Failure detection is an essential task in industrial systems for preventing costly downtime and ensuring the seamlessoperation of the system. Current industrial processes are getting smarter with the emergence of Industry ***, various modernized industrial processes have been equipped with quite a few sensors to collectprocess-based data to find faults arising or prevailing in processes along with monitoring the status of *** diagnosis of rotating machines serves a main role in the engineering field and industrial production. Dueto the disadvantages of existing fault, diagnosis approaches, which greatly depend on professional experienceand human knowledge, intellectual fault diagnosis based on deep learning (DL) has attracted the researcher’sinterest. DL reaches the desired fault classification and automatic feature learning. Therefore, this article designs a Gradient Optimizer Algorithm with Hybrid Deep Learning-based Failure Detection and Classification (GOAHDLFDC)in the industrial environment. The presented GOAHDL-FDC technique initially applies continuous wavelettransform (CWT) for preprocessing the actual vibrational signals of the rotating machinery. Next, the residualnetwork (ResNet18) model was exploited for the extraction of features from the vibration signals which are thenfed into theHDLmodel for automated fault detection. Finally, theGOA-based hyperparameter tuning is performedtoadjust the parameter valuesof theHDLmodel *** experimental result analysis of the GOAHDL-FD Calgorithm takes place using a series of simulations and the experimentation outcomes highlight the better resultsof the GOAHDL-FDC technique under different aspects.

In this paper,a Kretschmann configuration based surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensor is numerically designed using graphene-MoS_(2) hybrid structure TiO_(2)-SiO_(2) nano particles for formalin *** this design,the observations of SPR angle versus minimum reflectance and SPR frequency(FSPR)versus maximum transmittance(Tmax)are *** chitosan is used as probe legend to perform reaction with the formalin(40%formaldehyde)which acts as target *** this paper,both graphene and MoS_(2) are used as biomolecular acknowledgment element(BAE)and TiO_(2) as well as SiO_(2) bilayers is used to improve the sensitivity of the *** numerical results show that the variation of FSPR and SPR angles for inappropriate sensing of formalin is quite insignificant which confirms the absence of *** the other hand,these variations for appropriate sensing are considerably significant that confirm the presence of *** the end of this article,the variation of sensitivity of the proposed biosensor is measured in corresponding to the increment of a refractive index with a refractive index step 0.01 refractive index unit(RIU).In inclusion of TiO_(2)-SiO_(2) bilayers with graphene-MoS_(2),a maximum sensitivity of 85.375%is numerically calculated.

This paper provides a simple hybrid design and numerical analysis of the graphene-coated fiber-optic surface plasmon resonance(SPR)biosensor for breast cancer gene-1 early onset(BRCA1)and breast cancer gene-2 early onset(BRCA2)genetic breast cancer *** specific mutations named 916delTT and 6174delT in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 are selected for numerical detection of breast *** sensor is based on the technique of the attenuated total reflection(ATR)method to detect deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)hybridization along with individual point mutations in BRCA1 and BRCA2 *** have numerically shown that momentous changes present in the SPR angle(minimum:135%more)and surface resonance frequency(SRF)(minimum:136%more)for probe DNA with various concentrations of target DNA corresponding to a mutation of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 *** variation of the SPR angle and SRF for mismatched DNA strands is quite negligible,whereas that for complementary DNA strands is considerable,which is essential for proper detection of genetic biomarkers(916delTT and 6174delT)for early breast *** last,the effect of electric field distribution in inserting graphene layer is analyzed incorporating the finite difference time domain(FDTD)technique by using Lumerical FDTD solution commercial *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first demonstration of such a highly efficient biosensor for detecting BRCA1 and BRCA2 breast ***,the proposed biosensor opens a new window toward the detection of breast cancers.

Insights into Manipulation: Unveiling Tampered Images Using Modified ELA, Deep Learning, and Explainable AI

Digital image forgery (DIF) is a prevalent issue in the modern age, where malicious actors manipulate images for various purposes, including deception and misinformation. Detecting such forgeries is a critical task for maintaining the integrity of digital content. This thesis explores the use of Modified Error Level Analysis (ELA) in combination with a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), as well as, Feedforward Neural Network (FNN) model to detect digital image forgeries. Additionally, incorporation of Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) to this research provided insights into the process of decision-making by the models. The study trains and tests the models on the CASIA2 dataset, emphasizing both authentic and forged images. The CNN model is trained and evaluated, and Explainable AI (SHapley Additive exPlanation— SHAP) is incorporated to explain the model’s predictions. Similarly, the FNN model is trained and evaluated, and XAI (SHAP) is incorporated to explain the model’s predictions. The results obtained from the analysis reveals that the proposed approach using CNN model is most effective in detecting image forgeries and provides valuable explanations for decision interpretability.

