treat-ment target for diffuse spinal cord astrocytoma.

Objective To investigate the role and molecular mechanism of exosomal miR-224-5p in colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods The miR-224-5p expression in CRC patient tissues and cell-derived exosomes was measured by laser capture microdissection and qRT-PCR,***-luciferase reporter gene assay was used to determine the target gene of *** protein expressions of p53 and unc-51 like kinase 2(ULK2)in CRC cells were detected by western *** cytometry was used to detect cell cycle and *** proliferation was measured by CCK8 and EdU *** The miR-224-5p expression was upregulated in CRC tissues and increased progressively with the rise of CRC *** cells secreted extracellular miR-224-5p mainly in an exosome-dependent manner,and then miR-224-5p could be transferred to surrounding tumor cells to regulate cell proliferation in the form of autocrine or ***,ULK2 was characterized as a direct target of miR-224-5p and was downregulated in CRC ***,ULK2 inhibited CRC cell proliferation in a p53-dependent ***,exosome-derived miR-224-5p partially reversed the proliferation regulation of ULK2 on CRC *** Our findings demonstrate that exosome-transmitted miR-224-5p promotes p53-dependent cell proliferation by targeting ULK2 in CRC,which may offer promising targets for CRC prevention and therapy.

急性软组织损伤患者健康相关生命质量评价

目的评价我国急性软组织损伤患者的健康相关生命质量并分析其影响因素。方法使用五水平五维健康量表(EQ-5D-5L)对我国12家医院的480例急性软组织损伤患者进行健康生命质量调查,并基于我国EQ-5D-5L效用积分体系转化为健康效用值。采用线性回归模型进行多因素分析,对急性软组织损伤患者健康效用值的影响因素进行探索。结果共纳入480例患者,平均年龄为38.86岁,无疼痛、轻微疼痛、中度疼痛、剧烈疼痛状态的急性软组织损伤患者健康效用值分别为0.99、0.90、0.69、0.62。急性软组织损伤对患者的疼痛/不舒服维度影响最大,对患者的活动性维度影响有限,对患者的心理影响较小。对急性软组织损伤患者健康效用值影响显著的因素有性别、体重指数、既往病史、静息VAS评分及脉象。结论相较于心理方面,急性软组织损伤对患者生理方面的影响程度更大。在日常运动中,BMI较低,或有基础疾病的人群应正确选择运动方式,避免急性软组织损伤的发生,造成生命质量下降。
