镍、铁和钨基合金常被用来作为反应堆的候选结构材料,在反应堆中面临中子辐照的严苛服役环境。本文采用分子动力学方法研究了金属镍、铁、钨三种金属材料的辐照级联过程,获得材料在不同温度(300~500 K)下、不同初级碰撞原子(Primary Knock-on Atom,PKA)能量(、和)入射的辐照级联损伤过程。结果表明:金属镍和铁的稳态辐照缺陷数相当,当PKA能量较低(5 keV)时,金属镍的稳态缺陷数逐渐超过铁;在相同辐照条件下,金属钨的稳态辐照缺陷数最少,表现出更为良好的抗辐照性能。通过分析三种金属辐照级联过程中不同阶段的缺陷复合率及缺陷存活率,进一步理解其耐辐照损伤能力的差异。相关计算结果为理解不同金属的辐照性能提供数据支撑,作为金属初级辐照损伤数据集,为更大尺度的速率理论和团簇动力学等模拟材料辐照效应提供微观缺陷结构和参数。

目的:采用Meta分析的方法评价中药复方治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)有效性。方法:计算机检索SinoMed、CNKI、VIP、WanFang Data、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase数据库中有关中药复方治疗青春期PCOS的随机对照试验(RCTs),检索时限均为1989年1月～2018年4月。由两名研究人员独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入10个RCTs,共698例患者,其中中药复方组350例,单纯西药组348例。Meta分析结果显示,中药复方治疗青春期PCOS临床总有效率优于单纯西药组[OR=4.56,95%CI(2.68,7.76),Pmd.-2.55,95%CI(-3.02,-2.08),Pmd.-2.51,95%CI(-3.13,-1.90),Pmd.-3.63,95%CI(-7.79,0.53),P=0.09]。结论:中药复方治疗青春期PCOS患者临床有效率优于单纯西药治疗,可有效恢复其月经周期、促进排卵、缩小卵巢平均体积,以及降低其BMI指数,且中药复方有着更好的药物安全性。但在改善其多毛症状时,两者无明显差异。受纳入研究数量和质量所限,本研究结论尚待更多高质量研究予以验证。

为了探究在感染马立克病病毒(md.)后羽髓中病毒增殖情况以及红细胞中免疫相关因子的免疫应答反应,将4日龄雏鸡腹腔注射md.超强毒株md.,在攻毒后不同时间进行羽毛和血样采集,通过实时荧光定量PCR检测羽髓病毒载量和红细胞中6种免疫相关基因的mRNA表达水平。结果显示,在攻毒后第7天检测到md.拷贝,并且14天检测到的拷贝数显著高于其他检测时间;与第14天对照组相比,攻毒组COX2的表达显著上调(Pmd.后红细胞中6种免疫基因发生显著的免疫应答,并且红细胞可能通过调节相关的免疫反应而在md.感染过程中发挥一定的免疫调控作用。

Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is the most common cause of visual loss among working age *** macular edema(DME)is an important complication of DR that affects around one third of the patients with *** treatments have been approved for DME ranging from blood pressure and glycemic control to photocoagulation and more recently the use of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)*** index review discusses aflibercept(EYLEA-Regeneron Pharmaceuticals,Inc.,Tarrytown,New York,NY,and Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals,Berlin,Germany)in the context of other VEGF antagonists currently available for the treatment of DME.A systematic search of literature was conducted on PubMed,Scopus,and Google Scholar with no limitation on language or year of ***-clinical studies of aflibercept have shown a higher affinity of this molecule for vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGF-A)along with a longer duration of action as compared to other VEGF *** clinical trials have shown visual outcome results for aflibercept to be similarly favorable as compared to other available agents with the added benefit of fewer required injections and less frequent *** presents a potential exciting new addition to the armamentarium of current VEGF antagonists available for the treatment of DME and other retinal vascular ***,further studies are indicated to confirm the role,safety,and efficacy of aflibercept for DME.

