Objective:To measure the productivity of water on the floodplain land in terms of fisheries and living aquatic resources based on two floodplain beels in ***:Among two beels,beel Mail is practicing community based fish culture management,and beel Chandpur is open access and improperly *** production and market price data of fish,snail,and aquatic plants were collected by direct observation based on 30 samples fishers in the year *** study also collected production related water quality data,such as water temperature,pH and dissolved ***:The water quality data are found within the normal *** aggregated water productivity values based on production costs were TK 8016.23 ha^(-1)and TK 3912.9 ha^(-1)and based on all cost TK 7160.97 ha^(-1)and TK 3741.13 ha^(-1)at beel Mail and beel Chandpur,*** contribution of fish,snails and aquatic resources were 96.50%,3.10%,and 0.40%of the gross aggregated water produced in beel Mail and 87.85%,8.38%,and 3.77%in the beel *** water productivity values in beel Mail are higher than in beel Chandpur due to the intervention of community based fish ***:The proper management and techniques of harvesting fish through appropriate number of fish fingerlings stocked,good quality of fish fingerlings,size of beel,good fencing and well defined embankment,*** help to improve the productivity of water in the beel areas.

Effect of Sintering Temperature on Structural and Magnetic Properties of Ni0.55Zn0.45Fe2O4Ferrites

The effect of frequency and sintering temperature on initial permeability of Ni0.55Zn0.45Fe2O4 ferrites have been studied by using an impedance analyzer. The samples were prepared by conventional double sintering ceramic technique using oxide nanoparticles of grain size 30 - 50 nm. Single phase spinal structure has been confirmed for the prepared samples by X-ray diffraction. As the sintering temperatures increase from 1160℃ to 1300℃, the permeability gradually increases. The increase of permeability is ascribed to the increase of density and grain size. Grain size is expected to grow with the increase of sintering temperature. Ferrites with large average grain size posses higher initial permeability. The Curie temperatures determined from temperature dependence of permeability of the samples sintered at different temperatures are found to be Tc = (321 ± 1)℃ and independent of sintering temperature. At Ts = 1300℃, Tc is found to increase substantially which can be explained by the fact that Zn has evaporated from the surface layer.

Several toxic compounds are known to induce apoptosis in mammalian cell *** human neuroblastoma cells(SHSH-SY5Y)were exposed to the phosphatase inhibiting toxin okadaic acid(OA)or hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)to induce apoptosis as well as generate reactive oxygen species(ROS).Mitoxantrone(MXT)was used as a positive control for *** SHSH-SY5Y cells were transfected with eukaryotic expression plasmid pHyPer-dMito encoding mitochondrial-targeted fluorescent or pHyPer-dCito encoding cytoplasmic-targeted fluorescent sensor for hydrogen peroxide(HyPer).The ERp57,also called GRP58(Glucose-regulated protein 58),is a stress protein induced in conditions like glucose starvation and viral *** ERp57 was shown to translocate from the endoplasmatic reticulum to the cell surface in anthracycline-induced apoptotic ***57 co-translocation together with calreticulin has been suggested to be crucial for recognizing tumor cells to induce immunogenic cell ***57 translocation after exposure to okadaic acid was studied using immunofluorescence and confocal *** studies indicated that okadaic acid has induced the translocation of ERp57 to the cellular membrane.

Latterly, interference cancellation is a hard issue in cellular systems. Hence the authors present interference cancellation with an achievable angular channel model based on CoMP (coordinated multi-point) system in their paper. The CoMP schemes are adopted by LTE-A (long term evolution-advanced) to enhance the LTE downlink data rate, spectral efficiency, average cell throughput etc. This paper inquires about the performance of CoMP and estimates an achievable angular channel model for LTE-A using MMSE (minimum mean square error) receiver which efficiently improves the BER (bit-error-rate) and cell-edge throughput per user.