In Vitro Antioxidant and Radio Protective Activities of Lycopene from Tomato Extract against Radiation—Induced DNA Aberration

Background: The accumulation of free radicals is linked to a number of diseases. Free radicals can be scavenged by antioxidants and reduce their harmful effects. It is therefore essential to look for naturally occurring antioxidants that come from plants, as synthetic antioxidants are toxic, carcinogenic and problematic for the environment. Lycopene is one of the carotenoids, a pigment that dissolves in fat and has antioxidant properties. Materials and Methods: The antioxidant and free radical scavenging activity were assessed using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay. The impact of lycopene on bacteria (E. coli) susceptibility to γ-radiation was examined by radio sensitivity assay. The study also examined the induction of strand breaks in plasmid pUC19 DNA and how lycopene extract protected the DNA from γ-radiation in vitro. Results: At varying concentrations, lycopene demonstrated its ability to scavenge free radicals such as 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). IC50 for lycopene was determined at 112 μg/mL which was almost partial to IC50 of standard antioxidant L-ascorbic acid. The D10 value 180 Gy of E. coli was found to be >2-fold higher in the extract-containing lycopene sample than in the extract-free controls. The lycopene extracts inhibited the radiation-induced deterioration of the plasmid pUC19 DNA. At an IC50 concentration, lycopene provided the highest level of protection. Conclusion: Lycopene functions as an efficient free radical scavenger and possible natural antioxidant source. For cancer patients and others who frequently expose themselves to radiation, lycopene may be a useful plant-based pharmaceutical product for treating a variety of diseases caused by free radicals.

Evaluation of Information Technology Implementation for Business Goal Improvement under Process Functionality in Economic Development

Improving organizational performance can be achieved through business process redesign (BPR). When it comes to modern work practices, organizations must often redesign their processes to keep up. This is where enterprise software comes in, offering a common data infrastructure that enables different parts of the organization to access all necessary financial data. The architecture of network accounting business process is divided into three layers. The core layer lies in the enterprise LAN that it can integrate six business processes information into one unity of financial information and non-financial information, including purchasing, inventory, production, sales, finance and customer service, and it can generate flexibly a variety of accounting statements to meet fully the information users’ demands by providing more complete and more valuable related information. The second layer lies in Intranet among enterprises based on the core layer that it can support the link of business processes and the inter-sharing of information among node enterprises of SCM and other external enterprises. The third layer lies in Internet based on the second layer that it can fit society, enterprise and individual together, the specific lays the solid foundation of business collaboration, remote management, online management and centralized management. The operating mechanisms of the network accounting business processes are as follows. When the business event occurs, the probe can get the event information in real-time and the result is stored in the database. Meanwhile, the drive controller can control the business events in real-time by gaining control criteria and standards from database. In case the standard is exceeded, the event is not allowed to occur. Enterprise’ business staff or external personnel can output automatically the required results through report tools if they had the reading authority. Assessment of Online Transgender Healthcare Teaching Modules for Internal Medicine Residents and Fellows

Background: Transgender healthcare is not a formal learning requirement in Internal Medicine residency or fellowship. The National LGBTQ Task Force appealed to urgently train clinicians on the effective care of transgender patients. Few studies address the successful implementation of transgender healthcare teaching and education in graduate medical education. Purpose: The purpose was to design an online asynchronous curriculum to address the need for improved transgender healthcare education in graduate medical education and assess change in knowledge and comfort in transgender healthcare for residents and fellow learners. Methods: A 6-module curriculum was developed using established guidelines and ACGME competencies as a framework for content. To assess curriculum effectiveness, participants received anonymous pre- and post-curriculum surveys which included a multiple-choice knowledge assessment, Likert scale comfort questions focusing on healthcare skills, and open-ended feedback questions. Results: Twenty-six internal medicine residents and fellows participated in the curriculum (2022-2023). There was a 69% post-survey response rate. Participants improved their gender-affirming knowledge after completing the curriculum (p Conclusion: This online curriculum was successful in increasing knowledge and comfort in transgender care for IM residents and fellows. It provides a promising framework to address this gap in curricular content.

Hepatic Histoplasmosis: An Update

Histoplasma capsulatum is the most common cause of en-demic mycosis in developing countries. It is a self-limited and asymptomatic disease in immunocompetent individu-als but remains a frequent cause of opportunistic infection in patients with compromised immune status. Liver in-volvement as a part of disseminated histoplasmosis is well known. However, liver infection as a primary manifestation of histoplasmosis without evidence of primary lung involve-ment is rare. In conclusion, clinicians should be aware of isolated histoplasmosis affecting the hepatobiliary system, and careful evaluation is warranted to confirm the diagno-sis. Given the appropriate clinical context, histoplasmosis should be considered in both immunocompetent and immu-nocompromised patients, regardless of pulmonary symp-toms, in non endemic as well as endemic areas.

Interaction between beta-lactum antibiotic drug ciprofloxacin hydrochloride(CFH)and cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)was performed conductometrically in aqueous as well as in the occurrence of different salts(NaCl,KCl as well as NH_4Cl)over the temperature range of 298.15–323.15 K at the regular interval of 5 *** drug has been suggested for the treatment of bacterial infections such as urinary tract infections and acute sinusitis.A clear critical micelle concentration(CMC)was obtained for pure CTAB as well as(CFH+CTAB)mixed *** decrease in CMC values of CTAB caused by the addition of CFH reveals the existence of the interaction between the components and therefore it is the indication of micelle formation at lower concentration of CTAB and their CMC values further decrease in attendance of salts.A nonlinear behavior in the CMC versus T plot was observed in all the *** ΔG_m^0 values are found to be negative in present study systems demonstrated the stability of the *** values of ΔH_m^0 and ΔS_m^0 reveal the existence of hydrophobic and electrostatic interactions between CFH and *** thermodynamic properties of transfer for the micellization were also evaluated and discussed in *** dynamic simulation disclosed that environment of water and salts have impact on the hydrophobic interaction between CFH and *** water and salts,CTAB adopts spherical micelle in which charged hydrophilic groups are interacted with waters whereas hydrophobic tails form the core of the *** hydrophobic core region is highly conserved and *** addition,micelle formation is more favorable in aqueous Na Cl solution than other solutions.