Annual rings from 30 year old vines in a California rootstock trial were measured to determine the effects of 15 different rootstocks on Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon *** traits measuring vegetative growth,yield,berry quality,and nutrient uptake were collected at the beginning(1995 to 1999)and end(2017 to 2020)of the lifetime of a vineyard initially planted in 1991 and removed in 2021.X-ray Computed Tomography(CT)was used to measure ring widths in 103 *** width was modeled as a function of ring number using a negative exponential *** and late wood ring widths,cambium width,and scion trunk radius were correlated with 27 *** of annual ring width shows that scions alter the width of the first rings but that rootstocks alter the decay of later rings,consistently shortening ring width throughout the lifetime of the *** index,juice pH,photosynthetic assimilation and transpiration rates,and instantaneous water use efficiency are correlated with scion trunk ***,our research indicates that rootstocks modulate secondary growth over years,altering physiology and agronomic *** act in similar but distinct ways from climate to modulate ring width,which borrowing techniques from dendrochronology,can be used to monitor both genetic and environmental effects in woody perennial crop species.

阿司匹林服用时间的meta分析

目的总结整理国内外关于阿司匹林服用时间的随机对照实验并采用meta分析法评估更合适的阿司匹林服用时间。方法制定原始文献的纳入标准、排除标准及检索策略,在Medline、EMBASE、Cochrane图书馆等进行相关的文献检索。检索文献时间均从建库至2018年11月。研究指标包括不同时间服用阿司匹林后的平均收缩压及舒张压、血小板活性及血小板聚集率、ADP值变化情况以及服药后不良反应发生率。应用RevMan 5.3软件进行数据处理,计量资料的效应尺度以加权数差(md.及其95%CI表示,计数资料的效应尺度以比值比(OR)及其95%CI表示。结果共检索到80篇文献,最后纳人15篇。Meta分析结果显示,晨起与睡前服用小剂量阿司匹林对收缩压影响差异无统计学意义(md.1.57,95%CI:-0.34-3.48),睡前比晨起服用小剂量阿司匹林更能降低受试者的舒张压(md.6.28,95%CI:0.18-3.94),睡前比晨起服用小剂量阿司匹林更能降低受试者的血小板活性(md.21.08,95%CI:9.73-32.44),而对血小板聚集率的影响无统计学意义(md.-0.17,95%CI:-5.66-5.32),餐前服用小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片的不良反应发生率低于餐后服用同等剂量的阿司匹林肠溶片(OR=0.18,95%CI:0.09-0.35)。结论对于患有心血管疾病的患者,睡前服用小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片比晨起服用更能有效地降低血小板活性,在一定程度上也能降低血压,餐前服用小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片比餐后服用的不良反应发生率更低。

Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and chronic benign inflammatory disease of the breast. Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patients with inflammatory disorders of the breast. This consensus is summarized to establish evidence-based recommendations for the management of GLM. Literature was reviewed using PubMed from January 1, 1971 to July 31, 2020. Sixty-six international experienced multidisciplinary experts from 11 countries or regions were invited to review the *** of evidence were determined using the American College of Physicians grading system, and recommendations were discussed until consensus. Experts discussed and concluded 30 recommendations on historical definitions,etiology and predisposing factors, diagnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and recurrence of GLM. GLM was recommended as a widely accepted definition. In addition, this consensus introduced a new clinical stages and management algorithm for GLM to provide individual treatment strategies. In conclusion, diagnosis of GLM depends on a combination of history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and *** approach to treatment of GLM should be applied according to the different clinical stage of GLM. This evidencebased consensus would be valuable to assist front-line surgeons and medical specialists in the optimal management of GLM.

Background: This document includes recommendations and guidelines issued by a group of Mexican researchers and specialists gathered in the First National Colloquium for the Diagnosis and Management of Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia (CML) by initiative of Instituto Nacional de Cancerología and with the support of the Leukaemia Department of the md.Anderson Cancer Center. Mexico lacks of updated information taken from its own reality on the diagnosis and treatment of CML and other haematological disorders;besides, there are no national guidelines. Aim: To publish a consensus document with guidelines for the management of CML adjusted to the national environment and overall characteristics. Method: The participants answered a DELPHI questionnaire about the overall aspects of the disease, aiming to target controversial topics, discuss them in the colloquium, and to agree on the best ones. After those meetings, a final document was drawn up. Results: The group presents recommendations for definition, diagnosis, prognosis, monitoring, and treatment of CML in Mexico. Conclusions: Having consensus guidelines for the clinical management of CML in our country will enable the consensual practice of Mexican specialists regarding the clinical approach to CML, as well as optimize the resources which allow the rational planning of the medical care strategies.