为了解南海北部陆架与陆坡区小型底栖动物的群落特征,以及影响群落特征的环境因素,2015年6月对南海北部海域(19.3°—21.4°N, 112.4°—115.1°E)7个站位的小型底栖动物及环境因子进行了采样,并对陆架和陆坡区小型底栖动物群落的丰度、生物量、类群组成和群落结构进行比较。结果表明,在陆架站位,小型底栖动物由13个类群组成,平均丰度为(132±130)ind./10cm^2,平均生物量为(169±79)μgdwt/10cm^2;在陆坡站位由8个类群组成,平均丰度为(33±14)ind./10cm^2,平均生物量为(56±35)μgdwt/10cm^2。单因素方差分析结果表明,陆坡区小型底栖动物的总丰度和总生物量以及线虫和多毛类的丰度均显著低于陆架区,但优势类群的相对丰度组成没有显著不同,海洋线虫占总丰度的83%,其次为多毛类和桡足类,分别占7%和3%。环境因子的主成分分析(Principal ComponentsAnalysis,PCA)将陆架和陆坡站位沿第一主分量轴分开,小型底栖生物丰度和生物量与沉积物叶绿素a和脱镁叶绿酸含量以及底层水温呈最大正相关,与水深呈负相关;聚类(Cluster)和排序(non-metric Multidimensional Scaling, md.),以相似性系数65%将7个站位划分为2组,与按照水深划分的陆架和陆坡组基本吻合;单因素相似性分析(one-way ANOSIM)显示陆架和陆坡区小型底栖动物群落结构差异显著;生物-环境分析(Biota-Environment,BIOENV)表明影响群落结构的最佳环境因子组合为叶绿素a和底层水温。综上可知,随水深增加的食物减少和底层水温的下降是限制南海北部研究海域小型底栖动物丰度和生物量及影响群落组成和结构的主要因素。

本文以孟加拉国旅游产业政策为研究对象,在考察研究该国旅游产业政策发展和演变的基础上,将旅游产业政策的演变分为初步发展和持续改进两个阶段。文章选取孟加拉国1972年至2018年间制定、实施的30项国家旅游产业相关政策为样本,从政策力度、政策措施和政策目标三个方面定量研究了孟加拉国旅游产业政策,总结并描述了其演变特征,界定并分析了其中存在的问题,最后提出了相应的对策建议。整体而言,孟加拉国旅游产业政策力度随时间波动较大,政策实施效果总体呈现良性发展趋势。在过去的48年间,旅游市场调控一直是孟加拉国旅游产业政策的重要目标,2000年以前,旅游产业的宏观布局和旅游产业内部不同行业的基本规制是最重要的政策措施;2000年以后,法律监督成为旅游产业政策的主要措施。要完善支撑旅游产业发展的政策目标,必须采取创新的财政措施支持旅游业的发展,必须重视行业标准的制定、人才培养和公共服务措施等。此外,孟加拉国的旅游产业政策在增加新产品的供应、加强旅游安全以及保护环境资源等方面尚存在不足,本研究也试图了解这一背景,为制定一套有效的旅游产业政策提出对策建议。

Background: Since 2019, the pandemic of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has spread very rapidly in China and Worldwide. COVID-19 is a highly contagious, infectious and rapidly spreading viral disease with an alarming case fatality rate up to 5%. Case Report: In this article, we report a case of 60 years old non diabetic, hypertensive woman infected with COVID-19 who has end stage renal disease (ESRD) on hemodialysis for last 18 months. COVID-19 patients with ESRD need isolation dialysis but most of them cannot be handled properly due to limited hemodialysis machine. With these unavailability and risk, we continue the treatment along with hemodialysis for controlling uraemia and fluid balance. With all effort this patient ended with an uneventful course with clinical improvement, improvement of all laboratory parameters and resolution of radiological findings but follow up RT-PCR cannot done due to changing guideline of discharge criteria of COVID-19 patient in Bangladesh.

The growth in shadow banking system over the past few years is acknowledged as the key risk to Malaysia"s financial stability. This is because that it is associated with growth in the household debts extended by the shadow banks. In line with initiatives by the Bank Negara Malaysia (the Central Bank of Malaysia) to enhance surveillance on the activities of the shadow banks in Malaysia, this study attempts to examine the determinants of default risks of shadow banks restricting to focus on their two main activities: securitization and collateralization. The results provide empirical evidence that future methodology to examine the systemic risks in the shadow banking system may need to account for additional explanatory variables that measure collateralized assets that are being intermediated.
