Bangladesh is considered one of the most suitable regions for fisheries in the world,with the world's largest flooded wetland and the third largest aquatic biodiversity in Asia after China and *** paper reviews the performance of fisheries in Bangladesh using data collected from the Bangladesh Department of Fisheries,and related un-published grey *** findings within describe recent growth within Bangladeshi inland fisheries,primarily in the inland aquaculture sector(2014e2015).This increase in the aquaculture production has been made possible with the implementation of scientific and technological *** 2000 and 2016,aquaculture production increased from 712,640 and 2,060,408 metric t,a much larger quantity than wild capture production(1.023 million t)in *** has also been a recent increase in the value of fishery exports,with more than US$34.08 billion in 2010 rising to more than US$46.60 billion in ***,fisheries production is well below production targets despite the large gains seen in the aquaculture sector.

The differentiation of neuronal stem cells into mature neurons is a complex process that involves both structural and functional changes. As cells undergo differentiation, there are notable functional changes, including the expression of various transcription factors, cytokines, and neurotransmitiers. Additionally, structural changes occur as the cells develop various processes from the cell body and establish synaptic contacts with other cells.

Emergent aquatic weeds present in the monocropped fresh water wetland area of Bangladesh create a hazard in land preparation by developing dense stands. A field experiment was conducted at the farmers’ field of two villages namely Mahilara and Kashemabad under Gournadi Upazila of Barisal district, Bangladesh during October 2012 to evaluate the efficacy of Gramoxone 20SL (Paraquat) in controlling emergent aquatic weeds and to find out an appropriate dose of this herbicide. Three doses of Gramoxone 20SL at 1.96 l·ha-1, 2.00 l·ha-1 and 2.04 l·ha-1 were tried with an untreated control. all treatments were laid out in a randomized complete block design and replicated thrice. There were 8 different emergent weed species infesting the field among which the most dominant weed species were Eichhornia crassipes, Pistia stratiotes, Enhydra fluctuans, Monochoria vaginalis, Echinochloa crus-galli. The results revealed that, weed control efficiency was significantly affected by different herbicidal treatments. The treatments, Gramoxone 20SL at 2.00 l·ha-1 and 2.04 l·ha-1 were controlled in all the emergent aquatic weeds more than 85% infesting both the sites. Application of non-selective herbicide Gramoxone 20SL at 2.00 l·ha-1 prior to land preparation was most effective to suppress weed dry masses in both the site resulting reduced land preparation cost up to 78.93% as compared to manual weed control.

Objective:To evaluate the antidiabetic and antioxidant effects of the methanol extract of Syzygium operculatum bark(MSOB)using in vivo and in vitro ***:Antidiabetic activity was assessed by using alloxan induced(120 mg/kg body weight)diabetic *** plant extract(200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg body weight)was administrated *** diabetic mice in comparison with standard metformin hydrochloride(150 mg/kg body weight).The antioxidant activity of the extract was evaluated by using a range of in vitro assays and results were compared to ***:The extract MSOB 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg reduced the blood glucose level 44.05%and 55.53%respectively where the standard drug metformin reduced 69.42%in dose of 150 mg/kg body *** extract MSOB showed significant 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl scavenging activity,total phenol content,total flavonoid content and reducing power capacity compared to *** IC_(50)values were found 300.34μg/mL in 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging assay where 40.31μg/mL for ascorbic *** total phenol and flavonoid contents were 197.5 and 267.5 mg of gallic acid equivalent per gram,***:The present study indicates that the extract of Syzygium operculatum bark is the potential sources of natural antioxidant and possesses significant antidiabetic activities.

Pampus argenteus and Pampus chinensis form the high-value demersal Pomfret fishery of ***,due to a monotonic decline in catches over the last five years,it is essential to explore the current stock status concerning the removal rate to ensure the sustainability of this ***,given the reliability and minimal data requirements,this study employed an extended Bayesian State-Space Surplus Production Model,JABBA(Just Another Bayesian Biomass Assessment),to assess the stock *** results revealed that the stock biomass of the Pomfret fishery in the final year of the time series is significantly lower than BMSY,the biomass required to produce ***,this study recommends a yearly catch limit(TAC)of 10,000 metric tons to prevent further depletion of the stock ***,to avoid growth overfishing by allowing all immature fishes to reproduce at least once before being caught,this study also calculated the optimum length(Lopt)for catch for both species at which biologically maximum yield and revenue can be *** estimated Lopt is 25 cm for *** and 30 cm for ***,and not to capture fishes with lengths lower than these limits,this study further calculated the minimum mesh size limits for gill and set bag nets is 7.5 *** the mesh size regulation was estimated using length-based reference points derived from an empirical equation,this regulation can be used as an associate reference point when TAC is applied to assure the sustainability of this fishery.

The rapid growth of Internet of Things(IoT)devices has brought numerous benefits to the interconnected ***,the ubiquitous nature of IoT networks exposes them to various security threats,including anomaly intrusion *** addition,IoT devices generate a high volume of unstructured *** intrusion detection systems often struggle to cope with the unique characteristics of IoT networks,such as resource constraints and heterogeneous data *** the unpredictable nature of network technologies and diverse intrusion methods,conventional machine-learning approaches seem to lack *** numerous research domains,deep learning techniques have demonstrated their capability to precisely detect *** study designs and enhances a novel anomaly-based intrusion detection system(AIDS)for IoT ***,a Sparse Autoencoder(SAE)is applied to reduce the high dimension and get a significant data representation by calculating the reconstructed ***,the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)technique is employed to create a binary classification *** proposed SAE-CNN approach is validated using the Bot-IoT *** proposed models exceed the performance of the existing deep learning approach in the literature with an accuracy of 99.9%,precision of 99.9%,recall of 100%,F1 of 99.9%,False Positive Rate(FPR)of 0.0003,and True Positive Rate(TPR)of *** addition,alternative metrics,such as training and testing durations,indicated that SAE-CNN performs better.
